The home-base of the ONB, and central HQ of the global ONB network.
New Life is a massive dome which floats above the Electopian network via the aid of anti-gravitational systems situated on multiple points of the base itself, and a total of 20 satellites that orbit the base, making for a total of 200 separate anti-gravitational generators keeping New Life aloft, though only one is needed.
To look at New Life from the outside, one would see a massive, floating, shallow bowl-shaped metal structure with a large glass dome over it and four fair-sized structures sticking out from it's four compass-points to act as docks and shopping arcades for casual visitors.
To look from above, one would see the true nature of New Life: inside this massive dome is a fair-sized city capable of holding over 100,000 Navis very comfortably. There are a total of 5 layers: the top, which is a very clean-looking city with white buildings used mainly for the ONB. Also located on this level are large expansive parks, two rivers that run near the center of the area, and one central building in the center: the actual ONB HQ. Below that are five more layers of city, each with it's own unique overall color scheme (2nd level: silver. 3rd: green. 4th: blue, 5th: purple. Levels 2 and 3 are mostly business districts, filled with shops of all kinds and all forms of business. The 4th level is where the residential zone is located: covered by a blue dome that emulates the open sky perfectly, and can even re-create normal weather. The final level is for officials only, and consists of nothing but the systems that keep the entire structure operating: engine rooms, power plants, anti-grav systems, everything.
Down the center of all levels is the single largest structure in new life: the ONB HQ Proper. The entire building runs through from the bottom of the 5th level, nearly to the dome that protects the inhabitants. Inside are meeting rooms, prison cells, break rooms, offices, court rooms, everything one would expect from a main HQ and more. From here, the ONB council meets and issues orders and directions to all other ONB units.
(For the record: the glass is unbreakable/uncuttable)

"Well Churro, ol' buddy, today is a new day!" The gallant Aluminum.EXE proclaimed to his OP, Justin "Churro" Fahnvolo. "Got that right! I sure do hope we can actually get an audience today." Churro replied. The duo was again aspiring to become members of the renowned Electopian ONB- the head of all ONB's out there. Aluminum gathered up the nerve to speak with the doorman outside the HQ Proper. "G-good day sir. I request an audience with Commander Suki; how would I best get in touch with her?" Aluminum shakily asked.

"You're going to actually report in?" Blake asked, sounding quite confused. "When's the last time you did that?"
"Well we're no longer officially registered with the ONB since you redesigned me. So I feel it's appropriate to get re-acquainted." the woman replied, shortly, before moving towards the main doors. As she approached, she blinked, seeing a familiar face there.
"Aluminum, right? You're Namkcab's friend," the woman said, giving the metal-themed navi a smirk. "Come to pledge allegiance to the ONB as well? she asked, the smirk widening into a slight smile.

The tower ahead was menacing, and at the same time it shone full of hope and prospects. The artificial weather made the sun feel warm and gave the city an overall spring-like feel. I bleated in spite of trying to come off quite seriously in the shadow of the tower. The illusion of peace was so well done that there were even two ordinary citizens just engaged in idle conversation, one in a somewhat flamboyant red shirt, the other in a rather inappropriate kimono. I decided to hover up to them, figuring they would know the answer to my question "Know you two the best way to get an audience with the supreme commander of the ONB, Suki?" ~sheep

The female turned to glance at the newest addition to this waiting line. Though she had seen Aluminum before, and had even spoken to him on occasion, she didn't think she'd ever even met this new fellow. Despite that, she was in a less-jerky mood today, and turned to the fellow with a nod. "Unfortunately, the only way to do so is to go through all of the bureaucracy. Getting into the gate, making a reservation, answering some questions, waiting, answering more questions, and then some." The woman gave a shrug and a shake of her hair. "But if you're willing to wait, I'm certain that she would be willing to meet with you. The ONB is always on the lookout for skilled Navi." She paused, fixing him with a look. "You are skilled, right?"

*Before too long, a little red navi walked out the front door. Seeing Kajira, he nodded to her. Then raised his hand to all of them. As he went to speak, a slight breeze blew by, knocking him over. His now-gray body hitting the ground.* ~*Ran.EXE Deleted*~ *Soon the navi respawned and drew in another breath, this time remaining on his feet.* Ran: You all must wait until Commander Suki can get to you. Until then, be patient comrades...

"Kajira! Nice to see you. Yup, Aluminum's the name!" Aluminum cheerily greeted. He also greeted the others, and was a little perplexed at the sheep navi...interesting. He then saw Ran get immediately deleted. "Erm...You okay?" Aluminum asked. He had no idea what to say to that display. He was a little bummed Suki wasn't immediately available, but who would be? He's waited before and he'll wait again. "Hey, atleast I got company,[/sub] Aluminum breathed to himself.

Kajira returned the nod to Ran, but immediately went on her guard as she saw the navi fall over, seemingly deleted. But then a moment later he respawned, and the woman cocked her head to the side, watching him. She wondered what had caused such a display, but she wasn't about to comment.
She glanced over to Aluminum and then to the newcomer before moving to Ran and then back to Aluminum. "So I suppose we'll wait, then," she said with a simple sigh and a dismissive wave of her hand.

“I‘m from the warmest corner of hell; A place where flowers grow only to burn freshly into flames,” _______________________________ “Your request for transfer has been processed, Ms…”
She was casual about this, it was not like it was a big deal. After a good thirty minutes standing in the Official NetBattler Offices of New Life, saying her name while giving a definite identification of her NetOpetator, and then giving her own name. She had twisted her lips slightly as the coated, shining shade of red lipstick had become brighter with the moistness that ran across her lips as she straightened them out.
“Amaterasu,” she had said wit a toss of her right hand, “…please, it‘s Amaterasu.”
The NetNavi’s tone was low, but with her teeth together as she spoke that last note, her frustration clearly shown. The NetNavi behind the counter had given a modest smile. She was clearly aware she offended the NetNavi by not remembering her name. I-I‘m sorry… she said shakingly, “…I-it‘s just, you don‘t look like your I.D. and…I hate to assume that you‘re using a type of program to change your appearance.”
A sighed had lift Amaterasu’s lips. Throwing out her right hand and snapping her pale white fingers, the base of the floor around her had begun to encircle her with a very thin layer of flames. They had begun to race to her feet and upon her ankles as slowly the flames climbed along her seeming not to harm her. It burned away the high heels she wore and red scarlet dress with the open leg trim at the lower thigh leaving her with a body suit that went from toe with boots with high heels. Upon her waist the designed begun to split into a left shoulder which was clothed and a right that was worn with only a thin run of the suit that coveted her right bosom and pinned to her right shoulder blade was an emblem that shown a fiery like design upon it. It was certainly not a design for children, the suit that was, and coveting her eyes was the head peace that sat upon a beautiful head of hair as the green irises look on towards the office NetNavi with great frustration.
“Better?” Amaterasu had asked.
”C-Certainly…” The office NetNavi had said as she begun typing upon her computer seeming to ignore the appearance of the NetNavi as if she had seen a ghost. Amaterasu could not hold her frustration and tongue any longer.
“I‘ll never get you humans,” Amaterasu had begun to rant seeming to as if to no one, “You can‘t believe anything unless you see it. Idea and perception is lost to logic all of the times. Your faith begins to waiver even if you see right in front of you the truth that constantly eludes you. How possibly could you have survived this long I could never know.”
“It sounds like you still hate humans,” a voice cut in as an electronic sound had rung at the side of Amaterasu who stood in front of the desk, “You‘re not going to freak out and try to make me your puppet right?” The brunette on the screen had spoke so nonchalant, but sourly nonetheless. Even as the NetNavi at the front desk had typed, she seemed oblivious of the conversation before her as the two had exchanged words with the NetNavi weary of surroundings. Her eyes going to a group of NetNavis nearby.
“I could not even if I wanted to,” Amaterasu replied, “I don‘t hate humans, but are interested. Where logic tries to covet your flaws, the dependency is just the perfect flaw. The advancement of technology shows that to me. So, I wonder, what kind of flaw keeps you all alive? What is your faith that you cling onto? That‘s what I want to know, and it‘s probably the reason why I‘m interested in you, Adenah. What keeps you alive now that the darkness within your heart is no more?”
Amaterasu went on with philosophy and wonder in her mind. Adenah, who smirked and folded her arms, had sat back in her luxurious chair that had been recently moved into to the glamorous furnished house. It was for a single child, big enough to be a mansion for that one person who lived there and it comforted her well thanks to funding of The Heart Corporation. In truth, she was actually thinking about the words that Amaterasu spoke as she took in her idealism…
…what was it within Adenah’s heart of all hearts that made her survive?
“…and done!” the NetNavi behind the desk spoke as she bowed her head and given Amaterasu a diamond of processed data with her information, “However, due to the wait needed for a Commander to be present to approve of your transfer Ms. Heart and Ms. Amaterasu.EXE, we‘ll have to wait…”
“There‘s no need.“ Adenah had spoke from the video screen as she had revealed a form on her P.E.T. With one press of the button, the data was processed and added to the data that Amaterasu had held until it changed colors from an aquamarine blue to a deep shade of sea green. “Those forms and information are from “The Heart Corporation“ research facility in Netopia. It should be more than enough to override approval needed from your commander here.”
The female NetNavi had seemed to jump. She had seemed to react not only to the snide attitude of Adenah, but the fact that someone with her attitude had presented forms from such an established research facility. It was only natural seeing “The Heart Corporation” had been a growing private business. It expanded its research after a certain “Daughter” had built upon the original research of NetNavis and Viruses and their perspective of the world they lived in. They were notorious when it came to rising conglomerates that were on the list to be funded by other wealthy businesses that saw potential within investing with them.
“C-certainly! You‘re approved. I‘ll have these files processed right away.”
“If it‘s not power of Gods and Judgment,” Amaterasu had paused letting a seep of smoke escape her lips as it went afloat within the building, “Then it‘s money humans believe in. How quaint to worship your greed.”
Adenah had nothing to say. You could not speak against the truth at times.
Turning on her heel and walking through the building. She had not even given a chance for Adenah to respond as the young woman closed the video screen and slouched in her seat while gazing towards the wall mounted monitor. Amaterasu had narrowed her eyes until it seemed like the dark coating of mascara had made it seem like it was giving a second glare towards the NetNavis within the building that went to and fro within ONB’s New Life. In her mind, she could only imagine through their minds, the minds of fools, what their brand of justice and peace was. For the fiery NetNavi, it was pure wrath and pain that had gotten results. Punishment of the cruelest kind did not need to be repeated twice usually, and if it did, the victim was an utter idiot to want to feel her fists again.
However, Amaterasu could not judge. It was the reason why she was with Adenah. A promise from her beloved sister that the young woman would show her another way, which she doubted, had aroused her curiosity and caused her to gain an interest in human beings. However, looking at the NetNavis that reflected those disgusting personalities and not of those of “Gods Realm” which Amaterasu had been carved from, she had been convinced that there was no hope.
…where would hope lie for infidels anyway? A question that plagued her even as she left the building. _______________________________ “How about giving this demonic daughter your name?” ::OOC Stats::Now Listening To: ”Misery Business“ from ParamoreIC Attire: Sky Blue GraceChatty Ditz: -----

I bleated surprised at the Red Navi's Deletion and reappearence. It was unfortunate I couldn't reply to the poorly dressed Navi, but I could encloak him in a healing blanket. "Miss Kajira, was it? I have skills in healing a data gathering. Mr. red navi. That is a healing blanket it will heal you over time. please be careful." I was unsure of the fact Suki was busy. It didn't seem right. The leader of the ONB was traditionally more first hand in her meet and greets. "My name is Sheep.EXE, a comfort navi. I was proggrammed and designed by a Dr. ... I forget his name. My apologies. My... Memories were damaged in an attack by a psychic navi. My...Deceased operator was indirectly killed by his actions... I apologize."
[Ran healed to 3 HP lol]

*Ran nodded and accepted the blanket. For something free that he was in line for made him feel back home in Sharo again. Still...the sheep had a point, Suki was quiet lately.*
Ran: Honestly, I have not seen Commander Suki in a long time or rather...Any of the commanders actually...It's odd. The senate has been reassuring us that they're deliberating on key matters, so...That is where they must be. We have our Joe Patrols...Well, except the Regal Siege Joe...that one stays by KnightMan's side no matter what. The others are always at the ready however. I'm going to have to tell you to reschedule a time to show up here again, as we do not have the authority to allow such a thing. If you have free time, do feel free to explore New Life's Public Center.

"Awww......shot down again." Aluminum softly answered to himself. Not one to be down for more than five minutes, Aluminum cheered back up. "Hey, I've got an idea! Who wants to go chill out in Bayside City? I've heard a lot of interesting things about that place!" Aluminum said. He started to head out the door. "Well, have a good one to all of you who aren't coming!" Aluminum cheerily called back.

"No thank you, Mr. Red Navi, I'll have to skip out on your offer."
I said that as kindly as I could. The ONB was quite interesting, but I had seen it and many other museum areas when I took Miru on net tours...
"So Aluminum I think I might just join you. Be careful red, and good luck in your endeavors!"
And I just followed Aluminum without much events.

Kajira's expression changed from slightly upset to suspicious and then downright confused. "Well that's odd," she said simply, not loud enough to be heard by any but herself, and of course, Blake. "Blake, see what you can find out about this, could you?" she asked, and she heard the sound of keystrokes coming from the other side.
Blake: Dad's here; can't talk about it out loud. I haven't heard anything, but I'll see what I can dig up.
Kajira nodded to herself, then glanced at Aluminum, who was headed out to Bayside. The woman gave a simple shrug. Why not? "I'll be off as well. Thank you though," she said with a slight bow to the red navi before moving to follow Aluminum and the other, curious as to what was going to happen with the ONB.

With his signature POP Li appeared directly below the floating dome that was New Life.
200 A.G Generators. Only one keeps that thing afloat. I suppose they won't fret about losing a few...
To the docking stations he went with another POP to get inside. He wandered around the Business Districts until he got to the Residential Zones. A few of his dolls materialized here and set out for what they were looking for: Whatever controlled the weather. From there on out, Li headed to his next to last stop, the most Purple place upon New Life. Given his surroundings, he dispatched another team of dolls onward before him before attempting to set foot there.
