*The battle over, the day lost, and creamland changed, the destroyer rips his way back into his home dimension and falls to one knee on the ground, his entire form beaten to the point of near-deletion. Ashamed of his forced retreat, the destroyer clenches his fist in anger, cursing it in his own mind as he does so.
The group of other-worldly monsters flock to the mysterious Navi, forming a ring around him. Yet none dared draw any closer. After several moments lost in his own quiet anger and regret, the destroyer at last raises his head, looking forward and speeking, as if to noone but himself....*
?: ....it's not worth... taking it any farther.
*Standing with his face hard as stone, the Armored Destroyer quietly begins to leave the castle grounds, the mob parting before him....*

*Not only had he been interrupted, but the person who interrupted them managed to get away with it and their own plans successfully. It wasn't something he would look back on with any kind of pride, his of purple on the ground in a form of disgust as he reformed in his natural world, their home world, and the now reformed Creamland. How pathetic... losing like that of all things. He looked up if for only for one reason, his goal being before him. The Armored Destroyer was leaving now, and he couldn't blame him after their display against the Titan.*
"We were interrupted and even worse failed to destroy the one who did so, a day we lost entirely."
*He wasn't one for stating the obvious anymore. He only spoke those words if only because he knew how much it damaged them both. This day was not only a reminder of their own weakness, but one that would kindle something far more devastating now. As shameful of a loss as it was, the Onyx Overlord had learned better than to dwell on it. If only because it was another stone on the long mile, the burning sensation inside of him quelled by the sheer state of things, of them both now.*
"But it is something we will not allow so... easily again. Without a doubt."
*His eyes showing the burning conviction he now held in them, it meant more than simply their failure against Samhain. They wouldn't let that happen as easily again, no, as they would settle their score the next time too. For now a parting was in order, so that they reflect upon it and grow in turn. This growth being the very fuel that was needed to do what would come to their minds very easily on their next meeting. A message he was certain was made clear now.*

*The destroyer turned and looked to Genesis in silence as he spoke, already knowing that this was neither the time nor the place to continue the battle. With both Navis battered both physically and mentally, a fight now would proove nothing more than which of the two had been battered the least*
?: ....next time... it will take far more than that... creature... and his minions. Far more.
*The destroyer then turns away from Genesis and continues down his path, the little creatures all around parting even farther*
?: ....next time.... there will be no holding back....
*With that, the violet Navi beams out in a flash of white light, leaving to who-knows where, leaving the presence of Genesis without an exchange of blows. The words of both Navis hang in the air for several moments, as both had already determined their own futures.... the only question remaining.... is when?*

*The creatures dispersing, Genesis agreed with the Destroyer's words wholeheartedly. For now he'd have to move on, pick himself back up, and then get back on track. Embera said that she wanted to talk to him too, so it was something else he had to do. Though in his own mind it would have to wait unless she found him, he had other things he prioritized right now. When indeed... he had much to take care. The words he exchanged with the Black Diamond, the Armored Destroyer, along with Fate as well. Disappearing as a black flash of light, fragments of data lingering for a minor few seconds before it was gone.*

Li-Pink simply... appeared at Pride Castle. After making some rather obvious observations he concluded that while rundown, regal and possibly haunted this gigantic castle was, it needed to be remodeled. Seeing as either Samhain or perhaps the Pride Royal Family owned the castle, he normally would have asked permission to redecorate this expansive place.
And upon denial he'd do it anyway.
Li-Pink walked around the castle humming and singing to himself. He explored every room and tower available to his line of sight, all the while he slowly but surely seemed to sketch and memorize the floor patterns, decoration and furniture of each room. Perhaps he would remake a castle, rather than redecorate it.

*And so here he was. A castle that hadn't been visited in some time thanks to not really needing to. No one had business here so they never were here. His business right now was the fact that he was... perturbed. Or vexed. Or any number of words that could be used to establish that he was frustrated with his present occupation of time. The guy had a long list of things that made this whole thing bother him. Being too stupid to live was the first among those, but he gave him the benefit of the doubt and figured that you could outlive stupidity. Error of judgment on his part. Then the guy calls on help, which weaker people tend to do admittedly, so there was nothing wrong with that. But needing to weaken your opponents on top of that too? Seriously...*
*It was enough to make him begin to see red. The darkness started to cover his body as the smile started to form on the shadowy body that he possessed. What sort of "demonic ruler" were you if you needed such paltry tactics in order to do anything at all? He had missed out on the recent news that had cropped up too because of his steadily growing out of control rage. But he started to channel that rage elsewhere. Into the dark depths that it usually hung around at. The smile started to fade, but the darkness remained, something that was steadily easing in intensity if nothing else. For all of this series of events, he had gone from a decent day, a better day, an okay day, a profitable day, a somewhat annoying day, an even more annoying day, and now to straight up unacceptable minus the boons that were acquired thus far. But he reeled it in, coming back to his senses without going wild.*
"It has been such a long while since I've been so infuriated that words have failed me. All of this happening in a row is a bit much for me to stay tame."

....alone. Even for a Darkloid of Xion's caliber and power, not the wisest way to be in the face of such dangers. The dark fortress howls in the stormy winds as the storm brought on by the would-be usurper screams with clashes of thunder and flashes of lightning. And amid the light that these flashes bring, as if an inverse shadow amid the darkness, a figure is seen. Only for a split second, but it's there without a doubt, and it's watching Xion...

*Calming down had helped him notice the very subtle something in that split second. That something or someone was here watching him. It was a wise decision to calm down at least, but it was rather ironic for him to be caught out in a position like this with what he was built to do. They had even spoke about running an assassination attempt on their present nemesis as is. Well, he wasn't one to shirk away even when caught in one of his half-wise, half-not moments. So instead he spoke up instead, not moving from his position now.*
"...And what business do you have with me? Hiding from me fails to benefit either one of us in my opinion."

The darkness of the castle fails to surrender anything to Xion. The storm shows its power once again, revealing that the shadows are now as void as they appear, giving Xion no farther clue to he figure that he now speaks to. It seems as though the darkness, for once, is not on Xion's side.
?: I have no need to hide from you.
...the voice, full of malice and anger, speaking with a cutting edge, resounds from directly in front of Xion. Whoever the faceless intruder is, he's staring down the Master Darkloid without fear. With this spot in focus, yet another bolt of lightning strikes nearby, revealing the details of this figure to a greater degree than before. Nearly seven feet tall, the Navi holds a strong, defiant stance against Xion. For the split second of light, a golden sheen reflects off of the figure's spiked armor and shines on the long, blue hair that lay dead a his back. The flash grants only this much information, but true to his word, the Navi's location is made farther apparent when an electric blue eye lights up the darkness, staring down at Xion from behind a black executioner's mask.Scarface: And you have no way to hide from me.

*The storm failed to relent, something he didn't quite mind. But it stirred some memories that he had in his mind. Something from a long time ago, years even. And then that voice... a moment was all it took for it to sink in at last. You know that thing they say about hindsight being twenty-twenty for people? He felt like that riiiiight about now. Someone he had been avoiding or trying to avoid for years now until he felt it was time to come face to face with the assassin of the dark. He was the one who hunted after them and was quite upset with his various failures in stopping them in the past. Now was another matter entirely.*
"Well if it isn't the Energy Controller himself? You've done well in correcting me on this day possibly not getting any worse. You have impeccable timing too, hunter."
*Hard not to have good timing when Scarface was the king of ambushes. The guy could tell you for ages and you wouldn't know until he felt like springing on you. Like now after he had been weakened of course. He should've known better than to walk into something this obvious. Well, when life gave you lemons. If he didn't confront the assassin now then he would be delaying the inevitable, his crimson orbs letting off a dull glow as his power began to surge again. He really would prefer it if he were in peak form for this encounter, but a certain relative of his did tell him that one never was truly ready for this guy to show up. Well, no point in mincing too many words here. It was time to get down to business. He could look at this as a way to blow off some steam with a healthy dose of lethal intention as a side dish.*
"Seeing as you're here instead of anywhere else all of your important business must be taken care of. Which means unless you're here to chat with me of all people that we can get right to it."

As Xion raises his own offensive presence against Scarface, the Energy Controller retains his composure, not even batting his glowing eye or breaking his intense glare.
Scarface: You're right, I'm not here to talk.
Scarface's glare intensifies as he looks on to Xion. He knew very well what was to come next, and was not prepared.
Scarface: AirMan contacted me and requested that I fulfill a debt to him. I'm here to help you do away with Xezzukhz.
Scarface then lets the silence fall between himself and Xion. The idea of aiding a darkloid pained him, but he could not leave a debt unfulfilled.

*That... what? Silence definitely was what fell between them just then. And for the first time that any other person to have met him could claim the crimson orbs looked like they widened inside of the armor. He was at a loss for words for something he was beginning to lose count of. Some from Xezzukhz, most from AirMan, some from TornadoMan, and then some from this guy right here! He all but threw his arms up in exasperation but contained himself, instead the crimson orbs dimming before opening again, possibly blinking then. Another rarity coming from him from the looks of it.*
"AirMan loves doing this to me. I swear he does!"
*He had to get that out before calming down finally. This was the second time in such a short amount of time no less. While it wasn't part of the grudge seeing as they let that go now, it had hit him almost no less as hard as meeting Loath did in the first place. He had to hand it to AirMan though: the guy definitely had ways to make you owe debts. How had he even pulled one over on Scarface of all people? While he had been kidding on the chatting part before... curiosity also brought up that he wanted to know now, even if they had the hunter on their side to turn the tide back into their favor.*
"While I appreciate not having to trade blows with you... what in the world happened for you to owe a debt to him? It's amazing."
*Scarface helping him was about as amazing as seeing KnightMan doing so. Arancione sort of forced him to do so and then he tricked the guy again at the colony, but Scarface... he wouldn't press his luck too much. While he could totally make fun of him now the guy could still do away with Xezzukhz while promptly stabbing him with the infamous lance that the knight was known for.*

As stoic as a statue, Scarface doesn't even blink. His mind goes over the previous exchange with the blustering deal broker and he can't help but tighten his fists. He had gotten what he'd needed, but the price.... in many ways it's of kin to selling his soul, but the Assassin Knight's honor was never something to call into question, no matter the personal cost.
Scarface: My debt is between AirMan and I. If you want my help, then you will tell me what I need to know about this enemy and his forces. Otherwise we can return our plans to what you were already preparing for.

"I suppose this is more like it. Still disappointing, though."
*Now he had to pester AirMan about it instead. And the guy was pretty big on keeping his busy his own, too. He would have answers! He wanted to know so badly. But he might have to resign to the good old not knowing anything about the person. Well then, on to explaining the enemy then. Xyzillentz hadn't given much to work with there so Scarface was about to be disappoint for sure.*
"Xezz is only strong because he was given a hefty dose of power from Samhain. He was one of the lowly denizens here that Xyz put into power. Surprisingly super weak to ambushes, apparently. He can use the typical powers granted by Samhain, like throwing depowering tentacle magic at people. But otherwise he really isn't anything special. Under normal circumstances I can imagine taking him apart pretty fast. As for his allies only Nightwind would be notable, but not even by much. He's lurking somewhere in the Colony now."
*Ultimately without said magic trick this was going to be short. Still was, just hadn't been short enough yet. He didn't know where the guy would go so much as Ruin going in as he had likely destroyed the ship, seeing as it was an ambush and unexpected. Well, if the guy was a typical demon brought up by Samhain the answer would be something simple and a bit cliche. Options really were only the city, the wall, or hovering up in the air. Any other place would literally just be the guy hiding again or trying to get to the castle when they left it. Which would've been harder to defend anyway in the present state of things anyway.*
