Hey!!! I am kinda new so that might explane mistakes that will happen in the future. You can call me Cray!! 8-) Ninja was one of the people who introduced me to the site. he said you people are cool so here i am.

You have to wait for an admin or someone else to approve of it.
There is a box below the dropdown list of avatars that says Avatar URL. Find a link to the pic you want and copy and paste it into that box.
