"Phantom" charged Strike (Undodgeable, Breaks shields) triggers no counters for having would-have hit Alpha Barrier? Correct me if I'm wrong please! It changes a lot otherwise!
- Alpha Barrier (10hp) also remains intact through Sheathed - Alpha Barrier (10hp) takes the first hit of Radiant Howl and breaks - Anti Damage takes the rest of Radiant Howl and counters for 160 dmg (interpretation pending) - Shine takes 160dmg from Regis Antidmg

[Essentially. It would be a lot better than intended if it procced something like Alpha Barrier or Anti-Damage. I'll try to talk with staff on the wording/effect to make it more clear.]
