-Rosario gains the Icanary. The Icanary can hold a max of 12 Fate Cards-
-Rosario cannot naturally attack and his attacks are replaced with Fate Cards. Rosario begins each battle with 0 Fate Cards-
-Rosario must have a Fate Card in hand to use it, and when the card is used, it is discarded-
-At the beginning of each battle, Rosario draws 7 Fate Cards of choice-
-At the beginning of each turn, Rosario draws 1 Fate Card of choice. Rosario cannot draw more than one copy of the same Fate Card that has a CD in the same turn-
-Rosario can hold infinite duplicates of a card in hand. Instead of cooling down attacks, Rosario cannot use more than 7 minus the CD of that card during the entire battle. Increasing CD decreases uses in the middle of battle, and decreasing CD increases uses in the middle of battle. For the sake of certain effects, effects that target an attack on CD may affect any card in Rosario's Icanary. Fate Cards cannot go below 0 CD. If cards have Required Charge, they must still be charged. If cards have # of Uses per battle already, that rule takes priority. Each Fate Effect follows the 1 CD guidelines of B-Tier effects, even if the Fate Effect is A-Tier, it will add the Charge and 1 CD-
