(Warrior should only be able to attack once 1st turn since Kidd is Ice L3, but meh.)

((OOC -- Ice Element can cause weird situations. Typically, if the opponent goes first, they're not entitled to apply the negative effect on their opening turn because they usually don't know it's there. Once notified though, they'll have to deal with it for it's entire duration. So even though Warrior attacked regularly last turn, Ice Element is going to restrict him for the next 2 Turns as per its standard duration))
((OOC -- Also, you cannot "heal over max" without certain equipment, so despite restoring 50 HP last turn, Kidd will still remain at his Max of 700. For the same reason, Warrior and Remnant did not exceed their own Max HPs last turn either.))
