The Green Tempest; the miliary, and semi-ONB of the Creamland area. While affiliated with other ONB branches, the Green Tempest has made it clear they are under noone's command save the crown. The setting was unique, the HQ was is segmented into nine outposts; north south east and west roughly 5 miles from shore, again roughly 1 mile, and finaly one large tower in the center of the island. Each outpost was a large tower rising rom the ocean with large docks and other needed buildings built near the base. Each area was connected by a massive ring that stood roughly 1/2 mile from sea-level and was supported by several other towers, each with mini-outposts and sniper points, designed as a massive arch to support the weight and also let ships pass. The outter-ring was designed for offensive power, allowing them to be the 1st line of defense and offense, while the inner ring was for mainly for defese, always scanning the waters and using great caution. The outposts was home to any Green Tempest agent who wished to live there, and even allowed their family(s) to live there as well. There were sub-surfice tunnels with subway-like vehicles that allowed for quick access to and from the mainland, making this perhaps one of the most advanced military outposts in the world.

Several days removed from the events in the Creamland's network, in the main conference hall, Geminus stands audience with the captains of the Tempest and slicks back his thinning hair. "Well, our officers have generally found that, while something is different besides the obvious invasion, it should be habitable in..." He presses a button on his PET, and a 3D display unfurls before the committee in exact detail. "...all regions but these." He gestures to the location of the colony, and to the former location of the Green Tempest HQ.
The men seated along the table-sides look at each other dubiously, and then back to Geminus. "And what do you propose we DO do about it, Mr. Senator?" one of them asks. Geminus chuckles. "That, my dear Sir, was not a part of the agree-upon aid plan. If I were to propose something, though," he begins as a small icon begins to blink at the corner of his PET: a gray heart, something he had not seen in a long time. His face freezes, but he continues. "It would be to figure out which of your recent events caused this. I don't believe you need to be reminded about the incident down in your ser-"
"No, we don't need to be reminded, Mr. Senator." another man submits, this in a much more decorated uniform. "Please leave the information with the secretary, and if you have nothing further, you are dismissed." The men stand, and Geminus bows himself out. In the hall, he presents the requested file to the secretary and once outside turns toward land while opening an e-mail he had not noticed before:
E-Mail To: Geminus Subject: No Subject Body: Activate it. /E-Mail
The Netopian senator stops and looks out over the ocean as a small grin opens on his unusually grim face. It takes something like this to make me smile? Must be the salty air, pisses a person off... small wonder Creamland was all alone. He opens the file-history on his PET while pulling up a Navi data screen, mends the navi, deletes the action-information, and closes all of the windows. It was time to go: The decorated man steps out of the building they had just been meeting in, and Geminus didn't want to get infected by any more of the man's bad moods.
