The highest point in all of Electopia; Mount Belenus. The home of the original Darkchip factory. This was the site of the final showdown with Regal, and is now considered an entirely protected network. None are allowed to enter without permission due to just how dangerous the inactive plant is considered to be, and few attempt to break that rule.

The entrance to this dark network is narrow, and the network itself is archaic. Broken paths and residue from long crushed dark chips cakes the network, and it's at this entrance that a Navi clad in dark green armor touches down. With a red eye burning from behind the shadow of his helmet, he walks forward with an obvious anger in his gait; a strong malice resounding with his every step.

The old protected network might have been outlawed for good reasons, but it was often times that those very values could be turned against others. This was a common trait here just the same as it a tear opened in both the sky above and on the ground level below, revealing from the sky one of the fleet ships not unlike what had appeared when New Life itself was under attack. From the ground tear came Preons of various make and designs, the sky tear having one figure that flew out like a jet before changing shape into a more familiar one, not slowing the speed of his descent either.
Standing at 9 feet tall was a large being by design in all forms. Silver in form and trimmed with a duller hue of the same, he had elongated shoulders that point upward, having a straight and narrow head akin to a spear, much like his two shoulders. He has a protrusion from the side of both wrists as well as an opening in his back, scarlet orbs that may have represented eyes looking over the area. A salvo of plasma was unleashed and fell down along with the bombs from above as he touched down. This one was... different than what he recalled. Rather than his form, it was more like the malice that was still reminescent of what lined up with what he knew of before. It was likely after his battle with Glint that both had to undergo some change to accomodate the results of the battle. He didn't relish the fact that things had to be this way, but that would never take away from his duty either.

Vile's eye shines out from his helmet for just a moment before returning to the pitch-black shadow that obscures all. Trishula would hear a laugh under his breath as he turns and takes a strong stance; cannon lowered and fists clenched against the shining paragon.
Vile: Oh, how working for that self-righteous windbag has paid off today.
Taking a step towards Trishula, Vile runs his hand along one of the tables that was once used to create darkchips, scooping up the black dust in his hand. He clenches his fist tightly, and then tosses it in Trishula's general direction in a cloud of black smoke that dissipates after a moment, laughing all the while.
Vile: You. Of all of your forces, it just had to be you that came to fight me.
Vile continues to walk towards Trishula, kicking up black dust and tossing black clouds from the work tables menacingly as he does so.
Vile: So what are you going to do? Try to steal my tricks? Maybe work on wearing me down while you fly around like a sparrow?
Vile takes one last handful of the darkchip dust and clenches it in his fist, forcing out a spark of orange energy and a surge of dark power as he does so.
Vile: Or maybe you'll just drop like a crushed dragonfly. I can't wait to find out!

Vile was one who showed his resistance in the last one. Even down to his very last shreds could he resist and bite back. It wasn't the same kind of durability as others, but it spoke quite strongly all on its own. And no doubt it had already begun just from the actions that both had taken already. The maverick on the other end was as volatile as ever, though perhaps even moreso than usual given the incident at their last encounter with their forces.
"I would think the flight more akin to a swallow, but a bird is likely still just a bird in your eyes. You aren't one for tricks either."
His arsenal that he could wield was a bag of tricks, but those same tricks wouldn't quite matter when used back. He was one of the few one could say was fine fighting against themselves due to the zeal that he had backing him. So instead he would have to make use of his own to contend with him. He wasn't a match for the array of weapons that Glint held in comparison to himself, but how he could utilize what they didn't know of his nature was well enough. And in terms of speed while he was all too sure of himself, Vile was another highly mobile target. It was honestly his hardest matchup in terms of his individual ability. But a difficult encounter didn't mean one that he would falter in. All that mattered now was whether or not it would be enough, something that could be said of either side.
"Either I'll drop like a crushed dragonfly as you imagine or your show of force will be insufficent to succeed. Those are two of the outcomes."

Trishula's words are interrupted by another laugh from the violent Navi before him, who even now continues to walk forward, kicking up clouds of black dust with every step.
Vile: I only heard one possible outcome....
Vile tosses the handful of black powder into the air like he had before, laughing again as he does.
Vile: ...and one big mistake.
Vile takes a step back as this final cloud of black dust spreads out and a solid white light begins to shine in the barrel of his main weapon. And then the black cloud of dust that even now shrouds him opens its eye.
The dust piles that had surrounded Trishula from the very beginning take shape and forge into countless sharpened spires, focused on and above Trishula's position while the central core, now speeding towards the silver sky-master unleashes a horrible volley of bright green plasma balls in rapid succession, instantly showing the Shadow Devil to be a far more aggressive foe than it had ever shown itself to be.
Vile stands back through this, still aimed on Trishula's position as he puts a single finger on his helmet.
Vile: Take us online.
From above, a familiar yellow field falls like a blanket, encompassing the network via a connection to a source unknown focused far above. With it comes another volley of Vile's laughter as the Shadow Devil closes its eye, even now expanding its form across the network in eerie silence.

As Vile started to throw the final dust cloud he would notice Trishula beginning to lift his arm. It wasn't as though he was about to fire just yet, but the motion had begun all the same as the black cloud opened its eye and the assault began. The strikes from the dust-revealed devil would fall short, from the sharpened spires to the plasma balls that were aimed upon him. It was about time for it to be out of its stasis and in its proper form after that encounter it had with Vanguard in Netopia. The NIA taking the losses while keeping themselves out of the battle had its merits after all. And as it began to expand its form across the network in its silence, he couldn't help but think that a certain someone had made quite the proper analysis on where he would be most potent. He understood a bit more why Rosso felt leery of him.
"Then it would appear that in your update your hearing received a bit of a downgrade."
The field above would make things a bit problematic for him, as it cut off a certain application of his. But it cut off that application... but not its overall application. For the Shadow Devil itself he would be fine with in its newly acquainted edition. It was a solid show that both sides were serious, as from beside Trishula came a violent wave of crimson energy like desolation itself directed upon the Devil and Vile alike, the Manifestation of War slowly making his presence known. He was elected to go with him in the event he did find himself in a more problematic situation after all, as neither side had come into this initially on their own. Despite this Trishula did not go on the offensive yet, instead standing his ground for whatever reason it could have.

Beneath Vile's helmet, he sneers in anger... yet he does not defend against the crimson. Despite its chaotic power, it blows across both the Shadow Devil and Vile like a gust of wind, and just as quickly eliminated.
Vile: Would have rather just fought the bird for this, but I suppose a little payback is in order here as well. But first...
Vile puts a hand on his helmet again and establishes another contact.
Vile: I want this network disconnected; they get no more help.
This is the point where the Third System pulses and turns a deep orange tone. It then solidifies into a network all its own; one that now had no connection except for whatever force is currently generating it.
Vile: And now; make their lives hell.
Another flash drops from on-high, revealing two beams of golden and red light before taking form and merging in a spectacular show of glorious, nearly divine power. It falls from the heavens, and brings them with it as it takes on the form of both a divine beast and an ogre, standing on four legs and rising into a centaur-like body of pure gold. It has the face of a fox, and beneath that the visage of a violent ogre, both framed by a sun-like ring of golden glory. From this ring, a voice rises out with a calm, peaceful tone.
Godkarmachine O Inary: Our reincarnation was at hand, and so we rise to end you in a manner most befitting.
Godkarmachine's golden hand reaches out and forms a bright pink beam-sword with an elaborate golden hilt. The divine beast then raises the blade and holds it at the ready while standing before Vile. All the while, the Shadow Devil continues to engulf the entire network bit by bit.

So it was likely they weren't the only ones who had kept an eye on that particular one. The crimson energy that was welling up began to shift, instead dulling in its shine and becoming more akin to a brimstone red instead. There was value enough in just using it in such a straightforward approach. Its true value would start to be utilized from here on out instead, the single gleaming eye of Var glancing over to Trishula.
"Can the others breach it?"
"That question is irrelevant, Var. We already brought the required numbers in the network. For now, I'll work on both tasks at hand."
Even if they couldn't breach it, all the better. That would be showing a card that was not desired to be unveiled as of yet. It made sense that they would encounter the recreated one where it was already at its full power rather than eliminated as the two halves. He would require an adjustment to the initial strategy then. Immobilizing the Shadow Devil while making the necessary adjustments on the fly. He placed a hand to his chest, pulling out an orb of light that released an eerie glow that was greater still than what Var himself was producing already. But it was quiet, almost as if it wasn't there before the very same orb vanished into thin air. And so Trishula started to take to the air as he began to levitate off of the ground as the quiet pressure seemed to linger in the air and beyond.
Var would be the one to press the attack again, releasing two concurrent waves from his right arm that were magnitudes stronger than the last one he unleashed. The first wave maintained the dull brimstone hue while the second adopted a strange azure instead as they made their way toward the Godkarmachine.

Against this, Godkarmachine takes his blade and raises it, the Shadow Devil obviously shifts away from the assault, and even Vile reacts defensively. The deity machine's action comes out in response first as it slashes downward with an intense, sparking arc of light. The wave and the arc meet and intertwine before exploding in the midst. Vile, still in a position behind, looks up through this and gives his next command.
Vile: Take down the small ones first.
Wave after wave of pure, black sludge surges around the group of Var and Trishula, entrapping as many of the preons as possible. With this, Godkarmachine raises its blade to the sky and powers up as the Shadow Devil's eye appears behind it, turning its liquid body deadly as it fires off another volley of plasma at Trishula, this time backed by a highly concentrated blade-wave from the sword of Godkarmachine
And this is when a tremendous claw rakes through the network and slashes across behind both Var and Trishula. The silver sky-master would know this claw all too well, as Eregion takes its place behind Godkarmachine O-Inary with an arrogant snarl, filling the already cramped network even farther with its huge presence.

The preons weren't the ones that could be considered the most mobile of sorts. The black sludge would find no difficulties in landing down upon them. However they would suddenly have a surge of white and black lightning to pass over them to remove the black sludge, signaling that another of their ranks had arrived too with a strange humanoid that had one half of its body as black and the other half as white. Trishula moved to respond to the attacks from the combined front as the weapons on his shoulders moved to aim forward as Var instead halted his own attack, a pale glow around his left hand. Trishula moved to unleash his counter fire when one of their old adversaries came from the rear, the fruit of Var's work coming to light here as the claw hit the backs of both head on, but the force behind the strike itself seemed muted. The shot that Trishula unleashed met the combined front head on, but both combatants still moved aside as the plasma-charged blade wave won the clash and pushed through, taking with it some of the smaller ones as well. The glow from Var left again as instead the more oppressive glow from his right arm intensified, this time releasing a yellow and purple wave followed by a third scarlet one. A flash of lightning would surge forth and meet the attacks, further empowering them as the pressure in the air continued to expand itself.

Vile's eye burns through the shadows again as he watches the new face appear.
Vile: I knew it!
The violent bolt of power released by Var pulses forward, and is met first by the blade of Godkarmachine, which uses the jets on its lower body to clash. Next, the Shadow Devil's body once again juts out a set of spikes to meet the impact as it arrives, and finally the devil's eye opens in the ceiling above, releasing a storm of plasma shots to finally mute the attack before it can deal meaningful damage. From the point where the eye now gazes out, the Shadow Devil's now network-enshrouding form oozes and takes on the form of a tremendous skull with a set of glistening, metal spikes beneath it. The gigantic structure collapses down on Trishula's position with an earth-shattering quake, When this show of power ends, Vile at last takes his place in the battle. Standing atop the skull, both of his forearms fold back to reveal artillery barrels in their place. Vile then unloads a high-powered salvo of missiles on the invading group. As each missile flies out, it suddenly sprouts a set of bladed wings and begins to spin, slicing through a surprisingly large area before making impact and exploding in large, chaotic fireballs. While still firing off, he begins yelling to whoever he'd been speaking to again.
Vile: They managed to bring another one in, and they're trying to pull something on us! I don't care what you're doing, and I don't care how much it hurts; Shut them down and give me more power!
The orange field seems to begin vibrating and once again darkens even farther, seeming to take on a downright infernal quality. The invading forces would find that simply existing in this environment was becoming difficulty, as they start registering compatibility errors with the server. It's as if the net itself has started to outright reject their presence, as if the world in which they exist now turns against them in anger.

As the skull came down upon them an electric wall formed around Trishula and Var alike as it pushed down upon them. From above it would appear as though they were crushed by the Shadow Devil while Var got to work instead as his left hand moved as Vile unleashed his barrage, the barrage in question moves back toward the Shadow Devil's eye instead as it tore into and detonated and its vibrant fashion, continuing to do so until the quality of the field changes and the influence seemed to wane, causing Vile's onslaught to steadily return to their original marks. Due to this their ranks were beginning to take damage as the lesser forces were starting to be destroyed under the oppressive fire. But his words resounded through the carnage all the same.
"Trying to pull something? Vasavi Shakti is already done. Such is our role as the Arbiter."
The effects of which would be showing themselves now, as once again in a rare showing, there was a feeling of titanic pressure that arose. It wasn't from any one entity, rather it seemed to be far and wide, about the very network itself. It felt like something of a tug of war, as the WWW forces felt as if they were being rejected before instead things began to balance out. The Preons would begin to open fire as the electricity from the dual-bodied individual seemed to empower their shots, turning what would be annoying and potentially harmful to a hail of destructive fire as it was unleashed at Vile and Godkarmachine before the skull lifted ever so slightly, Var darting out from underneath it as he pulled back his arm, the energy that was surging it once again having magnified and multiplied several times over. But from beneath the skull first came a whirlwind itself, expanding outward and pulling it up and twisting it about and sucking in the Eregion along with it while trying to do the same to the more divine machine among them, Var instead slamming his blade-arm into the ground with a force that made it sound as if it were some otherworldly thunder. What would come of it was plain to see however as seven waves of red, blue, yellow, green, brown, indigo, and violet rippled through the land and skyward, making a direct course toward the gathered force and growing ever stronger as they sped toward their mark.

The field of the WWW seems to clash harder and harder against the field released by this force, surging in waves as it fights back with ever-mounting power. With every surge, the invading force would encounter cascading compatibility errors. It was becoming clear that as time went on, this network was literally leaving the internet as a whole and being run via something else entirely, taken over carte-blanche by something; a living force of some strange and abnormal origin.
The Shadow Devil once again rises to the occasion. A wave of black liquid rises and absorbs the onslaught from the preon army, returning with waves of black spikes focused on the small attackers. It continues its own blitzkrieg until Var raises a cyclone around the tremendous skull, which happens to hold the eye of the devil at this moment. The whirlwind batters away at the liquid body, and eventually breaks through to the eye itself, dealing a very solid blow. In response, a huge wave of the Shadow Devil's liquid body solidifies and returns to the core, protecting it from farther damage. This, however, leaves it unable to perform a counter-attack as it reforms in response to the damage.
Eregion snarls and growls at Var as he makes his way out, but backs away in preparation. It slashes its claws to the sides as the whirlwind begins and opens up a pair of voids, but doesn't have time to anchor itself. Caught up by the wind, the massive beast proves itself to be surprisingly light-weight and takes on surprisingly substantial damage before it manages to slash open another rift and pull itself out, disappearing from the fight for the moment.
Godkarmachine stands in silence through it all. The assault from the preons was ended, the winds were dampened by Eregion's assault, and the resulting bolt was yet to arrive. The divine being stands with its eyes closed, its arms outreached, and its thumbs and index fingers meeting to form circles on both hands. The monstrous amalgamation is at peace amid the chaos of this fight.
Vile, meanwhile, feels the skull beneath his feet rise, and takes this as a signal. Using the boosters on his back and legs, he leaps out of the way, but turns in mid-air and unloads an arc of bright blue fire that sweeps across the enemy forces. He lands behind the dual voids opened by Eregion to evade the winds, but then comes the falling rain of power. This would be where Vile realized the issue in his team; with the Shadow Devil momentarily incapacitated, most of his force was offensive, and this blanket-attack was less than ideal. With a curse under his breath, he takes a step on the back of Godkarmachine O Inary and launches himself upwards to meet the attack head-on.
Vile: I will not let you!
Vile's body shines with a surge of white energy, his entire form glows and shimmers, and then a flash of black energy surges out and six beams of sheer power pour out from his very core, releasing absolutely cataclysmic levels of damage in a spiderweb-like pattern that blankets the upper limits of the network. The devastatingly powerful eruption of energy burns away the sides of the network itself as it streaks outwards, and within moments the onslaught impacts Vile full-force. The waves crash into him one by one, with each one cut down by the raw power that Vile now releases from his very essence, a visual representation of his unbreakable spirit. However, this move does not go without a toll. Not only does this tire out Vile to a degree, it also manages to pierce is almighty show of force to some degree, forcing him down with every falling blow until finally he slams into the ground. The violent Navi rights himself quickly and falls back, taking position next to the Shadow Devil and Eregion, who just now emerges from his void again, slightly less damaged than it had been before retreating.
