Navi Name: Rime.Exe
Background:
Operating out of the Undernet used to be a Navi decently well known as a hunter of sorts. He had no issue hunting viruses and rouge programs and the like. But he rather enjoyed having to hunt down other Navis, and was usually quite good at it. This didn't always mean killing them, but usually meant at the least incapacitating them.
Rime is the improperly reformed data of that Navi.
The name of that head hunter he can't recall. Even the fact of him having been a hunter before would elude him if not the fact he immensely enjoys the thrill of the hunt even now. His mind may not remember his past, but his body seems not to forget.
He tends to keep these impulses in check, or at the least lets loose on viruses. Occasionally though he finds he has to hunt down something better to scratch that itch so the speak.
Personality:
As his mind was what was affected worst by the botched reformation, his personality data is still forming, each day the potential to change it for good or for bad.
The one true thing he remembers, and is a corner stone to his persona, is the thrill of the hunt. That isn't to say that he is just animal like in nature though. He can interact with society fine, though may come across as a bit odd and robotic even at times while his personality redevelops. Ultimately though, even if he can pass by as just another person on the net, there comes the time where the hunt must begin. Then, the vicious beast within reveals itself.
Appearance:
While most Navis colors are crisp looking, Rime looks faded, as if sun bleached and worn. His torso has simple combat armor and other than this appears unremarkable, sans a spot on his left flank that seems to fade in and out slightly as if his data there is unstable.
His left arm just above the elbow shares this feature, shaped like a gash from a blade of sorts that raises up towards his shoulder. His left hand is normal aside from the digits themselves, which each is abnormally long and blade like in shape, and sharp to boot. His right arm appears normal to the forearm just below the elbow. From there on down his arm appears to be made entirely of ice, though with hair line cracks along the outer side.
His legs, like his torso are mostly unremarkable, with their only unique aspect being that it looks like small patches of ice appear along them at a few points. His head is enclosed by a helm, not unlike those of a knight, two icy orbs glowing from behind the visor.
Outside of unusual circumstance, he is always wearing a rather dark cloak that seems to leave a trail of frosty mist in its wake. This tends to hind most of his body other than his head, so normally one could pass by with out noting the strange appearance of his body underneath.

Passive Advanced Skill
Prey are unpredictable, and sometimes one must modify the plan. Rime is able to alter the function of attacks, using stored energy to form a protective layer of ice around his body, aiding him in fending off blows.
Rime must sacrifice a charging attack to activate this skill. When activated:
-- Rime restores HP equal to 50% of his Base Damage
-- Rime gains Armor equal to 10% of his Base Damage.
The Armor lasts until Rime takes damage equal to the amount of HP he restored by this skill
Both effects are increased by a flat +5% per charge level of the sacrificed attack beyond the first
This skill may only be activated one per turn; only one instance of it may be active at one time
Rime is unable to gain Auto Charges or Preemptive Charges by any means other than Type.
Blow for Blow
Passive S-Tier Defensive Skill
Prey can fight back, and some are stronger than others. Those that are threatening, a Hunter must be able to go blow for blow against to prevail.
Between incoming attacks, Rime can sacrifice an attack to gain an HP Buffer equal to the sacrificed attack's current damage
The Sacrificed Attack is treated as Used and still consumes its regular costs (AS/CD/Charge/etc) If it has no costs, it goes into a 0 Turn CD.
Rime cannot have more than 1 instance of this buffer at a time
The Buffer acts as temporary HP, but is not affected by Rime's Damage Mitigating effects and will expire at the end of his Defensive Phase
Rime can not use any form of Avoidance
