||UPDATE 7.2.1: Tutorial Navis||
Not even another month and more changes on the horizon. The biggest update we have for you today is the addition of the Tutorial Navis. These are navis that provide no rewards for beating them but represent some of the kinds of things you might fight when fighting other players. They have more advanced logic than Bosses to better emulate how a player might use them. In addition, some other changes have been made to Regular and Mega Virus Hordes, Bosses, Dark Accessories, a Hidden Program, and Status Immunity Skills
MMM's Useful Links
Some number of you have recently been requesting a centralized location to link to our various systems that are scattered about various boards. Well we have scrounged the site and made such a thing available to you. Located in the Main Rules board (Previously Empty), you can use this to navigate anywhere you might need to look up Rules and Information. Here is a Link to the Links for those looking to get to it right away.
Status Immunity Skill
Have been raised to S-Tier,
At higher versions, these were causing certain strategies to be incredibly difficult to interact with. Now only provides a single status immunity. However, has a new, optional standard drawback. If you lock the ability to avoid attacks this skill provides you two additional status immunities.
The Hidden Set Tadashi Expansion has an updated effect:
Passive hidden program
+1 turn to all hyper modes, allows the user to activate two hyper modes at once, providing both of their effects and their combined duration, once per battle. Also grants the effects of "Auto-Charge" and "Air Shoes Alpha"
Takes up one normal program slot along with the Navi's hidden program slot.
Glitches for Dark Accessories have been updated to make more sense.
Crown of the Fallen Monarch's Glitch now degens 15% HP/turn
Flame of the Shadow Knight's Glitch is now "Cannot heal"
Ring of the Dark Advisor is now "-50 Damage"
Boss rewards have been reduced to no longer give players a massive experience boost for defeating them, instead only providing the often difficult to obtain items. The Changes are as follows:
Desertman (Rewards Green Mystery Data)
Circusman (Rewards Blue Mystery Data, One Cursed/Holy MD on first win)
Bug Riser (3 Bugfrags, Rewards Choice of Bug Death Thunder or Bug Rise Sword for first win)
Additionally, NormalNavi has been removed with the addition the the Tutorial Zone.
The Tutorial Zone has been made public, Designed by Kman, this set of seven navis are meant to emulate some common strategies you might find from other players, as well as helping new members get better used to the system. With more advanced logic than bosses, we are hoping they provide much needed resources to some of our new and possibly returning members. There are no rewards for defeating a Tutorial navi, other than the knowledge you gain from fighting them.
You can find the Tutorial Zone Here
This will be the last update for a little while at least from me, as I will be trying to get more hands-on experience with the battlefield to see where future changes may lie.
