The rebuilt arena where the MegaMan Melee tournament first began. The stadium is large enough to hold several thousand people, has multiple meeting rooms, several guest areas and a host of shops and restaraunts lining the inner area. The Melee Stadium is perfect for most any event, and has hosted just about every large-scale tournament in Electopia since it was first built. In light of recent events, it was one of the areas not damaged in the ensuing chaos of the current times and is still in pristine and fit condition.

"YO YO YO YOOOOOOOOO EARTH!"
It was loud, it was unnecessary, and it was followed by a sudden dash of golden light immediately proceeded by a massive dust cloud being erupted from the center of the arena. As the dust cloud cleared, what stood in the center was a strange sight indeed. Standing at eight feet tall, a figure with a warrior's style stood with yellow crescent blades orbiting his body. With lithe, purple limbs accentuated by golden trim, green inlets on his feet and arms, and burgundy accents on his hands and on the outer face of the spikes protruding from his body, the figure was as dazzling in the light bouncing off of his body as he was still markedly ordinary.
"YO YO! I saw a big power party and just had to crash on by! Earth's been lighting up for a while now, but the big stage has been set, and the galaxy's greatest warrior is here! Someone's gotta come by and give me an audience, YO YO!"

*He imagined this guest, if he was as described, probably felt real down now. Earth would normally be very lively, especially with how many people were active at any given time. Now it was more akin to a ghost town, be it from people keeping their heads down or because they had become a ghost in the mayhem that took place. He had time at least on the way here to recollect himself and get back on task, so now would come seeing how this would go. That being said, he certainly stood out from appearances alone now didn't he? A lot of crescent moons instead of full moons was curious enough, but seeing full suns thrown enough times in the last few hours was more than enough for him to appreciate half-moons now too. Maybe not the vocal tones that came with it but he already had a solution for that if the volume continued to expedite itself. If it would keep going up he would have to invoke a technique lost over the centuries that many would consider a forsaken craft. So first he'd see if he could even hear him over his own serenade of noise. On top of that he would utilize his healthy pool of lingo to begin this in the best way possible. Which meant his opening sounded something like this as he raised his hand.*
"Hey yo! It's looking a little drafty here, man. Where all the people at?"

The incredible vocals coming from the Moon Disaster died down as his first true fan arrived. With no stage to stand on, and no microphone to call his own, his volume alone was incredible; and not in a good way. The Moon Disaster eyed the newcomer up and down, considering him from a distance. All grey, a dark visage, and red eyes, one would think one thing, but the attitude the man had was astronomical! Even if he was in the middle of a performance, he could stop to greet the newcomers.
With a graceful leap, the Moon Disaster lifted from his spot, turning about mid-air so that his legs pointed upward and spun in place as he jumped, righting himself before landing gracefully. He moved slowly but gracefully through the air, as if affected by his own gravity that was different from the world around him, and the force of his jump didn't leave any marks on the ground surrounding him. He was light and lofty, it seemed.
"YO YO YO YOOOOOOOOOO! Yo, I was thinking the exact same thing, yo yo?! Where everybody at indeed, yo?! This kind of talent comes crashing from the Moon itself and no one here to see it unfold, yo yo!" He stands in front of Xion, his smile dazzling and his body gleaming in the light of the arena. He kept his hands fastened to his side, like a stereotypical super-hero pose. While he was taller than the typical navi, he wasn't that different from just any normal individual, although a bit eccentric. Something about his energy just felt . . . off, somehow. Like Xion couldn't get a good read of just how powerful he was, even with is greater sensitivity to Waves.
"Yo, man, I'm the Moon Disaster, YO YO! The most powerful Wave Being this side of Andromeda, y'heard of me, yo? Like a Galactic Superstar, yo yo! I'm trying to find me a good stage, y'know, for my 41 hour concerto, yo yo!"
Burai may have arrived right behind Xion, but it seemed that the Moon Disaster was much more interested in his first audience member than he. All the better for it, as well; he found the Moon Disaster absolutely insufferable. This was a scenario he was more than willing to leave to Xion's hopefully capable hands.

*He had a good mental laugh at the idea of this guy having a concert on the moon and just singing it out. Unless there was an audience there and also sound just traveling all easy like for them, it would paint quite the picture for them. He was light on his feet, which made sense to him anyway given his natural habitat meaning he didn't exactly need to be heavy on his feet either. He probably fancied dancing as much as he did singing which meant being nimble should be par for the course unless he was terrible at dancing. In which case that would then make the leap and gracefulness fairly impressive for the contrasting nature they possessed. Still, he was glad this one didn't have an overt presence like all the others since being a beacon would make some undesirables show up. Plus it looked like he was right on the money for how to approach this one. Even had the superhero pose down-pat and everything, nodding his head as he aimed to keep beat without missing said beat.*
"Yo, man, name's Xion. Yo, I can dig the Galactic Superstar's mad rhythm. Everybody around here could use a heavy dose of your sick heat, but man, they all took up shack somewhere else, yo. So if you want them to hear you perform on stage, ya gotta take the concerto to the Undernet, yo. I know the place pretty well."
*He was used to unfortunately being the smaller one in the room compared to a number of Navi, so at the very least the height difference wasn't to the point that it bothered him here. Being around Jax as long as he had got him accustomed to their size discrepancies and the last time he had to deal with it uncomfortably close without also destroying the source of that gap would've been Uranus. But he got put in the dirt by someone else later so that sort of solved itself too.*

He kept his eyes on the individual he learned to be Xion, looking him over again as his attitude just seemed to be right on point. He hadn't met anyone with this kind of personality in like, forever, yo! He felt that Xion was also eying him down, trying to get a good idea of what he was like. Those eyes - they were a fighter's eyes! Not aggressive, just it seemed that Xion couldn't help but analyze his movements.
The Moon Disaster's grin grew as Xion suggested the location change. So, everyone else was holing down somewhere else, then? That did make sense, given what he saw heading this way . . .
"Yo yo, the Undernet is where they all had to go?! That's something crazy, if you all gotta be in one place, yo yo. Such a big Server like this should be crowded, yo yo!
"YO YO, though, I gotta say . . ." The Moon Disaster suddenly compressed his legs, bounding backwards, tossing through the air with the incredible eloquence he used to approach Xion. Based on this alone, he was definitely a better dancer than he was a singer. When he touched down, he stood up and put his hands on either side of him, lifting up one leg and playfully kicking the air a few times. "We have this nice stadium, and if we don't got any other audience right now, yo YO, I could just unleash a bit. Haven't had a good trade in a while, yo yo, and your vibe is burning, so I gotta see it unleash, YO! Just one trade, to get a taste of what Earth's warriors have got, yo?"
The implications of what the Moon Disaster was offering couldn't be ignored, his last statement a question more than anything. He had given the opportunity to Xion to move first and wanted to feel what Xion had in store. He could deny him that, as he was more aware of how severe the situation was than the Moon Disaster was, but it would disappoint Earth's guest.
As the Moon Disaster's power grew, an incredible force emanated from him, but it was still a strange force, but not a powerful one. His might was difficult to gauge, and yet, the space dust that collected around him and formed the air around him rose up and gave way, as his energy formed into a massive replica of the Earth's Moon overhead. It hung in the air, high above the battlefield, its massive shadow cast on them from above and its pull dragging the waters from below.
[MoonDisaster HP=79,800/79,800]
[Lunar Satellite] The Moon Disaster raises his hand to the air, gathering together space dust and energy from previous conquests to raise a massive sphere of stone into the air behind him. -- 5,000-HP Non-Intercepting Object. -- This object is immune to Destroyer Effects, Multi-Target attacks, and benefits from all of the Moon Disaster’s defensive abilities. All of these immunities are bypassed by effects produced by Moon Disaster. -- Locks the panels into Ocean Panels while active. This effect cannot be overcome without destroying the object. -- When Destroyed: Inflicts 500 Unavoidable Lunar/Aqua Damage to all targets. Multiply by 2 per turn active. -- Used once for free on first turn.

*He supposed his nature betrayed his own natural habitat all too well. But while he would be fine to disappoint their guest, he also would chalk this up to the times. This way he would have a good understanding of what they were working with just the same. Besides no doubt this guy was lonely up on the moon with no one else to trade with. He would have to admit that even he would have a hard time dealing with such a thing when fighting was basically tied to his very core, no matter how good he was at doing things unrelated to his calling.*
"One trade is plenty fine, yo."
*As he suspected the footwork would be something better than the singing itself. A dancer that utilized it for fighting or vice versa was fine, he would just need a real audience to help with that tone deafness of his. But that would be someone else's problem to fix soon enough after they were done with what they needed to take care of. For now he would be focusing on something much simpler.*
*Light and the black shadow moved to coat him as jagged wings formed up, the crimson orbs of his eyes turning teal as he drove his arm upward first, a spiral of tenebrus darkness soaring up to be dragged up along with the waters that the moon called to it. On Earth aiming to destroy the moon itself was considered a thought crime, but here it wasn't so bad all said. Maybe for the water lovers but otherwise they could deal with the fallout as opposed to the natural repercussions of doing so elsewhere. A second spiral would be sent out from his other arm, this one at the Moon Disaster himself as electricity, flame, and a shockwave all followed up along with it to occur all at once. It was several movements that were able to be unleashed in rapid succession due to his very nature that he had accomplished through his continued efforts.*

He watched, eager, as Xion's power seemed to bubble up. What an intense well of strength he was hiding! He moved back and forth from his standing position, bouncing between the balms of his feet, and as Xion moved forward, he would immediately notice a few things.
The Moon Disaster's eyes didn't come off of him. Even as Xion's perception of time sped up, it seemed as though his eyes were able to keep track of him. Oblivious to the dangers, as Xion charged forward with the first of the Dark Drills, the Moon Disaster just held up his hands and took the blow, feeling the incredible force of the drill seep into his systems and crush through his defensive measures.
His face kept the grin on it as he took the hit, being thrown backward, but his body didn't break under the force exhibited. In fact, Xion felt an intense chill radiating from his body, as his golden armor glowed with an extreme radiance in response to the force from Xion's attack. Releasing it from his armor, a powerful radiance of light and moon dust threatened to blind Xion, but, without any extra force from it, was harmless to him in his Dark Soul. The crescent blades coating his body also made fighting the Moon Disaster difficult, as he seemed an expert at twisting and turning his body in just the right way that as Xion swung his swords, he caught up on those blades, which would have cut any other fighter to ribbons.
The Moon Disaster noticed Xion's speed, as well as his strength, but also recognized the source of his current durability to a lack of his own effort. Even as the attacks continued on him, the Moon Disaster seemed capable of refining his own glow, regaining his golden armor to withstand the blows Xion sent at him.
His own bravado caused him to take quite the beating, and while he wasn't even scratched for it, his body did surge with darkness and sparks to relay that he had taken on a few system damages in the process. He did a quick check through his own Waves, seeing where they were locking up, and decided it would be just a little fun to let Xion's work pay off for him. He could show off what he wanted to show off without access to all of his toys, anyways.
As Xion moved to get at the Satellite itself, he maneuvered, jumping up from his own space on the ground with incredible alacrity, clearing the distance and standing between Xion and his own personal charge. While he was willing to take the beating in stride, he wasn't willing to have all of his fun taken from him.
"YO YO! You're like at two places at once, yo! It's me, though, the Moon Disaster, YO YO! Can't have you making a Disaster on my Moon, y'know, YO?
"Got some great moves, even I can't deny, yo. I'm not going all out because that's no fun, yo, gotta play the game and see how others play it before I do, huh, yo?
"As for this: Don't worry about it, it won't be here for long."
With that, he clutched his legs to his chest, and when he unfolded his body, his smile seemed to start as the focal point for an incredible glow, unleashing a blast of gold in all directions that coated everything in a film of unyielding ice.
Still floating in the air, he simply turned, held up his fist, and swing it at the moon behind them. Stopping mid-swing, he dramatically flipped over in the air, turned his body upside-down, and smashed his fist into the satellite while looking up from his body at Xion. The force of the impact was immediately noticeable, a crack splitting through the center of the satellite and rapidly spreading, white-hot bursts of energy gouging out from the surface as he disrupted the satellite's gravitational core.
The direction of his strike caused the exit wound of his force near the top of the satellite, as the first chunks erupted up and then came crashing down. As momentum took over, the satellite was quickly torn apart, as it broke down to minuscule pieces, and sent up in such a way that it would arc a little waves above Xion and the rest of the stage before it came crashing down, little bit little, peppering the field in lunar destruction.
While the moon shattered and continued to rain on Xion, he began spinning rapidly, absorbing some of the released moon dust and sending it into motion around him, creating a flurry of lunar dust with specs of ice floating through it at high speeds. This was a defensive measure more than anything, but he'd had his fun, and wanted to see how Xion responded to his efforts thus far. His body seemed to absorb the left over space dust from the catastrophe, as though he stored it elsewhere for other needs.

*As one should expect from one named after the moon, he did have the chill and radiance to be expected of him. He could do without the blinding light, but that was how someone who soaked in the spotlight lived their life after all. If he had this much covered defensively then they shouldn't have to worry about him, which was fine. If the only answer was something unleashing a big attack from another source to somehow catch someone he knew was nimble and only took the attacks because he knew he could, it made for one less person to look after in the fight. And with the backlash being there, Xion himself would be fine even without the darkness backing him up. But that wasn't something that needed to be brought up here. This wasn't a fight of conquest as much as it was to show what both could do. That was why he went into the darkness immediately without any tricks of gimmicks to be set up for it.*
"Yo yo, thanks for the compliments man! You've got plenty of luster all your own though to keep the beat at grooving to your tune. I'm feeling ya man, no need to rush things like this, yo!"
*Besides he had landed the real core trick there. While the pick at the defenses was one thing, the last few attacks was where everything was. To cut out a part of the offensive paradigm and to see what would happen if that fleet footwork was locked away at a time. He could tell that would only have one opening, and was why he had aimed to pin the shockwave's corrupted side-effect as well as the still ongoing paralysis. But putting that aside was now putting together that he would get to see someone just destroy the gravitational core in a solid blow like that, making the Disaster part of the name all the more apparent. In that case, he would need to wade out the oncoming lunar storm as he brought his fist to the ground, the darkness moving to swell around him as it would all come down and collapse upon the dome he now had around him. It served as a mighty veil and as shade from the mighty luminescence that was above him, smiling to himself. He supposed it hadn't been around for much longer in the end just like he said. Well, he would have to at least respond in kind to keep up the tempo, though not that he would aim to do so for too much longer. He would have pulled in the dust left behind with his own new vortex of darkness that started to swell up and take a simple shape at the end of it all: an arrow that was aimed by Xion's own arm to fire up at the moon above: the Moon Disaster himself.*
"So let me just try a little bit of a tune of my own here, yo!"
*The leftovers were taken in by the disaster himself, so there was nothing else except the contrast of the white-hot bursts of energy were the dark-cold energy of Xion's own here. And so he released, sending the shot skyward as a total of twenty shots had been sent up in all with a quiet thunder behind them. They would streak through the space between them to meet their mark, condensed in both form and the destructive force unleashed, as they would be focused largely in the arrows and dealing with them would alleviate any problems that could occur from them.*

He paid close attention to the use of shadows to create a barrier for himself, and even the purge of its power to prevent the flecks of ice from forming that made his attacks truly lethal.
Then, of course, came the barrage of arrows, with incredible power packed into them. His key functions disabled, none of his abilities online for the time, it seemed that the Moon Disaster was forced to take these arrows directly. It wouldn't be his first time, of course. He took to it with a spin, his golden body taking the blasts and refracting the energy over his form. Even as the dents and marks were spread over his form, the Moon Disaster kept his grin, feeling the strikes through his armor. Now, this was a fight!
It seemed that the sturdiness of his form had certain thresholds, meaning that force in excess was necessary, but force in excess of even that was wasted. He'd compromised himself by taking all of those glitches, but he was still fine.
Not having any of his active features online really slowed down his groove, for sure, but it wasn't the end of the world. Once the last of the arrows pelted at him, he unveiled from the darkness, still shining, still smiling. "Yo, yo, YO! Now that was a nice display, yo! I'm good to be done here, legit, yo, down to the Undernet we go, YO! I can still give you one more round if you'd like, though, yo."

*Good, it had gone about as well as he had desired it to and didn't cause any problems for them. Now they just had to... well this was strange. He took a moment to look at the back of his hand, the core that he had stored there in particular. It had been brief, but he definitely felt something strange there. It wouldn't be impactful on him in the grand scheme of things and so he would leave it alone and focus on what was next instead, the darkness beginning to fade and give way to what was underneath it once more.*
"Nah man, we're good here. If we have another go it'll be without the compromises to your functions, yo. Down to the Undernet we go."
*He'd gotten them this far, so next would be the actual convincing. But they could do that after they relocated and then sorted things out from there. Then he would hope the others got back together without any other oversights made in their approach so far. Honestly given that it would be par for the course now he had already just started thinking about what could go wrong by the means of a long forgotten term: Murphy's Law. Well, they would see about that later as he would use his ability to access the Undernet to open the way there now, expecting to meet with the usual guardian once they got down there proper. They would need to have a chat eventually anyway, but for once he was fine with it being later rather than sooner as he glanced to Burai before he walked into the dark pathway, back to the mysterious servers owned by the Underking.*

The Moon Disaster, with his best smile, follows Xion into the void below. Without much hesitation, glad to be rid of his personality for even a brief moment, Burai followed behind the two, onto what would come next.

"......wwwwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
FFFFFFTHHHHHHHHHUMPFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!
From the sky, Rosary came crashing down into the center of the stadium, a large dust cloud rocketing into the air. She sat up and scratched her head. Wasn't she just in the prison? Where was everyone else? Why was she here? Actually, where even was she?
"OH IS THIS A STADIUM?!"
She jumped up with glee and looked around excitedly, but her excitement quickly turned to disappointment.
"Ehhhhh? No one's here.. maybe everyone's just afraid to fight."
She shrugged. She couldn't blame em, being weak is pretty scary. It's why she's only into strong peeps. But where to go from here? That was the excellent question. And so! She wondered, to somewhere else.
