I don't have any initiative, you mentioned you have one though so you are up first. Just as a note though I do have Ice level 2, so you will have this effect.
Enemies have -1 Attack Slot on their first turn.

RP Shine was gathering information for a client but was spotted out by somebody. The only way out was to fight, so she ran up to cut her opponent with her sword to make an escape.

As far as I know, you just pick an attack of yours and copy it here. Nightshade said the attack is a mega chip and does 150 damage +15 per version you are when you use it.
Uhh and I guess the winnings are 40 EXP and 400 zenny for me as the loser, and you get 60 exp and 600 zenny for winning.
