Currently, Tsukuyomi.EXE has no friends or enemies.
Background: When her creator, her user Matt's mother, died, she was designed with orders to protect others and search for her missing brother and sister. She was designed to help fight from a distance so she can also heal injured allies. Since the passing of Ms. Garudo, Matt and Tsukuyomi.EXE have been roaming the net for traces of viruses and/or injured navies while traveling from temple to temple in search of her long lost siblings.
Though she is kind at heart, she will not let that stop her from protecting the net at any cost. She is constantly waking Matt up after dozing off later than he normally should. She wears a traditional blue kimono with frozen moons flowing from back to front. She's abnormally happy to help whenever asked to or when she finds another area being devoured by viruses.
Their latest stop was in Yumland. There was only a small virus outburst, but the two took care of it carefully. Now they look for leads to their siblings whereabouts or to locations of viruses.

Chapter One: Enter Tsukuyomi!
In the year 20XX, a young man by the name of Matthew 'Matt' Garudo was sent to a temple in distant Japan by his parents as punishment for hacking the net, stealing people's identities, and using their credit card numbers to order and sell merchandise. During his first two years of training, Matt's father, a scientist who worked on construction Navis and programs, was murdered by a group of extremists who wanted the good doctor to create 'the Ultimate Program' that would exponentially increase a Net Navi's firepower and effectiveness.
Matt took it hard and trained harder than before. Though he and his father were never close, that didn't mean that he hated the man with a passion. After completing his second years training, learning the ways of the monks and priests of ages ago, his mother sent him a letter telling him that there was a gift his father wanted to give to him, but it was being constructed by his father's friends and co-workers, so he had no way of obtaining it at that moment. Once Matt returned home, he had come back a new man.
After a year or so, things returned to normal until the day he heard his mother fall in the hallway. His heart beat faster and he made a mad dash to the phone. Dialing the paramedics, he practically ordered them to get there as soon as possible. They arrived and placed her on a stretcher. A week after her arrival, she was diagnosed with brain cancer.
They were told she had seven months to live.
Matt constantly stayed by his mother's side, refusing to leave to eat or sleep, though his mother did demand that he needed to eat a couple of times after he nearly fainted while looking after her. He always told her that her health was more of a concern than his own, but he obeyed reluctantly. Mrs. Garudo lasted a full year and a half longer than the doctors said.
Once she passed, Matt took it hard. He was cooped up in his room all day and night, only leaving it to eat or go to the restroom. At the time of her funeral, he found himself unable to cry any tears for her. Maybe...he had already cried enough over her than he originally thought. It didn't matter to him.
Shortly after the funeral, a lawyer arrived and flashed him his parent's will. In it, they told him that they gave him three Net Navis. Each of them was special. Inside each of them were the memories of their time together. One looked like his mother, Tsukuyomi. Another looked like his father, Susanoo. The final one would have been his older sister, Amaterasu, but she died during child birth in the real world.
The lawyer told him that there had been a break in at the lab where the three were being held. A group of 'darkloids', as he called them, had kidnapped Susanoo. Amaterasu went out in search of him only to lose the programmers in the wide expanses of the net.
The lawyer extended his hand, which held an azure blue PET. On the screen was a mirror image of his mother with bright blue hair, a cobalt blue kimono with icy moons dancing around it, and hope filled blue eyes that cried out to him.
"This is Tsukuyomi," he said in a neutral tone. "As you know, she was designed in the image of your mother. She has many of her memories and her emotional attributes."
"Hello, Master Matthew," the navi called out in a melodious tone. "My name is Tsukuyomi. It's a pleasure to finally meet you."
Matt took the PET carefully into his hands, as though if he dropped it, his mother would disappear for good. His eyes softened for a moment before he looked back in a somber expression. "Just call me Matt, Tsukuyomi. Nothing more. Nothing less."
She smiled at him like he remembered his mother do so many times long ago. "What do we do now, Matt?"
"Isn't it obvious, Tsukuyomi," he said, looking out the window and into the setting sun. "We help those who need it and hopefully, we'll find Amaterasu and Susanoo."
