((Ahh... yes, but... *sigh* Has this come up before? Attacks reduced to CD: 0 from some other effect become 1/turn, they don't just jump from every other turn to spammity spam. CD -1 is then 2/turn for mandatory CD things (-2 is 3/turn, etc) and unlimited for everything else. If that wasn't up, my apologies. Either way, the rules things have seriously been a killjoy. Just take the win.
In the future, mark your reductions on the attack itself with strike-throughs or something to avoid confusion.))

(( I've never read anything to that effect, but I will admit I'm not overly familiar with all the specifics of the rules, due to the fact that I'm, well, new. : / I didn't mean to bog it down with a ton of rules-mongering and whatnot, I was just attempting to do the best that I could with what I knew. I'll take another long gander over the battle rules and see if I can't fill in any missing holes in my logic. A lot of the cooldown/charge stuff isn't exactly the most detailed, so if I misunderstood something, then I apologize again.
Also: Will do on the strike-throughs. I can see how that could've been confusing and will fix it in the future. ))
