The normal Navi walks out behind the counter and picks up the deposit slip, looking it over and giving a slight laugh.
Normal Navi: Don't worry about it. You're a valued patron doing us a service, so whatever collateral will be covered.
The Navi then gives one more laugh and walks back to the office, working away at whatever project he'd had before.

Storm looked over to the manager. "And who exactly should he be?"

*The navi gulped again, watching the Normal Navi again as he retreated back to the back area. Shaking his head and breathing, he loosened his tie slightly.*
Man: That navi is our... I.T. system specialist. Not a bit of data into these systems that don't pass through his hands first. In fact, he's the one that both allowed and reversed your fund transfer...ehehe.

The normal Navi looks up from the desk with his still cheery smile, waves at Storm, then returns to his paperwork.

Storm blankly stared at the Normal Navi as he waved at him for a good thirty seconds. The blade master would then point him at the manager. "I like that guy. You should give him a promotion."

Just a regular, every-once-in-a-while patron. The OK from the bank manager was all he needed. From his side of the bank worker's station, he walked directly across from Storm. If Normal Navi was in earshot, he'd hear the entire teller's counter being ripped up from the flooring it was attached to. A simple, but powerful somersault with an extended leg, the first item of many on the bank's insurance claim. Money on the counters flew everywhere, coins and bills littering the air like smoke. However, not a cent touched the ground. As gravity forced his downward and upright ascent, the coin and bill collective rushed to his hands in an organized mass. Each bit of money seemed to hold itself to the next, each inseparable as they formed a long handle with a cylinder on one end, mostly made of coinage. With this very large sledgehammer, he made a strong gravity aided downward swing at Storm's head.

Storm raised both his arms to block the blow, the force of the attack pushing him onto his knees. "WOAH THIS GUY IS SO COOL! HE'S FIGHTING WITH MONEY!" He delightfully observed. Turning to the manager he grinned "I should rob this bank more often!"
Turning back to his opponent, he allowed the hammer to slide free from his metallic claws towards his right side. He quickly flung his left arm forward like a whip fo an unespected Counter, aiming to slash his opponent in the chest. Quick on his feet, the blade navi slid under the enemy's legs and rolled off to safety on the other side. Grinning widely in excitement he slotted in all his Blade Chips all at once.
"What's your name, money guy? I'm Storm. Storm.exe."

I'll be withdrawing 'a quarter'.
Coins of gold, silver and copper manifested in the space between Storm and the bank patron.
Coins only.
A quick change in grip on the hammer he wielded caused bills of various denominations to jut out from the multitude of coins that composed the weapon. The bills formed into two rows that moved along grooves in angles upon the coins around them. With another adjustment in grip he allowed the head of the hammer to fall toward the ground with his right hand. The chain of bills caused the hammer to move forward with its blades in Storm's direction.
...
A small glow of white light peaked out from the quickly closing cut mark upon his black shirt. Zeninage then turned around as the gold and silver coins began to fly upward into the air, each burning holes into the ceiling on their ascent. The copper colored coins came to his hands, all of them making a second, near identical hammer, this one without rows of blades.

"A quiet one, are you?"
Storm observed with interest as his opponent created another money weapon. It seemes that the guy had some sort of magnetism power. He was able to attract metal and metal filings within the banknotes and use them as weapons. The BladeMaster grinned. In that case...
Storm's right claw shifted into a Bamboo Sword, while his left claw heated up red hot. In the end his weapons were nothing but a mass of metal and paper, meaning that fire would be most effective in melting coins and burning banknotes. His Bamboo sword would take care of the guy's elec element.
He swiped his claw in the air, sending a fiery shockwave at the opponent. Quickly, he charged low on the ground and behind his first attack to not give the opponent any clue on his angle of attack. While the fire blocked the front, the overheated air warping itself to the sides and behind made it difficult to pinpoint Storm's exact location.

The fire burned, but it wasn't bright...for long.
...
The alarms heralding the presence of fire sounded, their ringing forcing the activation of countermeasures against such hazards. Above a sprinkler system let forth a torrent of water downward to the ever rising smoke and fire. To aid it, the panels upon the bank's floor changed into Aqua element panels. Both would easily stop the spread of any fire, and the anti-fire systems would persist until a certain temperature was reached.
oddly enough, Zeninage stood there, dry, and standing upon the surface tension the panels provided. With a circular swing, he spun and threw the hammer in the general direction of Storm. As it flew, it began to unravel, greatly increasing its covered range.

Storm was expecting his opponent's next attack. He had seen that he could command Zennies with magnetism. He would swifly hop up over the fizzling fire wave and barrel roll past the swing. Only a minor cut was made in his suit on his left thigh. Nothing to worry about. Proceeding with his strategy, the blademaster would notice that the guy wasn't skinking into the Aqua Panels. Therefore He had to be either Aqua/Elec or using a Airshoe program. Considering how the guy fought until now it was certainly more pricy.
Wishing to confirm his theory, he would perform a full thrust of his Bamboo Sword as soon as his boots were back on the ground. Countering the guy's swings had been fairly easy for now. His forearms still hurt a little from blocking the first swing, but the pain was slowly seeping away. He would soon find out if this guy was weak to wood or not.

The power of money was something to behold. It easily granted power, and in this case, defense. With a pair of out stretched palms, Zeninage made no effort to evade the spear. He knew that even if the bamboo weapon had struck him, the damage would have been negligible, only the impact of the spear, and not it actually piercing him would have been the biggest danger.
Once the spear came within the Patron's reach, it's color began to change to a mixture of green and gold as its weight increased substantially. As it neared its target, fragility and brittleness overtook the martial weapon and by the time it actually would have touched him, it became powder that would sink into the aquatic floor. With his arms still out, and Storm at such close range, he could easily attack with a monetary resource he had prepared before!
Silver energy flashed in front of Zeninage's palms, quickening outward like a spherical shield before dissipating as quickly as it came.
Bank Rolling!
Giant silver coins, all uniform in dimensions of a meter in diameter came crashing down and without missing a beat, rotated their way down toward Storm with increasing speed. Each coin represented an attempt to crush or cut him with their weight, speed and sharpened reeds upon their edges.

Storm was delightfully entertained by the fight at hand. He might as well actually put effort into it. The guy seemed to have a slight advantage for now, but things would change soon enough.
He immediately summoned a WideBlade and sliced horizzontally, cutting the first rolling coin in half. Then, twisting the blade, the Blademaster reflected the blow back at his opponent.
Fire did not work right now, but he had alot of different swords he could use. Such as a Paralyzing Elec sword. His left arm turned into a yellow, rapier like rod of pure electricity. However, instead of swinging it at the opponent, Storm would plunge it into the aqua panels.
With the electricity spreading all over the room in an instant and the metal coins being good conductors, he was sure he would hit his opponent this time.
