The network of the Kotobuki area. This strange and somewhat twisted network was throughly corrupted by the work of Gospel, and remains highly damaged to this day, though somehow usable.
Due to the massive radiation released when the Gospel server overloaded, Kotobuki's network is a strange and twisted place. Gravity draws Navis to whatever surface they're standing on, making for walkways leading in every direction immaginable, all usable. The area is filled with glitches that manifest themselves as warp-points across the area, though those living here have elarned how to use them. The reason for leaving this network in such shambles was originally unknown, but it has become a very popular spot for Navis seeking a brush with the wierd and unique.

*Time had passed, but it always seemed to be the same in the end. It didn't particularly matter who was in charge or how they went about things, no matter how they appeared on the surface, everything remained a shade of the same in the end. It was something that remained difficult to comprehend no doubt, but nevertheless it was something that remained true in its own sense if one paid close enough attention to it. This was one of those few places that sort of denied that ruling though, what with how badly Gospel damaged it in the end. Guess though it was the same, yet definitely better or worse on a base of opinions. Continuing on through the place regardless, time would continue onward all the same, of that he was certain. Then again, time waited for no one, and letting time be the judge wasn't the best course of action either, the thoughts bringing a sort of smirk to his face as he continued onward....*

Amethyst slowly strode around the network as she did everyday, looking for two things: victims and servants. Business has been slow these past few weeks, but she never gave up. It was then that she saw a frail looking navi hurrying away, looking scared and lost. "Perfect,"[/sub] Amethyst whispered to herself. She seemingly teleported to the unlucky navi, and she sank her teeth into it, sucking its blood. Rather than having it turn to a vampire, however, the ruthless vampire deleted the navi. With utter ease, Amethyst continued her stroll.[/color]

*So, some good things did play out from time to time. He was passive, someone shows up to relieve him of being as such. Of course, he had been stuck roaming around here long enough to have gotten either bored or confused enough to not care as much, more than likely the latter over the former. Vanishing momentarily, appearing again once he was within a suitable distance.*
"Fancy seeing someone else out here."

Amethyst was continuing her stroll when a navi bravely walked up to her and greeted her. She coolly replied, "Well, well. I suppose you're right. It seems nowadays all of the better navis are roaming around the overpopulated areas." Amethyst shrugged and indicated the lifeless navi she had just disposed of. Though she looked calm, she kept a very high guard up. This navi just witnessed something unusual and didn't call her out on it. She was intrigued. She closed in the gap betwixt herself and the navi, "And what might your name be? I'm Amethyst, the soon-to-be Vampire Queen."

"Xion, the one who would lay claim to some title, but most of the good ones are taken or given by someone else."
*Looked like she enjoyed occupying her time the same ways he did at least. Of course, small game posed for little more than just a small speed bump and proved to be more of an annoyance than anything else. Sure, he might have a few other names that he went by, but he had no real reason to hide his name. If someone knew him, they knew him. If they didn't? Well....that was pretty fine too in his opinion.*
"Roaming a constant labyrinth of the weird and confusing does nothing but grate on my nerves though, so of course the overpopulated areas would be preferred if they weren't so crowded. Every now and then, a good one passes by. A 'Vampire Queen', though?"

"I agree. The places where you can move with ease are the dangerous ones," Amethyst coolly agreed. It is very uncommon to find one who could be a partner in life. After all, she knew the day would come when she would punish her enemies, and having help never hurt.
"Yes, Xion. A Vampire Queen. Decades ago I served under an oppressive Vampire King. Eventually I overthrew him with a rebellion, but there were too many of his followers scattered about. I went in hiding until a few years ago. Now I am in the search for partners and servants so I will rise to my rightful place," Amethyst explained to Xion. She knew she could be playing a dangerous game, but there was something about this navi that she trusted. In fact, to be on the safe side, Amethyst let a small laugh slip, and she quickly brushed her hair to make herself more appealing.

"Only thing I got out of having a fairly longer life, in our terms anyway, was experiments, war, and a bunch of sibling conflict finally resolving itself. Well, less 'resolved' and more 'removed' anyway, but it was pretty fun irregardless."
*It was pretty fun fighting old friends and siblings alike, and in the end having slain a fair number of them, others, and people in the crossfire. Good, hectic and chaotic times such as those, but they had their own share of annoyances and negativities too, so he guessed all good and bad things came to an end. Now they had these new issues, which were pretty fun in their own way if you worked the angles wisely enough and around them too. He was interested in seeing a select and small few individuals again himself also honestly. It was nice to see someone with initiative enough to overthrow someone, if only because he was being oppressive and not just because she wanted to. Guess she ran into outer issues because of the sudden rebellious nature kicking in too though.*
"I can't say about you catching any servants at your present level, unless you had the help of one or more of those said 'partners' there. Then things might tide over a bit more easily."
*Xion's own crimson eyes flickered then. He was by no means anyone's servant unless by a shift of circumstance things worked out that way, but he certainly had more than enough time to kill to go along with it too.*

Amethyst knew his words were true- There was no way Amethyst could get many good servants. "Oh, I have a few servants milling around, but those are the ones who couldn't delete a fly. Are you implying you wish to start a partnership, Xion?" Amethyst asked. Servant, no. She could easily be overthrown. A partner, however, might prove beneficial. Xion just might be the one to help her achieve her goals. Of course, she'd give him due credit. She wasn't completely evil.

"Sure, I've no issues with it."
*She had more appeal to her than her looks given her choice of words after all. She had an evident lack in servants if they were that lacking, and he made a promising note mentally to possibly discipline or terminate them on sight if they made themselves known. He shrugged off his own words then, given he figured whoever he gave them to knew the full circumstances and consequences surrounding them in all honestly. If they didn't....well, it was fun for him anyway.*
"Got any sort of agendas you feel like working on now, or is it free roaming time?"

Amethyst sensed he planned on doing something to her servants. She could see it in his eyes. "If you want to delete any of my servants, feel free. Like I said, they can't do anything; if I was in need of more I can just roam and bite," Amethyst's sadistic side started to show. She then covered it up. "For now, I have nothing planned. Any place you cared to go? I'm game for anything. Maybe we could start some chaos in a city, perhaps."

"That's certainly good to know then."
*He could have fun pretty easily then. Whenever he went to a city lately, he did run into some issues from time to time. On the other hand....heading to a city might work in their favor by starting up a bit of chaos. He had certainly learned something from a certain someone some time ago about how to make things at the very least a bit easier on himself. He wasn't as watched either, so he could make this work a lot better than one would imagine honestly.*
"Before you can start anything, a few things and targets might want to be checked in and cut loose. See anyone you might want later, keep them noted. For now, a little bit of chaos works perfectly fine. Element City would be expected of course, so...."
*He figured she would catch his point from here. There were several other places to pick out and a forest even if they honestly wanted to do a list of things. All in good time, one would say after all.*

"Oh, I've only got one person we need to look out for- Embera," the name cut deep into Amethyst as she uttered the name of her adversary. She then nodded, warming up to Xion's idea, "Yes...Element City sounds like a perfect place to wreak havoc. You've got a good mind on you, Xion. Who knows? The net is a large place, we could do multiple raids in five minutes if we ever wanted to do a speed run. Not to say we shouldn't leave a more permanent mark on one place. Element City it is."
Amethyst then morphed into her purple bat form. "Ready when you are."

*Embera, was it? The name sounded like it might have passed by once or twice, but it wasn't one he committed to memory. He would now just for the sake of knowing who it was should he run into her, or at least he assumed with that name the navi in question was a she. If it wasn't.....it would be funny no doubt. First was handling things here. Which was difficult since he was crossed in his own actual decision due to varying factors.*
"I like inflicting as much mayhem as possible with minimum harm unless it's worthwhile, after all. Going to Element City though would be a tad foolhardy, however. To date, that place ends up hit the most by attacks that come by there. Of course if we get caught up in one of those, we'll benefit only by winning, capture or termination. Then again, most other places would probably be too dull too...."

Amethyst listened intently as Xion mull over the possibilities. She had no choice but to agree with him- Electopia=foolish, Anywhere else=most likely boring. "Well, why not start off small, like Bayside City or something? Then we can work up to the better places. Afterall, no sense in going in headfirst into the river without at least getting our feet wet to test the temperature."
