Xeel
Accepting the dagger just as the elevator spontaneously collapses onto their floor squints and slides her eyes in confusion. ...How did that even fall, let alone get stuck here? We're on the third floor. Dagger in hand she picks herself up and appraises the poor state of the floor. Yo Sizzlemac. I can tell by looking at it this floor doesn't have my side quest in mind, what do you think? She twirls the dagger in one hand, a therapeutic counter to the obnoxious snoring.

Taking in the entire explanation [including Revved's inability to be a 'proper' dragon], he...actually agreed with Aeron. Perhaps he'd been calculating too much, despite the circumstances.
'So you're saying to trust my instincts more...? Doesn't sound like such a big 'secret', Aeron...'
He didn't consider it a 'superior' way of action, but maybe that was key here, especially if they were going to escape and survive against the dangerous viruses in the vicinity.
'Well, it's worth a try. I guess instinct could even get us out of here.'
Ceasing his inner dialogue, Revvaeron looked down upon the foot protection. The boots did appear a little small, but they looked more than a little comfy.
With every moment seeming to count, he snatched the boots and slipped them on. Now that he had some footwear, Revvaeron felt a bit more secure in this form.
Noticing the rest of the protective garb, he slipped them on too, making sure all of the 'void' black ensemble was fitted to do its job. And for good measure, he tied the bandanna around his forehead as well...
Until he rethought the matter. They had been looking for something to potentially help patch up their wound afterall.
Removing the boot that was on his injured foot, Revvaeron took the bandanna off of his forehead and tied it around the wound. There was a chance it'd bleed less like this...or at least he hoped that'd be the case.
Slipping the boot back on carefully, to avoid irritating the wound, Revvaeron was once again fully suited in the protective ensemble.
Before he moved on, the shine of yet another chip caught his eye. He swiftly seized the chip in his claws, a bit excited to actually find something else to increase their chances here. But instead felt compelled to save it for an emergency...bigger than the current one, if that was possible.
'That's our 2nd chip so far! This one looks like I should stash it though.'
He almost chose to converse with Aeron some more, but decided it was wisest to keep on moving. Better to progress than sit there and let the Mihk virus catch them.

Sazerac got up and brushed off some dust that had started to cling to him, though he only managed to get it off for a moment before it naturally attached to his coat once more. Pulling his red gloves down on his hands to tighten them, he looked about to see what Xeel had meant.
"If whatever we were looking for was here, it's probably held by whatever is making that snoring. I don't want to have to fight something that can cause this much damage then fall asleep in such a short time since these super viruses had only been reported escaped for a few minutes. Yaknow I really had high hopes for this company, feels bad to know they're just incompetent fools who can't keep their pets in check."
Sazerac looked about a little more, creating a small orb of electricity as a light as he walked around being sure not to step on anything that would make much noise. Up to the walls he walked, tapping them lightly with his dagger until he felt a hard spot... A structural support program, then slamming his dagger into it. Leaving one of his weapons protruding out of the wall.
"Still, we can't really get out the way we came, so lets look for some stairs. I can mark where we've been with these daggers and even provide a little light should they hold the charge, though I don't know how much this floor can really take."

Contrary from both Aeron and Revved's belief, the armor they would soon wear perfectly moded itself to their body. The elastic compound of the boots stretched, settling down into a tight fit, with the chest, thigh and arm armor adjusting as well. The new addition granted Revvaeron a much much more imposing figure than he already were. Despite not being used to wear any sort of gear unlike his brother Thorn did, even Aeron himself seemed happy and grateful they were able to equip some shock resistant ablative armor on their scaly body. Would definitely come in handy,as well as give that psychological sense of protection they needed to keep calm. With their mind merged together if either of the two panicked the other would soon follow...and it wouldn't be a good thing. Lack of coordination had been what caused the outbreak in the first place. They had to move, think and fight as one.
Revved thought to bandage the wound would work in their favor. With their foot now securely protected by the boot, their injure wouldn't keep bleeding or infect itself. Aeron limited himself to a quick reply before quieting down and allowing Revved to keep on going towards their objective, as well as gaining more experience as a dragon. "It is no secret. Yet most people fail to see it. Maybe...maybe we could, well...ah, nevermind. Now, take a deep breath and let the dragon in you guide to your next objective. Stop thinking and start feeling."
All in all the fusion navi wasn't that wrong. Revved could count on an amazing set of incredibly sharp senses. Still, what would be the red and green's dragon next move?
The floor creaked once again almost as if it agreed with Sazerac. Something else might have happened here that justified the poor condition of the floor. It would appear as a fight of sort. Surely the busted turrets and other eauipment seemed to point towards that conclusion.
However, the floor seemed pristine scavenging wise. No one seemed to have been there yet, and it looked like it had been evacuated. The most interesting thing of everything was the huge blast door occluding the view to an armory where security stashed their equipment. Around it, many other laboratories were littered all over the place. Looking way more advanced to the ones that the two navis were invited into, these laboratories held the beart of Nebulas Chip R&D department. If Xeel and Sazerac would be able to navigate through the rubble and flames succesfully, they may have a chance in finding something helpful...or exactly what they were after.
The snoring did seem to die out, letkting the labs fall in complete silence. Either the thing making them died, left or was now aware of their presence.

Xeel
Hmmm? We may have spoken too soon. Her voice piquing with curiosity. The illuminating dagger casting away the darkness revealing the rest of the floor and the facilities it holds within. She raises an eyebrow to the locker, acknowledging its current silence with distrust. Pulling out a small kunai of her own she deftly and in one butter-smooth motion wedges it into the handle. A fail-safe alarm should she for some reason be unaware of its contents movement.
Well. We're hunting chips, and this is a 'chip research' company or something. Labs it is. She chimes, catching pace with Sazerac, then darting off towards the rubble. To get a better vantage the lithe navi hops once, twice, then makes a massive jump on the third and easily vaults onto one of the lingering ceiling turrets, anchoring herself into the ceiling with the dagger saz had gifted her and distributing her weight evenly on the turret to ease the burden on the batter machine.
From here she would survey the scene and assess the most likely candidate. This looks good. She relays to Saz via hand signals then flips her body to springboard off of the ceiling and 'jump' to the front door of the chosen lab.

Sazerac just waves back to Xeel's signals, tapping along the walls again as he approached the door of the lab, careful to avoid stepping on anything too loud. As he passed by another hard spot he jammed another dagger into it, having it hold just enough charge for a faint glow to help illuminate the hallway. Pulling out a new knife, he approached the door, looking to Xeel who was mounted on said door.
"Uhhh.. Ladies first?"

'Less thinking...got it!'
Revved said inwardly to both himself & Aeron. The fusion dragon was set to test his instincts and thus to improve himself too, in the process.
Making good use of his enhanced senses, Revvaeron decided to access another room further down the hall. A part of him felt that such an area had more to it than could be merely seen...and maybe there was something of use to him nearby?
Whether or not that was true, Revvaeron attempted to enter one of the rooms, using his sense of smell to detect whatever could possibly be within.

The door seemed sturdy enough to absorb any kind of shock. Claw marks could be observed near the lock, but it did not seem like anything had gotten through. Thankfully, the control pad to the right side of the entrance seemed to be mostly pristine in condition. It was a card reader, no code required. from the looks of it, it may have not been used in a while. Not even prior to the breakout. Further inspection would reveal no auxiliary accesses nor any way to bypass the area lockdown without brute force smashing through. Another important detail was the lack of electricity. To operate such heavy doors it sure took lots of energy. The neon lights above their head flickered and faded in and out. Some sparks were training down a broken lamp. It seemed like this particular place had an external auxiliary generator. Even if damaged, it looked like it was still providing some of its power.
The room Revvaeron entered was engulfed in pitch black darkness that even his eyes were having some trouble seeing things. That is, until his three toed foot stepped in. The area lit up in a sterile blue light, revealing a set of tubes containing...Hex Neutrofluid Pentide. It was a highly unstable form of energy data, and extremely radioactive. Thanks to Aeron linking their minds together earlier, to open the locket and retrieve the armor they were now wearing, Revved was able to recall memories that felt like his yet they weren't and, of course, knowledge of things he could not know about. Something did catch his nose by surprise, something that would make his snout itchy. One of the fuel tanks had been damaged and seemed to be leaking Neutrofluid. He knew that his scales offered near complete protection against the extreme radiations. Even if only an incredibly small stream of fluid, it could generate lots of rad per seconds without Quantum Pulse Shielding active. He had reached the generator room. Still, the draconic hybrid would have to thread lightly. Beside the Mihk still snooping around, Neutrofluid was an extremely corrosive agent if it came into contact with any navi. Not even Thorn himself, whose body is pure toxin, would be able to safely handle it for more than a few minutes. Hex Neutrofluid Pentide was also able to explode in a similar fashion as common Methane...and considering how itchy Revvaeron's snout felt, the room was filled with Neutrofluid gasses.

Xeel
You know these card readers are pretty simple to hack if you have the right toys. She reaches into her pack and pulls out a... sigh. Because she's still in her Sharonian outfit, and not her standard attire. ...Well anyway. These things should have a socket somewhere for maintenance purposes. Shove a device in there that can input bit-keys and voila. Do you have one of those?
She notes the scratch marks and sliding a glance over to the locker, then up to the flickering lights above. I can rip out some wiring and power the room for awhile to make the door work if you do. Otherwise it's bruteforce city She flexes an arm

"Nah... I don't think that'll work here. It seems to be using some alternative energy source, so it'll be a lot harder for me to work with it. Lets se-"
Sazerac stopped as he produced a small palm screen on his left hand, similar to the smartphones of humans. Swiping his thumb over it a little bit his face grew slowly more pensive. With his spare hand, he walked along the door, placing his right hand on the right end of the door. The screen on his other hand closing, he placed it on the other half of the door. With a deep breath, electricity started to spark around him, through his arms and into each door. It wouldn't be enough to open them, but that was what Xeel was for. Sazerac did his deed silently, flowing more and more of his electricity into the doors until the sparks on each door would sustain themselves before taking his hands off. He turned to Xeel, visibly exhausted by his latest trick.
"Something came up and I gotta go, though I'll eventually be interested in seeing what you find. I've managed I think to at least charge each of these doors to be receptive to additional energy, and they're also acting as magnets. I'm sure you can figure out what that means. Just gotta make them powerful enough to open the door."
Pulling out another dagger, Sazerac walked until he found yet another obvious support program. Stabbing in his dagger, he held on to this one, bringing up his hand to wave back to Xeel before a his body sparked and disappeared, following the support down to the building's ground floor and out of the Labs, despite its network lockdown.

Huhm. The loner sighs. Well let's try. One last hurrah for the sidequest. She places an open palm on both doors, rubbing them a few times. Feeling the subtle change of the new current within. Once familiar she poured a slight amount of energy into them to manipulate and enforce the polarities. Increasing the flow with every passing second the doors didn't push each other away.

After a few moments of stillnes the heavy doors slowly creaked open, revealing a dark laboratory inside. The lights were completely out and the place looked thrashed. Sadly, not much could be seen from outside.

Out of Character Xeel sparks a small sphere of energy at the tip of her right index finger and surveys the room without entering. The yellow orb acting as both torch and readied weapon. Then she picks up a rock of debris with her free hand and tosses it into the room, waiting for triggered responses.
If none come, she enters and searches for precious rarities. If something does occur, blast it if necessary.

Xeel
...Wait. Why am I wasting time with this? She stops mid-step at the door. I'm already closer to a better method than this could provide. She furrows her brow and grimaces. Annoyed at how she could forget such a thing.
Well. Back to the task at hand. She turns her back to the laboratory door and finger guns each dagger left by Saz one by one. Each weapon alighting aglow in raw power. So useful. I'll keep this one. she pockets the one dagger Saz had given her
Raising the same arm up the glows grow, and grow, and grow... until the entire room is a singular shade of deep cackling yellow. Xeel grits her teeth in effort to both empower and condense the energy channeled. Then relaxes. The task complete. Each dagger functioning as condensed explosives. Any subtle force enough to set them off.
With her other hand she reaches into her satchel and pulls out a small metallic black sphere. Laden with lifeless lights. The smallest jolt of electricity being the catalyst to activate the device. 1 second fuse. No problem.
Bomb in hand Xeel inhales deeply and... Time to work. The world slows down to a freeze as Xeel dashes to the elevator at full speed. Leaving the bomb, active and blinking a pale yellow, where she stood. In a nanosecond she's there and blowing a hole through the ceiling. Sending it plummeting to the first floor... with a second blinking bomb inside. This one faster. Darting up to the floor above she withdraws and hurls a third explosive down the hallway. It's lights blinking at an even more rapid pace. It appears arming one arms them all. 3 more.
The perfectly calm Sharonian soldier speeds back down the elevator shaft, beating the free falling elevator itself to the first floor. She flicks another ,even more rapidly flickering bomb in the same direction as the previous ones and smashes through the lobby door. Ignoring the lockdown utterly with a well placed flick. Spattering the wall to pieces. Now outside she takes one bomb in hand and hurls it at the same building side the others had been. The side facing another of the NSD towers. The final being thrown at the third, till now, ignore tower. It's final blink triggering the end of the longest second this place has likely ever had.
*K-K-K-K-K-KABOOOOOOM....*
The network stops, all sound is smothered in cacophonous cries of broken navis, loose viruses, and fractured building support. The bombs fry what protections the building may have had in place and shred its support beams. The floor Xeel herself had been on having its support simply evaporate under her own detonations. The building reels in agony and collapses into its brother. Scraping it and tearing it down to the ground in a tragic duet of demise.
The third building simply having its frontal side blown open, and infected by the bombs corrupting virus.
During the blast Xeel had taken cover behind SEVERAL metronome constructs and even random civilian passing by. Peeking from behind him she grins heavily and exhales. Whew. Need a breather, eh?! she pats the horrified navi on the shoulder.

Xeel
Xeel gazes upon the fruit of her labor, lamenting the loss of time from her busy schedule, and the lack of seeing the look on the action figures face. These feelings paling in comparison to the satisfaction of a successful job. Beautiful, Right? She looks to the mortified Normal Navi who still can't believe what he's seeing. The NSD, in shambles.
The would-be soldier dusts off her Sharonian outfit. Sprucing it up with haphazard pats and swats. Accidentally knocking her Sharonian emblem to the ground. It's a good thing navis don't get tired. This contact gave me a laundry list. With the final comment she beams out of the area in a thin beam of yellow.
