In the small village birthed from the fallen paradise, through the dark alleys and past the small parks lies what looks like an ordinary building. Surrounding the building is a garden filled with the now likely well known vibrant flowers and grasses of the network and two medium-sized trees, their technicolor leaves changing hues just a bit more quickly than some of the others. The building itself is made out of what looks like a blend of mahogany wood and cobblestone to make an interesting mix, in relatively good order given the recent formation of the city.
Inside the building itself is a small accommodating space. It has the main room with a fireplace, one medium-sized sofa close to it and a few empty cabinets in the room. With three spare rooms, two of them are empty with just one possessing a bed in it. The bed and sofa don't see much use and are coded into the building, causing them to return should they be uplifted from the building over time from pillagers. All in all, it's a building that seems to let anyone come and go from it as they please, the owner not against it at all.

*He strolled the city at a casual pace. Not too swiftly or too slowly. A part of it was him still getting used to the new location. The other part was him heading over to the place he secured some time after the dust had settled. It didn't see a whole lot of use by himself personally, but it served as one of several places they could use whenever they felt like it. Almost as always for him, he had skipped out on the grand conclusive battle with the Titan of the hour. He figured folks had that one and as this city would point out, "Paraside" had been "Lost" indeed when it fell. After that had been all the news of everything else that was happening. So he had went about, saw the sights, and then realized these idiots messed up again.*
"So we've gone from license warfare to border control. Same story, different approach."
*For one advantage however, those guys who never accomplished anything in the Undernet got locked down. It was amusing how often that happened, but that had zero consequences for him now. That place held no value for him after all. The only value it could possess would be taking some of it for himself, and it was annoying to deal with the usual in such a scenario. Since he could put his time to better things, he did so. And doing so landed him several things, like this house for example. Border control was a bit annoying, though. Would have to see about doing something about that sometime...*
"But at least things are as chaotic as always behind the scenes."
*All it ever took was a single spark to ignite the next crisis. When and how, who knew. But until they straightened themselves out, it would just be a rinse and repeat process. Though the approach that they wanted to do this time possessed some merit. If the stronger entities were weeded out, it lowered the odds of things going wrong. By that very same token however, it would mean they possessed enough force to deal with whatever else could crop up, like wannabe thugs and such. He would place more faith in them, but their collective power often fell shy, so there was nothing to worry about.*
"Well, on to better things."
*Like his current transaction. He had arrived at the home in question. It still looked the same as when he left it. Occasionally he did have to patch it up. He couldn't say who messed around with it, but it wasn't anything that didn't either fix itself over time or that he wasn't learned in doing personally. In the end it was still a simple house, finishing his perimeter check for good measure. So he opened the door and entered, closing it behind him. Closed doors or not, the person he was meeting didn't have any problems with getting around them.*

Indeed doors were a mere formality, and it would seem the couch was already occupied. A being in a dark suit accented by its bright green shirt sat there, only coming into view as the door was shut behind Xion. The mere prescence of this entity seemed to suck light from the room, the fire only dimly illuminating the area around it. The beings face however was more of a void than a face. While it had the clear outline of a head, its face seemed entirely featureless. A voice rang inside Xion's head, a tinge of familiarity on it.
"Well well, back again I see. Still looking for more power then? Its been some time since any have called upon me. My wares have been replenished at least. So lets get these formalities out of the way."
The being stood up from its seat, its form of a navi only barely being held stable. Two steps forward before what looked to be a hand, also clad in bright green was pulled from the void of the shopkeeper. Sweeping over in front, as if clearing a table or gesturing one to move aside, two battlechips appared before Xion, their distinct aura could only be described as a pure darkness. Darkchips beyond Darkchips. Between them, a small collection of darkchips also appeared, traditional but quite the deal regardless.

*He should not be surprised that the guy was already here. Still though, he couldn't be upset about it. It was nice to know that the guy would be where he needed to be in a very punctual manner. Before he would have said that he wasn't exactly going for more power. But he supposed he couldn't deny that he did in fact need more. There was always a power vaccum that came and went. Often times the side he stood on was the one that had the ones going these days. With more of them gone, they would have to rely on themselves even more than before. And so he had to seek that which he didn't possess and that which this one did.*
"Your services are as appreciated as the last time."
*But he still couldn't be greedy either, after all. Should the need arrive he would call upon the services once more. But right now there was one that caught his eye. And so that was what he would take, singling out the Noise Storm out of the darkness beyond darkness, the funds for it prepared as well. It would be used as a step in the right direction in the future.*
"Besides, some prices are worth paying the cost of them, should the need arise."
Noise Storm selected for purchase.
Bonus of Blood Moon too due to the circumstances surrounding the event.
