Immediate Repercussions Speed Move Inertia's cape expands to seven times its origional size, surrounding Inertia and possibly one other Navi, absorbing all attacks that turn, even the undodgeable(Omni-Dodge), and Inertia gains the ability to attack an additional time next turn!
All Attacks Avoided.
2 Fast 2 Wait Speed Move Inertia can forget the cooldowns remaining on previously used attacks. Two Time Use Per Battle.
