::Dealer Base:
A subterranean bunker acts as the hideout and base of operations for the currently secretive Dealer Organization. A large complex built to withstand the wages of world above as well as the dangers of Earthquakes and other catastrophes, the large, factory-like design of the infrastructure has air vents to pump in new, fresh air, and to remove unclean air from the space. It has its own wave generators inside to maintain and organize the Wave World in the space to meet the needs of its users.
The bunker's entrance has a set of rungs from which the Noise Wave exits that imply it is possible to reach the surface just by climbing, but the top of the rungs escapes the human eye. The way forward is a simple walkway that leads to a Wave Station to access the Wave Road, and a large, real-wave barricade in the form of a massive King of Dealers playing card, with all the symbols of the would-be suite replaced by the stylized letter 'D.'
Further inside, the Crimson Refinery, where Crimson was collected and constantly refined to assist with the attraction and further control of Meteor G, is located, the marvel of engineering and programming both being the foundation of Dealer's research and all of their work. The massive device acts as the center point of the Wave World within the factory, and getting to the top is impossible without bypassing its harrowing Noise-based defenses.
At the very top of the factory, beyond the Refinery, is the room where the House meets to discuss what comes next, in front of the massive roulette table that replaces the back wall. The roulette table acts as a decoration for the Dealer base, their emblem emblazed on it, as well as a massive wave computer that stores their information and designs.

Joker
The crimson giant emerged from the Noise Wave, walking forward at first, looking around for anything that didn't look familiar. He had a lot of memories, here, but more of them further inside. He was designed at the top of that factory, and he now had every reason to storm the place to get to it, just to see what they had done.
He was supposed to be the grandest of their creations. He would prove that expectation, and then surpass it. He had to, if any of them were to come out of this.
He approached the entrance, unsure of what to expect of the barricade.

Fully prepared to storm the place, the need to perform that task would be found to be unnecessary. The entrance would be cast open already, more than prepared to welcome the child back to his place of origin. The harrowing defenses were gone, allowing the travel to be as simple as possible for the one who wanted to see what had become of the place. This meant that he could reach the Refinery or any point that he wanted of the Dealer Base without any concerns for the original design. The only thing he would have to worry about instead would be whatever else was new here, or if this had been where the Club or potentially a different Suite had gone after their encounter with one another.

Joker
Just as simple as getting through the front door, was it?
Joker made his way forward, the defenses being down meaning that, of course, someone had already removed them. Since the attack on the world began being obvious, no one had been down here, which made it a good hiding spot.
He walked into the refinery, where the large canisters of refined crimson were lined up on the wall, with the wires, cords, and pipes that brought the crimson there connected to the massive machine in the center of the room, and he glanced around the space. The House Room was up, the actual machine acting as the centerpiece of a winding staircase of EM waves. He'd get there, eventually.
What skeletons had they decided to hide in his childhood closet?

The winding staircase would lead to his destination, and what awaited him was a simple symbol. One he was aware of and cautious of when he first encountered it. The Ace Suit, hovering before him load and proud in the closet. And that was all it took for the bell to be rung on the conflict as the multiple slashes struck at Joker as the figure darted by, doing so time and again before coming to a stop back in position. The fear that he had before made manifest, he now had to contend with the Acid Ace.

Joker narrowed his eyes as the Ace rose up from where he was waiting for him. He was uncharacteristically quiet for this stage of his progression, and he had yet to resonate completely with the Noise around him. Limitations on Acid would prevent him from fully resonating, put in by Heartless to protect Ace.
Joker had no such limitations, and as his brother charged at him, he decided that talking was not necessary, either. A malestrom of energy irradiated outward from him, the intense maelstrom of Noise crystalizing and creating a wall on all sides of him. Without so much as lifting a finger, this formidable defense refused weakness, a constantly fluctuating signature of waves that distorted space and time around him. Wherever his brother flew through it, he was just off the mark, the space completely under his control. He dodged out of the way of the strikes effortlessly, and the impenetrable barrier slowed down the rest of them to a speed that Joker could easily respond to.
Once the distortion had finished its job, the collected energy fractured around him and exploded into an array of flying, crystallized noise, shards of space, and motes of time, all spiralling around. Stepping out of the vortex, Joker was no longer alone, the spatial disruption allowing Joker to exist in more than one space at a time. The original and the two accompanying paradoxes charged forward, as the flying arrays of fractured temporal and spatial energy rushed onto Acid Ace. He could sense the energy that his brother's copy was producing, and he was unphased by it; he was always the stronger of the two in terms of brute strength. Ace would need his full speed to counteract even a fraction of his full strength.
He was also stronger than he was when he and Ace had last fought, so it was time to see just how much of a difference his new power created.
Time bent into his hand as he pulled more resources from the past and the future, more of the fractured paradoxes moving forward from his efforts. Then, he raised up his hand, pulled it back into his arm, and released the barrage of missiles. The endless barrage of missiles was accompanied by a constant storm of hyper-dense noise crystallizing into gigaton buildings, a single fist into the ground surging the energy to force it into what he willed it.
Then, he held out his hand, and as his hand crushed the weight of the energy in his palm, it pulled the intense Noise from the air, fracturing the space and contorting the incredible power within his palm. He pressurized it, there, and irradiated the energy, before he unleashed all that he had, amplified by magnitudes.
Releasing his grip on the energy in the air, space, time, and Noise spiralled outward in all directions, the explosion of force ripping through the room and compounding multiple times over as he used his mastery to his advantage, looking to rip Acid Ace apart.

The fragments caught up to Acid Ace at first, proof that Joker's time apart had given him strength while Ace had been stagnant. But it was time for him to catch back up to the speed by kicking it up a notch himself, erupting forth as even the Noise spiraling all about wasn't enough to catch up to his full speed. It would blaze past even the corrections with time and space that Joker attempted to enforce upon him, coming out worse for wear but not quite done in yet. Now was when the black trim would adopt to his body, resonating further as he unleashed high caliber rounds at the stronger brother time and again before he launched off with deadly speed, the propulsions slicing through the air.

"Fine then. You want a fight?" Joker growled as the speed picked up and his incredible energy began bouncing off of the walls of the space. As charged at him, Joker spun around in place, widened his stance and kept his eyes in motion, using his own analytics to do his best to keep up with the speed. In his own dilated space and time, he held out a hand and batted away at Ace as he got close, constantly throwing him off of his mark and pushing his own weight against his brother's. For all his strength, his brother had speed, but one of them was going to come out on top.
He fractured the energy time and again, his dilation growing stronger each time he reforged it from the spiraling motes and fragments. Once the Wing Blade began, the usual response would be to meet it with his laser. Instead, Joker held up both hands, surged his power, and met the Wing Blade head on, intensifying the dilation to its full capacity so that he could scan him at his maximum speed. Pushing forth his weight, he grappled hold of Ace and held him, pushing his full weight against his brother's speed as he held him.
"I left them in your care, brother. There isn't anything you and I can't learn to overcome, and here you are, proof that you failed them. Proof that I first failed each of you.
". . . I'm sorry."
He grit his teeth, roared in fury, and allowed the platinum and crimson energy rolling off of his body to surge. As his brother adopted the black menace, he took on the visage of the crimson dread. Rather than disconnected from his brother, he stepped away, a spatial paradox forming as the clone replaced him at his brother's side and he was able to act separately. Another duplicate stepped off from him, and the fractured space and splintered time once again pelted Ace from all sides.
He held out his hand and surged the crimson, unleashing an unceasing hailstorm of missiles from his gauntlet, each one more relentless than the last, having seen what would be necessary to pin his brother down once and for all. He then slotted in the chip and saw to it that his doom was ensured, creating an expansive cloud of dense crimson mixed with the platinum flow of the generational, trying to drown an crush Ace in an instant in the inescapable flow of power that he had learned to muster.
With a smash of his fist into the ground, just in case his efforts were not enough, he unleashed another storm of gigaton buildings all around the space, trying to pin Ace down, and then, he finally let go, and the force of his released grip on the fundamental forces created a storm as they collapsed back into place.

Pinned down, Joker's analytics and the reality of the situation would both pan out at the same time. Ace's speed would let him respond however he desired, but victory would have already been ensured the moment he resonated with the black form he held. In so doing, the failsafe would be beyond use and the missiles would have been enough on their own, yet alone the tempest alongside the chip. Why would that be the choice made then? The answer to that would be difficult to discern... if not for Joker's analytics and dilation to begin with, the smile coming to Ace's face. Pelted from all sides as desired from the clones, torn apart by missile after missile, drowned by the maelstrom, crushed by the buildings as the storm dispersed them. With the dilation the Crimson Giant could make out every detail in relation to this scene that was forced to play out. The fight that happened from their failure, and the result of that fight. The one solace that could be held was that from that fight, there was nothing that remained for him to have to stare upon after his work was done. The battle was over.

As Ace smiled at him, he knew that all he could do was see the agony that this recreation of his brother had successfully inflicted on him. The missiles had successfully ripped Ace apart, and left nothing in its wake for him to contend with.
Joker didn't let the power of his finalized state leave him quite yet, though, as while coming to the Dealer base had its intended results of finding more answers, it also gave him something he was hoping to be false. Power rushed over Dread Joker as he considered the room, and looked at the large computer in the back.
Holding out a hand, he surged crimson power into his palm and focused, wondering if he could find any of Heartless and Kings' work left inside of the Roulette table. In typical fashion, it would make more sense for them to copy than to take, to make it less obvious that it was tampered with, but he was looking to also prompt any other hidden visitors out, as it was strange that Ace was here by himself . . .
Not that any of the rest of his siblings would put up much of a better fight.

It was a recognizable voice, one that he hadn't heard since this began practically. The familiar visage of one of the pioneers behind the fall of New Life and the collapse of Electopia's defenses. Was he alone? Difficult to say. What could be said at least was that one of the hidden visitors that he wanted to prompt into action stirred just the same. To save them some time, he leveled his weapon and fired first, the series of blasts striking the large computer in the back as it erupted in sparks and explosions alike. Saving them both the time for the likely result to unveil what looked like untampered with work that was just incorrect by all means.

Joker turned his head quickly, glowering across the space with vitriol in his eyes. Only a moment of the somber situation remained in him as he turned to glare at Deav, glaring through his blue visor to look with utter disgust at the reaverking.
Whatever they had done with his brother, they seemed to respect him enough to allow him this one simple peace before doing what must be done. Regardless, he wouldn't ask any questions. He had everything he wanted right in front of him.
"I do hope you failed to mistake Jax for myself, then. For your own benefit."
Joker unleashed his full fury right then and there. His power spiked in magnitudes as he allowed himself to be overwhelmed, reality shattering at his behest around him and crystallizing itself to throw in waves at the Reaverking. He more carefully selected his assaults from the vortex of potential, knowing that Deav was a different beast to consider. Once he was done, he unleashed a storm of buildings to surround him, a barrage of missiles, and then finally let go of space to see what remained of Deav.

When the dust settled, the Reaverking hadn't moved at all. But he did have to scoff after. At least he had come a long way in a short time compared to the last time he unleashed his fury harmlessly in the forest then and had to retreat while gaining no knowledge of what he was capable of. Which was why he still blundered despite his best efforts.
"It's difficult to distinguish between similar looking statues, but thanks for the reminder."
The scythes formed and hovered about, but what would likely be alarming was when he aimed his arm and a different armament was ready to fire, the machine-gun unleashing a furious frenzy that bloated out the series of attacks that would closely follow it.
