((OOC: Yup! She deals stellar damage (for a v1 at least) when she powers up, but if you manage to stand through it all (thanks for Elemental Strengths and Regen, in this case), she's a sitting duck. She can still be pretty oppressive afterward, but when she's outta juice, she's outta juice, lol.))
