Strifeman has no choice but to put his guitar away and get rid of his clones.
Strifeman: you're no fun.
He walks off, back to the icy area.

Opera watches Strifeman walk away, then wonders what to do. She decides that she's done enough walking around, and should get back to what her arcane "plot" requires.

[bgcolor=392600] [Continued from Rammount castle] ----
The frigid fields around the city was a solemn and peaceful scene for any onlooker on a city plateau. However at one spot at a distance a black spec blemished the pristine white wonderland. For the gentle onlooker, perhaps a rock, or some shrapnel from local hooligans. For those close by however it was an ominous mask of darkness, flicking off shadows at any which way or shape it felt like going.
From it emerged Jax, the abrupt climate change not phasing him in the slightest. He glanced around, looking for a proper place to begin the procedure. The city would have too high a security to let things go without a minor investigation as to its properties. So out here remained the easiest location.
Opening the file, Jax began the arduous task of installing it into the network.
////////Time passes(It's been a solid couple days irl)///////
With a final 'KCHNK' the data had been successfully installed within the systems of Comsquare. Though Jax was not a savvy hacker he felt confident that it would take some time before the authorities found this piece of code.
The snow kicked up, signaling his time to depart, to return to the depths of Rammount. His method of travel arose from the bone chilling ground once more, allowing him passage back from whence he came.

The data unfurls and weaves itself into the location where Jax accesses it, and then the lines of code split off to streak over and under the ground off to locations unknown.

[GTOupost => Here]
There was but one piece out of position out of the thousands that had been placed... and as M descends into the lowest levels of the Com Square, he pulls out the card he had used to access the lower levels of the ONB: The source of his troubles. As incompetent as they were, the distraction would have been infinitely more reassuring. He passes door after door after door until finally... the one he had been searching for. He knocks the pattern. It slides open. The wind navi ducks in, the door closes, and he eases himself to the ground. The pass-card finds its way to a desk, and M crosses his arms. <'There is need for more able bodies. Simply give them the name, location, and description and the rest shall be taken care of.'> He hands an additional slip of paper across the table and steps back out to the undercity's reaches. It was time for the next step at last. Best to remain unseen during the even, though. he thinks to himself as he gazes upward toward the city-proper. After a short while of navigating to a hidden garden, he crosses his legs midair and sets to work. With a slight flourish, the wind navi creates an aura of calm all about himself and begins unlocking the code he had had set in place days prior.

*Appearing in a whirlwind, AirMan makes the scene of Com Square, the tiny toxic terror still standing in the palm of his hand. Snow rises and is sent flying in all directions from the torrent as the two step forward, AirMan obviously annoyed*
AirMan: Bah, being forced to run at the first sign of trouble... how demeaning....

Xyzillentz shivered vigorously and visibly in his ill-fitting garment. He was grateful to be safe from whatever was on the colony - at least for the moment - but couldn't they have landed somewhere WARMER?
He turned around in his ally's palm and spoke up to him, his earnest and serious message undermined somewhat by the pitch of his voice. "I know it's not exactly the most satisfying sensation. But we have no idea what would have happened to us if we stayed. You seem intelligent and mindful of your situations. I think we both know this is what had to be done. The only question is: what do we do now?"

*AirMan rolls his eyes at the latent message of what Xyzillentz had to say. Once again, being non-organic in nature had its advantage. While the cold did have some form of effect, it was far less distracting. Fortunately, there was a simple way around the problem. AirMan begins to power-up the engines that run the propellors within his body without actually activating his fan, quickly producing a fair ammount of heat. He then places Xyzillentz inside of the tunnel and shuts off the back end, allowing the tiny Navi shelter from the cold**
AirMan: A single word or comment from you and you will find out what happens to a bird when sucked into a turbine engine first hand. I assure you; it is not pleasent.
*AirMan then looks around the area.... as always, it was fairly dead save a handfull of Navis visiting the random shops*
AirMan: Now; before we were so rudely interrupted, I believe that you had some ideas related to your current... diminutive stature.

At Com Square, a wind navi meditates...
From the skies above the square, a crepescular sky opens to stars and the nocturnal skyscape that the architecture below can only hope to reach... someday. But not this day. The sky opens.
In l'internet du soir, the Netopian night-livened utopia, the same scene unfolds: The sky, touched by the infinite lights below, splits to reveal that which is past it.
The alleyways of Kotobuki witness the same phenomenon, but from every direction and no particular way due to the nature of the area. Five skies open seven ways, and air begins to buffet all of those below.
Seven skies and nine ways across three networks and three countries, witnessed by millions. Static from the occurance begins to accumulate to where the slightest twitch of a navi or the vaguest gesture of a virus can feel their data move against the pressure, and the feeling is more than tangible.
At the Square red streams of data pour down, down, down toward a statue of the revered SearchMan, pride and joy of Sharonians everywhere and the onetime top elite operative of the winter country. The statue begins to disintegrate under the sluice but each bit of data folds onto the next in a far-too-organized manner.
By the outskirts of the elegant night-city, in the park where a massive pond sits as a center of relaxation, the red streams of data hit the surface of the water and speed heedlessly toward a gazebo on the water's edge where they pick up loose databits and add an out-of-place ancient gothic design to an already beautiful location.
Meanwhile, in the radiation-altered cityscape of Kotobuki, the same streams of crimson information rush toward a warehouse sitting outside the city-proper on more solid ground: Here they recolor and redress years of neglect, but also begin constructing a device in the center of the floor.
...and orchestrates...
The statue collapses under the manipulations of the new data, but as even the floor begins to give way it reveals the true nature of these mutilations: Stairs begin to appear, long and narrow steps leading down toward a center a small distance below where the statue stood. When all finished a portal, massive and glowing with ominous dark energy, stands free upon the ground. Those nearby can almost see a tunnel into the net behind the portal, regardless of the direction they're facing.
The gazebo gains gargoyles and granularity it did not dream of possessing before. The wooden appearance becomes hard stone, the slatted floor becomes massive slabs, the pathway leading to it becomes dirt and darkness. Torches lead the way to the structure, and once nearby, one might see a portal... and through it, steps leading downward and down, to infinity.
The warehouse transforms from a far-removed piecemeal structure to a hub of twisting and darkened pathways each leading to a different door. Each door leads to a different set of steps which then, in turn, lead to a different portal... but each is the same and connected, networked and assimilated through the strangeness of the area to become the same link to another place where a vast plain of darkness stands against a darker sky.
...until a dream becomes reality. Five years removed from its removal, an ancient locale is released.
Over each portal hovers a small and weakened barrier-guard, particulate red lines of warning data intended only to keep out those wary souls who might doublethink their descent... <WARNING: UNDERNET>

A dark portal appeared on the ground near in Com Square close to the newly created portal and within sight of Airman and Xyzillentz. From it rose up a familiar, lightly armored figure. As Ruin was fully formed, the portal he appeared from disappeared slowly and soon all that stood new within the past few seconds was the navi known for his Reckless actions and overwhelming power.
Ruin overlooked the changes that had occured in Com Square, particularly to the Searchman statue and the arrival of the portal to the long lost Undernet. A good time, it would seem his old, would-be home has returned after such a long time. Ruin was overjoyed, but he did not show it very readily. He had yet to notice Airman and the small Xyzillentz, having his back turned to them, spending more time admiring the arrival of the portal.

*Fairly close to where the action had taken place just moments before, AirMan looks on in silence, his red eyes narrowing at the sight of the entrance to the long-lost realm of the undernet. Memories of being little more than a glorified heel Navi under Kazafuki instantly fill the storm Navi's mind, as does the fateful day that they learned of Gospel in the primative undersquare... shaking it off, he laughs under his breath, looking on as he positions his body to allow his toxic hitchhiker to see as well*
AirMan: ho-HO! How interesting! I believed that they had finally destroyed that place!

'It's about time' Ruin thought to himself as he looked upon the marvel of corruption take form in the central hub of Sharo. Approaching the newly formed portal, Ruin looked upon the guardian, smiling at the warning. For all it was worth, it may as well have said "Welcome to the Undernet". His home and birthplace had returned, time for a homecoming.

From behind the flimsy red barrier that stood out as a protective measure, a navi burst out through it into the newly changed area of Com Square. A Heel navi of some kind bounced twice before skidding to a halt leaving impact impressions and of course unsettled ground where it slid and finally came to a stop.
Heads I win...
The sound of metal was the next thing heard. A small 'ting' resonated in the air as a single zenny coin could be seen traveling in the air. The coin swelled in size until it landed directly onto the navi that had been thrown, it's tremendous weight deleteing it on impact.
Tails you lose.
It landed on its side, spinning on what would have been the remains of the navi until it ground to a halt. Now fully into view was the CEO of the Electopian bank...bleeding from a gold and orange gash wound from his body. It was obviously infected with something as one could see the blood dropping from his exposed chest onto the ground, ruining the data of the surface it touched as it landed. Orange eyes paired with black sclera turned quickly to each navi in the immediate vacinity, from A to Z, Airman, Ruin...Xyzillentz.
Isn't that cute... he's so tiny~
He wagged his finger as he dropped a briefcase with the Bank's logo on the ground, discarding it.

Ruin side stepped out of the way as the heel navi flew past him, soon crushed by a giant zenny coin. Ruin turned to see the CEO of the bank, with a major wound on him as he discarded his briefcase. Ruin left the portal for a time, ascending the stairs to get a better view of the wounded executive.
Ruin remembered this one, and that briefcase, he had fought with the creature in creamland, and was likely still there after Ruin was deleted. The wound was likely from that creature.
"That creature seemed to have taken quite the chunk out of you, And it's still about regardless. Still, what brings such a monetary navi to this newly formed entrance to the Undernet?"

Ruin's chest would feel a hearty slap as the banker's hand pushed into it with an object in it, plain zenny bills with a few golden coins amongst the bills, all wrapped in a black money sleeve with a golden zenny logo upon it every inch or so, going completely around the bills. However...that orange infectious blood was also upon it, not much, but enough to partially saturate the bills he had given him.
Collecting outstanding debts.
Before Ruin would even get a chance to count the money, he was told the exact amount he had pressed up against his body. Upon inspection he could see very high denominations of bills, and a few now uncirculated zeny coins within the mass of money.
Six hundred twenty-nine thousand, nine hundred and twenty-eight zenny... That's what you're worth you know.
A smile crept across the navi's face as he passed Ruin. A smile filled with jagged bright orange teeth. Not rotten, just orange, the exact same orange across... his chest.
