BackGround: Story:
Meso and many other navis was created to watch over the Cyber Shara Desert the Government created. The Government hid a program called " Cyber Atomic Weapon ". Which one day a group of Evil Navis try to steal it, and Meso and the other navis couldn't handle it by themself. Meso try to get in touch with the Commander in Charge, but the communication was cutoff. So, the Evil Navis stold the C.A.W, and the government kept getting mad and blaming Meso on what happen. Meso got mad and left the area. Ever since that day, he dislikes the Dark Side, but he doesn't mind talking to Dark Navis. He just don't want them starting something with him. Meso doesn't hate the good side either, but he thinks the Good Side get scare too much in what gonna happen in the future. Also, he believes Good Navis could be as bad as Dark/Evil Navis.
Personality:
Serious navi. He dislike the Dark Side, but he not in the mood in being with the light side. He talks to strangers with a little attitude. But, He respects the female navis.

He wonders around the Net, trying to make new strong friends of good, that would will not betray him like his old brothers. For now, Spartan would join the good organization, but he havn't found the right one that see how the dark side really is, like the same way he does. "

Meso.VRS need his V4 Attack Set checked on, His Aura and his hyper Attack cuase I edited it.
Spytz.EXE needs his V4 Attack Set checked on, including his Speed Move, Support Move and Defense Move.
Razor.EXE needs all his attacks checked/approved, His Hyper Mode/Hyper Attack, and his Barrier also.
Coffer.CST needs his V4 Attack Set Checked on, and his " Wind of Hurricane " Hyper Mode needs to be checked also, and both of his Hyper Attack needs to be checked on.

BackGround: Story:
Meso and many other navis was created to watch over the Cyber Shara Desert the Government created. The Government hid a program called " Cyber Atomic Weapon ". Which one day a group of Evil Navis try to steal it, and Meso and the other navis couldn't handle it by themself. Meso try to get in touch with the Commander in Charge, but the communication was cutoff. So, the Evil Navis stold the C.A.W, and the government kept getting mad and blaming Meso on what happen. Meso got mad and left the area. Ever since that day, he dislikes the Dark Side, but he doesn't mind talking to Dark Navis. He just don't want them starting something with him. Meso doesn't hate the good side either, but he thinks the Good Side get scare too much in what gonna happen in the future. Also, he believes Good Navis could be as bad as Dark/Evil Navis.

Stops any status effect that CircusMan had. +3 Attacks during HM, after HM CircusMan loses 3 Attack Slot. +10 Circus Tickets. Last 1 Turn 'x1.5 damage to attacks'. 'Turn after HM ends, Circusman has -3 attack slots.'
Hyper Attack:
Cir-Phobia Hyper Attack C-Attack Normal Element CircusMan freaks out his opponent with their deepest darkest moments in the circus! Effects: 360DMG, Undogable, Breaks Shield, Cuts Barrier, -2 Attack, Confuses, Hits All. 270. Only 2 attacks that confuse per navi, and this would make it pass that. If Hyper Attacks count towards it. Nothing known about CircusMan except he use to have a opperator, that gone missing. Now he wanders by himself. He messes around on other navi playing jokes on them.
Personality: Plays a lot of Circus Tricks. He also does a lot of jokes. Make others laugh, but most time he acts like a pest.
Appearance: Just FYI, Circusman is the one on the right. Heatman is on the left. Although 2 of Circusman's hands are on the left.
