The ambient light of the chamber faded into the massive orb held by the strange navi. Its light, as the sun itself, was blinding, but the grin upon the thing's face was palpable. "kUh!" Backfire from the launching of the sun-orb knocked the navi further upward into the ceiling, back first, and then it began to fall in following with its projectile. As the pair moved through the cavernous hall, air rushed to fill their wake, and the temperature soared. With the size of the thing, really, no aim was necessary: Only the very base was even going to remotely fit in the hole that had been made. Large as it was it appeared the hole-digging was merely a pass-time for it to charge.
"hEe HeE! nOw BuRn, WoRlD! oPeN tO yOuR mAsTeR!"
Wild force exploded outward from the landing point, drove the three onlooking navis cruelly against the yawning walls, and stopped. Halfway into the floor, the ball halted, rotating almost harmlessly with a low grinding noise... and then it jolted. The air filled heavily with static, raising hair on end and increasing senses for but a moment... long enough for a final squeal of "nO mOrE cElLs!" to be heard.
The room shuddered. The orb shivered. And the air rushed once again, though this time from every exit to the room: The ball began shrinking, focused entirely at what was apparently the base of the newly enlarged crater, until its entirety was gone and there was nothing... nothing but the continued hiss of air escaping from some unseen route at the base of what was now nothing but darkness, for lack of the light source.
As senses adapted to the abyssal ambience, a hole faintly revealed itself meters upon meters below what had been the floor of this cavern.

{ Slypner }=RP stats= Strength: 2Durability: 5Speed: 0Accuracy: 2Stealth: 2Awareness:5The blinding blast, the shrill cry of victory... It was all too fast for Slypner to keep up with. He only felt the pain of the wall behind him during his senseless stupor.
When the light faded and his wits returned to him, Slypner rose to his feet and gave the area a once over... The hole before was an insect compared to what lay before his eyes. A pit, to put it to words, would have to suffice as descriptor to his event. The tugging of the air beckoned him forth, but Slypner did not respond to its nagging.
Rising up to meet his height but a few feet behind, a second navi who had not been there before and donned the same cloak as he himself but with the hood up and patted Slypner on the shoulder with his left hand.
The hooded navi stepped forward in Slypners steed to answer the call of the hissing wind. Without a moments hesitation the figure casually jumped into the abyss. The darkness of the pit did not phase the navi, as he had been used to it for as long as he could remember.
Despite the "chum" level of their relationship, Slypner remained where he stood. Devoid of all emotion he stared through the darkness.

As the blinding light had finally begun to subside, amongst the commotion, Nu's form had reduced itself to nothing more than a puddle that sat near the corner of the room. This puddle seeped along the terrain, slowly, creeping back to the center of the floor where the hole had appeared. It slithered around rubble and smoldering debris that was left behind. Slowly, a head formed, long flowing hair, and supple cleavage that had turned from a bubblegum pink to a skin colored tan hue.
Nu had picked up thick legs and hips from the puddle as if she was coming from a syrupy thick texture of pool water as it dripped off and broke away. There she stood, looking over the hole with her eyes peering into the infinite void. Her lips twisted, showing an expression that communicated an unamusement and a finger lifting over the empty void, pointing into the darkness as if to ask...
"What was the point of that?" ~Project Nu~

The abyss whispered as the simulated air escaped through it to... wherever the hole led. The exact contents of the other side remained obscured. Any positional data information would place the three navis at what would otherwise be the "bottom" of the internet... and though it had broken before, had it ever been broken like this, with such intent? The strangeness separating here and there rippled as if in answer: No. So then by whom and why was it done...?
The same force that compelled the navis here in the first place began to call once more...
...and Toxin obliged. Stepping lightly he made his way down next to the female and merely stared at where the other navi stepped through. The same signature, stronger. Mission and curiosity mingled as he hopped through.

She detested ignorance, hated the unknown, and would growl at mystery!
Once again, Nu was facing her archenemy just by staring into the dark hole that the NetNavis seemed to vanish behind. Her nature had been held back for so long by the innocence of young rosetta. There was a mixture of shame and distate for her current predicament: being a dog on a leash to such a "sweetheart." Sure, she was an honest girl, but Nu on the other hand was not.
She was a scientist, void of the human counterpart, and that's what seperated her world from young Rosetta Dee Lu. Nu could not that deny that without their current communication dampened by the depths, there was nothing holding her back from asking questions, exploring the unknown, and absorbing more data.
The monstrous part of her persona was aroused to the surface, slightly, but surely; and it was enough to make the blob girl melt down into a puddle and seep into the darkness of the hole. ~Project Nu~

{ Slypner }=RP stats= Strength: 2Durability: 5Speed: 0Accuracy: 2Stealth: 2Awareness:5Slypner watched Nu slink into the floor and drain into the hole with mild interest, reacting with a slow blink and sigh at the weird method of travel. Moments past but the dispassionate navi kept entertained while his other worked by admiring what was left of the digital architecture in the area. Modern designs were possibly the only thing one would normally catch Slypner taking an interest in.
The gaping maw continued to siphon off the air but Slypner's will remained steadfast against it. Having no need to be there himself as his majordomo would sate his own curiosity in his steed, or beckon him needed.

She peaked around the tree. So far, no sign of that male navi. She had evaded him back in that water-city. She had managed to hide herself and her "captive" from him under the side of a building balcony. But, they suddenly weren't there, instead the pair ended up in a forest. She could just feel that it wasn't the Electopian Forest though.
"I wonder where we are..."
She raised her hand, her floating wind orb holding her flaming virii companion captive moving by her head behind the tree. Seeing nothing on the forest floor, she muttered softly, the foreign language melodically lifting the girl upwards to a branch high up in the large tree.
"Surgre..."
Upon reaching the top, the girl could see for miles. The beautiful trees with several different colored leaves. It was such a stunning view, and she planned on using that to hopefully calm the virus down, and try an befriend her. She spoke quietly, her soft melodic voice trying to calm her "captive."
"So... What's your name?"

Merrill awoke lying on his back, staring at the sky. Well, a leaf colored sky. He was slightly dazed and confused at first.
"huh?... Where am I?
Merrill slowly sat up. He looked around, seeing Defender, but no Healer. He then remembered that Healer had been kidnapped by that female navi! He remembered giving chase, to Bayside, but he lost her in the city. He smashed his hand to the ground in frustration. But another thought popped up in his mind: How did get to where he was? It wasn't the forest that he was familiar with, that was for certain. He wondered what had happened to Bayside. Standing up slowly, Merrill leaned against a nearby tree at first.
"I hope Healer is alright... I cannot believe that she took her and I let her get away..."
Merrill sighed as Defender jumped up on his chest. The pair began trekking through the forest. As they did so, Merrill had a thought and wondered if anyone else had suddenly appeared in the forest. That thought gave him Hope.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Healer awoke trapped inside the wind bubble that the crazy girl had captured her in. Her head hurt, but she seemed to be okay otherwise. It seemed like the crazy girl hadn't harmed her... Yet.
Healer looked around, her prison still granting her some vision of the world around her. She was awed by the sight. Being so high up was like she was flying with Merrill and Defender... Which made her sad to be separated from them.
After the girl spoke to her, Healer thought about a response. Finally, she came up with something to say.
"Why do you care what my name is? What do you want with me?'

"Upset about something?"
Warrior had seen Merrill slam his fist into the ground a few moments prior, but chose not to approach him just yet.
As Merrill began to move from his location, Warrior followed shortly behind before making his intro.
The truth was, Warrior was somewhat upset about something himself. But that wasn't really a mystery after what had happened in Bayside. Regardless, he'd probably be able to clear his own conscience by giving Merrill a hand in the dilemma he presumed he was in.

?!
Merrill turned on a dime, seeing Warrior, and couldn't help but feel better instantly. It was a friendly face and one he could confide in about Healer. Speaking as calmly as he could, he responded to Warrior's question, although the answer would be obvious as the third member wasn't on her usual spot on his shoulder.
"Yeah. Healer was kidnapped by some long, pink haired girl. I was battling someone in the Forest Network, when she came by and kidnapped her in some kind of Wind container. I chased her into Bayside, and mid search, I must have passed out or something, because I woke up here... What about you? How'd you end up here, wherever we are?"

"Fun story, I just came from Bayside myself. I can tell you pretty confidently that she's not there - not anymore at least."
Indeed. Nobody was.
"As for why I'm out here... let's just say it's because I need to clear my mind. We're in Sharo, by the way. Not too far from where we had our last reunion with Mirror in the mountains."
Was that their last one? It was hard to keep track, in all honestly. Interestingly enough, Warrior had some unfinished business in that mountain - something to do about mysterious data in the possession of its sole resident: a humble minor named Iscon.
That business was for another time though, and it had probably lost relevance since the creature from Creamland is presumed to never be heard of again.
"If you ended up here after the whole Bayside event, then perhaps the kidnapper did as well. Perhaps not even that far away."
Long pink hair sounded almost like a girl out of Warrior's dreams; but that particular girl also had a red cape, a gunblade, and a name reminiscent of his primary element. But non-canon references and fourthwalls aside, it sounded to him like there was a search and rescue mission to be underwent before the culprit could get very far.

[Sorry for the wait!]
As Healer spoke, she listened carefully. She then looked away, looking out towards the forested area around her. The harmony of vibrant colored green leaves flowed together perfectly with the snow, almost like a fantasy.
"I want to take care of you and look after you. After I saw you get hurt, and how that boy let you get hurt without much care, you deserved to be free from him. So I will take care of you instead. You deserve better than that, little one."
She turned back to face the virus, and gave a small smile. She hoped she could convince the virus that she was a good person. After all, all she wanted was just someone to care for and to care about her.

Merrill nodded. Interesting. His friend's words were quite comforting to him, and gave him renewed hope instantly.
"What exactly happened in Bayside?"
Merrill continued walking along the earth's cold path. Knowing Warrior, and that he came out here to clear his mind, Merrill knew something had to be up.
"I know you came out here to clear your mind, but let me know if I can help. I can tell something is bothering you..."
They continued to walk, waiting to see how Warrior would respond. Merrill knew that Warrior had been kind of distant from him lately, and he was hoping to remedy that while they searched for Healer.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Healer turned her head to the side as the strange girl spoke.
"She wants to care for me? She must be crazy! She kidnaps me and then wants to take care of me?"
Healer stayed quiet for a minute, before actually responding however.
"I happen to know that I can fight, you know... You didn't need to... Rescue me or anything. I was fine. As for deserving better, being free from this bubble would be nice..."
Healer hoped the girl would be kind enough t let her out, so she could stretch her legs and whatnot.

"I destroyed it."
Blatantly put, at best. It was no secret though, really.
"The situation was complicated, but I suppose you could say that my actions were the most rational options at the time, as crazy as that sounds. You and the girl must have been caught in the wake, which presumably sent everyone present out here. Me; well, I can't react to things the same way regular navis would, or even just navis in general."
He was human; the Cyber World didn't have as much control over him. He couldn't be recreated if he were broken apart, he'd just be dead and gone for good.
Finale was the only person who knew that at the moment, though. And of course Remnant.
Warrior wasn't quite intent on exposing the secret with anyone else at the moment either. Someone could always be listening, and the less that was known about him the better, in that regard.
"I guess it's hard not to be bothered when things happen in the world outside of your own control. And whether or not I'll ever have the power to affect those things is a little bothersome to think about as well."
"But I know what I can address now, and perhaps affect the outcome of something that is in my control - presumably for the better. I'm gonna help you find Healer, and then after that, maybe we can all work together to fix what's happening in the world. I think I might be done trying to do that on my own."
But before that, he'd need to find Remnant too. One could only wonder why he wasn't here, but then again, as far as Merrill knew, Remnant was there - just hiding inside of Warrior's body like he usually did.
The explanation behind that separation was something to be addressed later, though.
Healer was the primary issue at hand.

A strange figure watches Merrill and Warrior from afar. Nearly seven feet tall, and made of what looks to be crudely chiseled stone, the creature has a vaguely human shape. Muttering to itself from no discernible mouth, two voices, one soft and gentle and one heavy and raspy blended together to create a strange string of words.
"Adapt. Commune. Control. Consume. Comply. Commit. Absorb. Refuse."
It repeated these words to itself, over and over, softly and barely audible. As Merrill and Warrior continued walking, this... thing continued to follow them at an equal distance.
