-Navi Name: Steve.Steve
--Appearance: Reference. Navi Mark
In addition to the above reference, Steve's navi mark is his belt buckle. He stands barely taller than a Metool, and his mask has some blue "waves" painted on the cheeks.
--Personality: Steve is an equally mysterious and enigmatic... Steve. They behave very childishly, and seem to enjoy pulling pranks on people as opposed to doing any kind of actual work whatsoever. They're quite easy going considering all things, very much to the point that the world could be literally burning around them without bothering them. Big scary "boss" people however tend to intimidate Steve into either running at high speed, or doing their bidding like a good little minion. Steve is also quite friendly and overly curious, which is an odd combination with the aforementioned traits.
--Background: Steve just randomly appeared one day, quite literally. There wasn't any over the top invasion, the very elements weren't torn asunder, and there was no wibbly wobbly timey wimey shenanigans. Steve was just seen, ignored, and then watched once Steve started to attack people with silly string! Then Steve ran away, only to reappear to do Steve things. Steve may or may not have accidentally gotten caught up with some shadier characters, purely by accident and has become guilty by association.
No one knows what Steve is, or what they intend to do. Which is solely due to the fact that Steve doesn't speak any understandable language- but does understand what other people say, resulting in their having to pantomime what they're saying to try and communicate with other people!

An opponent can expend two uses of an effect that increases their Armor against one attack or Attack Damage to ignore this effect.
