"Oooohohoh! That is something I absolutely don't wanna miss." Nightshade mused at the thought of Feint and Burai's battle. "I wanna see what alien powers can do." He added, tip toe-ing around to see the ONB guy turn around and leave. "I would almost want to offer to hold intelligence and support over here while you two are in the real world...but Blondie here told us he can manage alone sooo..."
The cat navi bounced around the alien, pointing towards Feint this time. "Oh, by the way. I understand your people have some grudge with me buuuut as I told Blondie earlier, I am done fighting. Sick of it. So you can rest assured I'd be out of NIA's way for whatever they wanna do. Aside from wanting to see how this alien thing ends, I'm out there in the world looking for a certain doggo aaaaaand that's about it really. Not my intention to cause any more problems to the world. I had my fill."
Looked like this would be taken care of then. Now would come settling the final matter at hand, tapping a finger to the palm of his hand as Nightshade would feel the familiar locking sensation from the not-ONB guy. With the confirmations on their stances done with, it was simple enough to go through with the other part of this while Feint was with Burai now.
"You're done fighting alright, but not for the reasons you think you are. We have some unfinished business that needs a proper conclusion."
Because if the cat could strain to remember for a moment, the one who accompanied Feint was the very same reason he also ran out with his last chance. Except it was quite clearly the last chance with him rather than simply ignoring that it ever happened. And with the goal that the feline still had in mind it made this not even worth considering otherwise. His role here was twofold and with the first half done it left only the second.
Nightshade sighed, stretching around. "As if didn't see it coming a mile away. You gotta enjoy your story powers no? Alright. Let's see what you throw at me this time." He mumbled, hopping on the spot and getting warmed up for what's to come. Wouldn't be a Nightshade day if things didn't involve people trying to kill him. Alright. Let's see if THIS was the time he really kicked the bucket. "Alrighty! Hit me with the bull crap, I'm ready. What'll it be this time. Unlimited triunes? Oh, maybe a bunch of...hmm... unavoidable attacks! Who knows..."
He looked to the human woman as she offered herself as a sparring partner. He did not know anything of her power, but, he also wasn't in any position to assume too much. An altercation seemed evident between the leader of the NIA and his escort, but, Burai had no interests in maintaining any level of friendliness with the cat. His attitude and outlook on life annoyed him to no end, and it was altogether too easy to consider leaving him behind to meet whatever fate the police officer had in mind for him.
"I don't believe you would be of much use to intel on this side after whatever he has in store for you," Burai said simply, turning his attention to Feint, then. "As for your agreement to both requests, I will leave it to you to lead the way to the private server you had in mind."
" Off we go, then. We'll give these two some time alone. "
A sort of holographic screen materialized before Feint, she tapped away at it as if it were a touch-screen monitor, though in no discernable pattern to those watching. It disappeared shortly after, spawning a portal near herself and another near Burai to step into that would take them to the private network she had mentioned. Entry was prohibited by any one else it seemed, so there'd be no "jumping in first" by any others that were here to steal the portal for themselves.
She assumed he knew what to do, so stepped in her own to move onto the next scene.
He saw the holographic panel appear in front of her and thought immediately of the similarities between it and the screen for the Hunter V-G. He thought on this only a moment, however, as a portal opened in the Net next to him.
A strange and interesting world this was thus far, but far more intriguing was it for the items it held, and the opportunities it provided to test out his abilities against a new collection of individuals. He walked into the portal just as she had, unsure of where it would go.
The others were gone which was fine because this was a job that didn't require too much time and effort. And once he was done he could start work on something else that was important. With the cases that had come up, it would be folly to not take advantage of these happenings. But the present was what mattered now, which meant...
"Are you done with your mad ravings so soon? You were much more talkative the last time we met. But since you're in the guessing mood, let's see what you've won."
It was the first time he would be actively engaging himself after all, but all the same he called forth what appeared to be a simple enough firearm as his right arm changed into a buster. It wasn't anything flashy or the like that he fired from it, as all he did was fire a shot directly from it like a shotgun. What made it stand out was when Nightshade and the attack were drawn to each other, aiming to extinguish him in one go for him to in fact kick the bucket this time.

Seeing the battle about to start, the blue Navi is seen talking with his crew before turning towards Grom and Nightshade. A moment later he begins the treck and walks his way to them and stops at the edge of the would-be battlefield.
FreezeMan: You're welcome to continue with your battle, gentlemen, but please know that I will be personally recording the event, and will be taking legal action should you bring about undue damage to my city.
As a small crowd had started to form, one particular normal Navi standing not far from Burai speaks up with a young yet determined voice.
Normal Navi: I really don't think that they care, FreezeMan...
Just as quickly as the battle was going to start, it came to a close as the shot struck Nightshade head on and downed him immediately. It was just as unceremoniously as his weapon looked, walking over to him and placing his palm to his chest as the cat-like Navi vanished. The fate that would befall him was something he knew of and for others to find out at another time. Honestly he should just be direct about this, but no one could say he didn't offer at least one last chance. If Nightshade chose to fail being an upstanding person again, then the chips could fall where they may.
"It was never going to be a battle to begin with. Not much to record or any damages to the surroundings."
At first he was simply going to do his job and depart without a fuss, but he managed to get someone's attention on the matter. And so he may as well ask the question now. As far as he was aware, there was only one real answer that could be given for what he was about to ask.
"While I have your attention FreezeMan, I have a question for you. How are you rebuilding the city? The reconstruction efforts have failed everywhere else."
