|Navi & RP Information|
-Navi Name: Lacus.exe
--Appearance:
Lacus is a young woman appearing to be in her 20’s and standing at a modest height equivalent to around 5’5 for a human. She has long black hair tied back into a pony tail with a blue ribbon, blue eyes, fair skin and a modest bust size.
Her primary armor takes design ques from traditional Electopian garb, resembling a streamlined futuristic Kimono and Hakama, primarily colored white and Olympic blue and with Moon design motifs. Lacus’ top largely resembles an elaborate kimono robe with long loose sleeves, although her shoulders are covered by what appear to be pauldrons containing her Navi Emblem. Her Hakama lacks the usual pleats, instead appearing to be composed of segments for ease of movement and fastened with a buckle also containing her navi emblem. Her under armor consists of a modified navi bodysuit which is separated to resemble some black camisole and tights. Finally, her boots run up calfs and the bottoms resemble Geta Sandles with split Tabi socks.
--Personality:
Lacus can be best described as cheerful and whimsical to others. She hates trouble and enjoys simpler pleasures like friendly company or trying out fashion chips, although she always seems to prefer her own initial clothing design. She seems difficult to displease, preferring keeping a serene and humble demeanor and she holds a profound appreciation of life, accepting that she was hardly qualified to end one regardless of good or evil.
Below the surface, she is lonely and feels acutely out of place. Her time spent decommissioned sheltered her from harm but lacking a NetOp is something that she still contends with. She can feel aimless and self deprecatingly refers to herself as a Ronin occasionally, despite knowing that quite a few other navis now more than ever are in similar positions. She doesn’t look to find another NetOp as she feels that her creator could never be replaced, but as a result Lacus herself isn’t sure of the future. She hopes to eventually find meaning in it all, and her place to come back to in the world and manages to remain optmistic knowing that she has all the time in the world to find it.
--Background:
Lacus was lovingly designed and programmed by her NetOp, made to be both a display of artistic expression and also the perfect companion. Her NetOp was a programmer who enjoyed designing clothing as a hobby, and as a result she found the standard off the shelf Navi to be unsatisfactory. Much time was spent and thus Lacus was “born”. She performed the normal activities of a Net Navi, taking responsibility for her NetOp’s well-being for a lifetime before quietly being retired since Lacus’ NetOp never found a suitable candidate to pass her down to, and to Lacus her NetOp was an irreplaceable existence.
Then suddenly Lacus’ time began to flow again as she was reactivated by a data miner. Her first reaction was confusion, then horror as she realized just how long she had been out and how much her surroundings changed. Being a more traditional Net Navi, she was also suddenly only responsible for her own well-being and found that time had long passed since her NetOp died of old age. Being overwhelmed, Lacus broke free and began wandering the Internet for quite some time, giving herself time to contemplate and come to terms with her new identity crisis.
Sure, things had changed, but there were quite a few things that were very much the same. The new world was interesting, and she could find distractions. Somewhere in the seemingly unending internet, she could surely find herself, and being miserable throughout wasn’t going to make it come any faster. She wasn’t programmed for that. So Lacus set off on a journey of self-discovery, aiming to find her place in the world and what it means to be an independent navi.

|Skills|
Meikyo Shisui (明鏡止水): Clear Mirror, Still Water
Passive Counter
With a mind like an unclouded mirror and spirit serene like the surface of water, Lacus reacts offensively and defensively simultaneously, like a reflection of the opponent.
When she avoids an attack, Lacus counters for 30 + (10*Version). If however, the opponent sends a counter at Lacus, this skill instead nullifies counters.
--This can occur up to 4 Times per opponent per turn
--Only one of these effects can remain active at a time. Either Counter or Nullify Counters.
--+10 Damage from Blade Element
Shikisoku Zekuu (色即是空 ): Nothing Stays Forever

|Attacks|
Mikadzuki (三日月): Crescent Moon
C-Range, Blade
Lacus’s primary weapon of choice, a traditional looking Katana, stored on her waist side. The sword seems eternally polished to perfection and the grain pattern resembles waves of water. Named quite simply for its curved blade and programmed to resemble a real-life katana far more than traditional NetNavi weapons, it seems it was made with great care, only rivaled by Lacus’s care both in use and maintenance.
155 Damage (90%)
Breaks Shields, Undodgeable
Shingetsu (新月): New Moon
C-Range, Shadow
Lacus’s side arm, a companion sword to Mikadzuki. While it is smaller in size, being about ¾ the size of Mikadzuki, no less care was spent on the intricate detailing and maintenance. The smaller size makes it useful for defense and close quarter combat.
155 Damage (90%)
Cuts Auras | Undodgeable
Suiren Soga (水流爪牙): Flowing Water Fangs
C-Range, Aqua
Lacus condenses water into a pair of wrist mounted triple claws. The claws are all hooked at the end, and are primarily for catching then disarming opponents or pulling them off balance. That said, they also invade defenses at close quarters more easily than Lacus’s beloved set of swords.
80 Damage (Two Hits, 90%)
Breaks Shields | Cuts Auras
Gekka Bijin (月下美刃): Beautiful Blade in Moonlight
C-Range, Blade
Lacus traces a circle in the air using Mikadzuki, creating an image of the moon and offering a prayer, empowering and revitalizing her fighting spirit.
0 Damage, 1 Turn Required Charge
1 Attack Next Turn gains 100% Base Damage
Shunkan Kirikizu (瞬間切り傷): Instantaneous Cut
C-Range, Blade
Lacus dashes forward and slashes through the enemy, so quickly that it appears like she vanishes and reappears behind the opponent.
18% of Opponent’s Current Health, 1 Turn Cooldown
Undodgeable | Percentile Damage | Ignores Armor
Ofuda: Vortex Edge
S-Range, Aqua
Lacus creates a Ofuda talisman of energy to weaponize water and fight against those with malignant intent. The talisman creates a massive all-encompassing vortex of water, damaging any Lacus deems an enemy caught up in it.
105 Damage (60%), 1 Turn Required Charge, 1 Turn Cooldown
Undodgeable | Breaks Shields | Hits All | Ignores Armor | Soaks if Hits
Ofuda: Banishing Mist
S-Range, Shadow
Lacus creates a Ofuda talisman of energy to weaponize water and fight against those with malignant intent. The talisman creates a massive explosion of harmful mist, damaging any Lacus deems an enemy caught up in it.
105 Damage (60%), 1 Turn Required Charge, 1 Turn Cooldown
Undodgeable | Breaks Shields | Hits All | Ignores Armor | Berserk if Hits
|Hyper Repertoire|
Getsurin ni Kirisaku (月輪に斬り咲く): Killing Blooms Under the Full Moon
C-Range, Blade
Lacus brandishes Mikadzuki and Shingetsu in a circular motion and conjures an image of a Crimson Moon, empowering herself for an all-out attack. Sheathing both blades, she lowers her stance before dashing forwards at the enemy and disappearing, reappearing above and delivering a pair of devastating vertical slashes with both swords. The attack appears so devastating that the image of the moon splits from the impact, and Lacus reverts to normal.
Gains 60% Base Damage per Avoided Attack Up to this point, Resets on Use
Augmented Damage | Optional Charge (2) | Fully Undodgeable
2 Turn Cooldown
