Slypner The gentle Creamland coastline. Its elegant tranquility is enough to make even the most retentive forget the worries of the now near ruined country. Battle after battle, destroyed town after destroyed down. A near never-ending cycle for the Pride family and their ilk. Accompanying this golden seaside haze are several buildings reminiscent of beach shanties. A simple area where the few denizens residing have little to no technical prowess. The town of Bubbler Bay.
Here, is where Slypner finally resurfaces. Sauntering out to the beachfront from behind a wave of shacks. He holes himself in an area protected from the occasional wind gusts and takes out a small device, a jammer. Where if someone were somehow be tracking the sourceless husk, they would be dissuaded. From there he begins taken out several small... devices? contraptions?

"How quaint."
*So this is where he ended up after making his way out? It was pretty rich that of all the places he ended up when he got out was here. The place that he helped shut down before on a whim. His whims were often times not in everyone's best interests, but Creamland managed to get out of it fine. In debt, but fine. Which made it all the more... it made it a lot of things actually, that he dropped off here. Now came keeping a low profile then. He didn't imagine it would take them long to notice his absence, but he did imagine that they'd only find him if he made himself obvious. If he tried jamming his signal it'd be suspicious because they'd have a spot they couldn't see. If you couldn't see it, it meant you were hiding. And Rosso had plenty enough fire power to melt away any hiding spots if they... speaking of black spots, he noticed one now. So he followed up on that, making his way to the spot that Slypner had chosen.*
"Oh, it's you. Well, it makes sense it isn't him. Good timing though. You good to go?"
*He couldn't tell where Rosso was at all unlike this. He'd much prefer this over just plain nothingness. He didn't know how long he was gone for either, as his sense of time was scattered in there. But whatever he missed he figured he could ask someone to fill him in on as work was taken care of.*

Slypner Slypner turns his head to note the arrival of his compatriot. A simple nod of affirmation at the question. Then a gesture at a weird looking device near completion. Only A few pieces were left, all in Xion's possession.
Do you have the rest? The jammer in place shouldn't raise any alarms. It's designed to emulate a normal human's attempt at one. I noted others in Creamland attempting the same.

*Xion nodded, opening his hand as he called the core to hand. He had made good use of it before now, exactly because he just made sure to confirm it would do what he needed to. And after taking care of those loose ends, he had full proof that it would exactly as they required it to. So now meant going swift and sure to be sure that just in case he didn't have to deal with maiming anyone quickly too.*
"No one here should suspect a thing then. All good on my end."

Slypner Good. Slypner takes the core from Xion and begins to insert it into the device. Slotting it into the modified Pylon acquired from the Life Virus prison. Be ready. Based on prior data, I still have no idea how much energy will be required to jump start the device. Do not fear however, as the technology that went into its construction is more than enough to stabilize it. So go all out if you desire.
The toneless navi's explanation stops as he finishes affixing the core into the small suitcase sized device. The core being a focus for Xions output, channeled through the pylon to regular flow and prevent short circuiting the device. Then leading into a small contraption that had been acquired in the Villa de Bogues. Originally intended for the creation of advanced darkchips, now modified via Slypners own methods combined with Junotech to provide a different function. A purpose to be revealed soon. The final touch added, the N.T.T. was complete.
The painter rises, takes a few steps back and clicks a button. Several lights and noises begin emitting from it. Signalling an "on" state. I will signal you when the device has become self sustaining. Aim for the core. You may begin.

*He was quite tempted to go all out, as he certainly wanted to test his newfound upper limit. He would do it if necessary. For now he didn't feel like risking any alarms to what many would recognize as a foreign presence or finding out if the jammer would keep that from being noticed.*
"Time to start then. Next time they'll ask permission before acting up."
*He lifted his hand, a foreign yet familiar power coming to life as he fired upon the core. A sustained flow of power to surge through the machine. And thanks to his own efforts ahead of time, he wouldn't run dry before he could make the deed done. That and his well was quite deep now even without those prior machinations. Because he wasn't done with his climb just yet. These were just the steps to start the opening act.*

Slypner The dark hue of energy overtakes the immediate area as Xion unleashes his power. Basking Slypner in an oddly fitting drab color. The digital trees nearby bend slightly as a gentle wind would cause, small bits of sand flick into the sky, and Slypners hood begins to rattle.
The device itself remains completely stationary. Absorbing all the energy the darkloid is churning out and yet not outputting anything... As if the device isn't working. The glow of the core signifies that it is indeed alive however.
At this level the device will not initialize. More power, Xion.

*He was going to call Slypner's craftmanship a bit off if the device wasn't working properly, but he noticed the glow that the core was giving off. So it was just being a bit greedy. Which made sense considering what had happened in its entirety. Vinyl being the pest that he was. So he lifted his other arm now, getting ready to start putting his back into it.*
"If I've got nothing else besides wit, it's more power."
*So he pushed out more than before. And then some on top of it. Keeping in mind that they often said that the third time was the charm. That and that they could finally do something about the decor.*

Slypner The intensity of the breeze Xion emitted turned a harsh gale. The paltry grains that flew before now a storm by comparison. The intense coloration growing brighter and more intense with each passing moment. The core drank and drank of Xions power until finally its own red glow began to push back against the Governor's vivid purple.
Enough. It lives. Slypner pipes, as the core pulsates on its own rhythm.
The techie brings up the small controller he had used to turn on the device and pushes another button. The N.T.T. begins to shudder and clatter slightly. Bringing an unrealistic amount of energy into the small antennae on its second female slot. Then it shoots out a thin beam of energy that goes a mere 10ft before expanding into a large flat disc of rotating energy above a small sand dune on the beach.
Well, that's noticeable... We should go.

*Xion stopped as he was told to, having completed the task. It had taken some months now, but in his defense most of the work at the time was on Slypner's end. And it wasn't as though the guy could get around swiftly in his present condition. He stepped aside to watch the machine work its science, seeing the beam that it fired out that was definitely noticeable. Being discreet about it for much longer was out of the question then. But that was fine. The deed was done now, shooting a message over to his tectonic friend. He'd uphold his end to all this too for their mutual benefit. Once he got in he could work on getting Jax in as well.*
"Agreed, that we should."
*He didn't bother hiding the excitement in his tone. While he was patient and quite accustomed to things taking time he was also glad to reach the conclusion of his lengthy arrangements. So he would take the lead this time, heading out and jumping into the rotating disc, the gateway that they made.*

Slypner Slypner follows Xion into the disc. His contraption cradled in his arms. The portal remaining open after the duo had departed however. Seemingly sustaining itself.
Slyp exits, i guess Xion did did. Slyp 30/300 Xion 25/250

JunkMan.SIT
JunkMan was really, really adamant about his time in Creamland. Since arriving here just a few short weeks ago, he had been present to help against the electrical assassin, as well as to do his best to stop the destructive animated refrigerator. He hadn't been much help, but, he had done his best!
In all honesty, all he seemed to accomplish was throw up some more rubble and honestly make more of a mess of things. Even when he put to use his unique skills in trying to rebuild after the mayhem, he got distracted by something shiny and couldn't even finish that job. It also didn't seem like too many navis liked living in homes that looked like they came from the garbage heap. He had gotten pretty morose about the whole ordeal. While doing his best to keep a happy mood, he was beginning to realize that helping people was a lot less about what you could do and a lot more about what they wished you could do.
"Maybe I should just go back to space . . . at least in that satellite, I could get rid of some space debris and help monitor the weather. Ooooh, but the world down here is so needy, now! I could do so much! Just like my dear friends taught me, I could be helpful!" He sighed, the whirring of his belt-wheel trodding forward as his whole body slumped. He almost tipped himself over, just then, but quickly righted himself.
Stopping for a second, JunkMan raised his eyes up, looking out over the coastline of the beautiful kingdom he had taken to call his new earth-home. Bubbler Bay, if he recalled his satellite map correctly, was the name of this little place. The houses didn't look like the rest that he had been trying to rebuild, but, then again, the houses he was trying to rebuild didn't look like they did when they fell apart, either, and the whole of the little city was basking in the golden sheen of sunlight off of the nearby water. It seemed this little space somehow managed to escape the destruction. Maybe someone over here would actually like to talk to JunkMan, instead of insulting his building skills.
He set his belt wheel off in that direction, transforming his claw arms into bulldozer pushers to clear the way through the rubble. As he got closer, he felt his internal satellite kind of flicker on and off, and he realized a certain area wasn't as easy for him to read as the others. He looked up, concerned, his metal face trying to shift itself into a frown. Many people in Creamland used little jammers, and it always set his satellite in disarray, so, he thought little of it. Continuing onward, he suddenly saw a large beam of dark energy erupt from just beneath a cliffside, and that was decidedly not normal.
Or, perhaps, given Creamland's recent stream of attacks, was a little too normal.
He slugged on faster now, his belt wheel moving at full speed. The large beam of energy coalesced into a ring of darkness in the air, not unlike the Net Portal access he has back in Element City to get back to his weather satellite. Curious, JunkMan shifted the power in the air and rose himself off of the ground, using his control over electromagnetism to fly. Rising himself up, JunkMan launched himself after the portal, just in time to watch two very unfamiliar people fly into it.
"Wait for me!" he cried out, toppling into the portal behind them . . .
