Combatants: Read the title >_>
Battle Type: FreeStyle
Story-Advantage: InActive
Judge: N/A
Length: 5 Posts [Introductory counts]
*In the training room of the Crusading Hall, Warrior can be found most of the time, going round after round of vigorous training sessions. He's been alone in the room for quite some time now, fighting multiple training navis at once. . . He seems to be having trouble at this point. . .*
INTRODUCTORY POST:
" *Pant**Pant*. . . . gggggGGGGRRRRAAAAAGGGGHHHH!!!!!"
Three training Navis were holding Warrior's arms apart and his feet up in the air, while two others were approaching him slowly to beat him down. Before they reached him though, he made a loud "gragh" and managed to get his left hand free. His sword was sticking in the ground, just out of reach of his free hand.
" *Pant*. . . Say your prayers!!"
Warrior, after struggling again, managed to get his right leg free as well. As one of the navis tried to grab his left arm again, he reached his leg over and kicked it away, pushing it a few yards back.
" Now's my chance. . ."[/sub]
Warrior held up his left hand, revealing a scar in its palm. He seemed to be charging energy with it somehow, as a sphere of plasmatic white light formed in it. Suddenly, the sphere shot up in the air and separated into several smaller spheres that fell back to the ground and bathed the area in explosions, hitting each of the navis [save Warrior], and setting Warrior free of their grip on him. When the explosions settled down, only one navi remained. Warrior grabbed his sword and sliced it in half before it had the chance to react. . . The training session had finally finished.
" Hah. . . That was pretty tough. . . But I can go for one more round. . ."
The battlefield returned to its original state; just a plain white room. Warrior checked the time. . . It was around the time Halo would normally come into the training room. . .
" . . . I'll stick around to give him a good session . . ."
Warrior stood in the battle field with his arms crossed and sword stuck in the ground by his side, waiting for his training buddy to come in. . .[/color]

*OOC: sorry i havent posted in this*
[glow=yellow,2,300]Suddenly, there is a change in scenery. The blank white room morphs, a wire frame comes out of the ground and forms into a shape, creating a cherry tree. Now the room was but one tree on a hill. It was sunset, and it was a great view.
Then, a single beam of light, shoots out of the sun, and flies towards Warrior. As it nears, it can be seen as a winged navi. Once it's only a few feet in front of Warrior, it sticks out its arm, and grabs him, pulling him with, but not hurting him.
"Hello my friend, let's bring a fight to the sky."
He then shoots up, in a perfect right angle, straight into the sky.
"Well, shall we begin?"
He then looks Warrior straight in the eyes, and drops him, looking down, the ground is barely visible, this will be a good long fight.[/glow]

(( OOC: Awesome, lol. This'll be pwn =P ))
Within seconds, Warrior noticed himself in a bad position-- Fighting a flying Navi in a freefall battle. Screwed? A bit much. Ofcourse, he could always logout, but where's the fun in that? There is none, exactly. Best bring the fight to him before cowering out of this one, and seeing how far away t e ground was, Warrior would have enough time to duke it out before ever hitting the surface below. This will be interesting . . .
Thanks to well-trained agility, Warrior was able to perform short hops while airborne, so he could control his decent a little more accurately than just any other navi. That ability should prove useful in this friendly battle. Also, he could essentially 'teleport', if he utilized his speed and agility correctly, but this ability had been poorly trained, and would probably be dependable only once in this brawl. Time to get this party started.
" Alright. . . I'll make sure you enjoy this. Prove to me that you deserve the 'second-in-command' title of our organization!"
As Halo dropped Warrior, he managed to do that aerial jump previously spoke of and grab him by the foot. It must've caught Halo by surprise, because instead of keeping his hovering state, he began to fall with Warrior, although he could have easily stayed still with both of their weights. While falling, Warrior gripped his sword with his free hand, and pulled himself up to eye-level with Halo.
Perhaps if halo hit the ground first, he'd give in? But wait he could fly. . . best hit him hard enough that he doesn't see the ground coming. Perhaps an unconscious strike would do. Free falling with his battle buddy, Warrior gave him a nice hard meteor-slash on the top of the head, hopefully sending him spiraling down from the blow. Before letting him regain his balance, Warrior took his sword and slung it at the falling angel-navi, allowing it to spin so quickly that it nearly became transparent as it whistled its way down to Halo.
Before the blade connected, Warrior braced together his weight and dove down to Halo at quicker speeds than expected, and managed to catch the blade as it rebounded off of Halo, opening up for another slash. This one was less powerful than the other, however. As Warrior struck, it sent Halo downward a little ways, but somehow sent him upwards a little, separating the distance between the two. Instead of charging energy in his left palm, like he was prone to doing all of the time, Warrior simply looked back down to Halo, to see how he handled the blows. . . He'd try to get through this battle without using energy blasts. He shouted down to Halo's falling form. . . Hopefully he hadn't been hit too hard?
"You still alive?"

[glow=yellow,2,300]After taking the hits, Halo did not realize how close he was to the ground. Noticing this, He looked down, thought for a second, and just kept falling. He hit the ground, or so Warrior thought. Halo had actually landed on his feet, quick and agile such as a cat. He looked up, and seeing the small speck that would be Warrior, flew upwards with great speed and force. He barrelled into Warrior, knocking the wind out of him, and sending him spiraling up. After being shot by Halo a few times for more lift, Warrior reached a high altitude, to where one of Halo's clones was waiting.
In a static like, monochromatic voice, the clone spoke.
"Hello Warrior. Let's have some fun!"
The clone, hovering as if by some unseen force, grabbed Warrior from the back, and fell with him so that he could not move. Halo was waiting farther down, knowing what his next move would be. He readied his gun, Order, and as Warrior and the clone neared him, he shot Warrior, right through the chest, piercing him and the clone.
As the clone dissapeared, Warrior fell down towards the ground, the eminent doom. First one to hit, without landing on there feet, would surely be deleted, or at least badly damaged. Halo then spoke, a quiet voice, yet it could be heard perfectly throughout the area.
"Yes, I would say that I am still alive. But are you?"[/glow]

All the hits connected perfectly-- everything went according to plan, for Halo. The shot through the chest badly wounded Warrior. It probably wouldn't be healed by the end of this, but he needed to keep fighting, else more wounds even more critical than that one would find their way to him.
As he was falling-- only a couple hundred feet from the ground now-- Warrior thought fast. . . It can't end like this, there has to be something he could do, some other option beside colliding with the ground. . . But what?
What indeed. . . There was an option he could take, but it was a long shot. Anything was worth risking now, though-- might as well try, right?
Energy began to gather in his left hand-- looks like he'd have to resort to this AFTER all. He discharged the energy in Halo's direction-- it travelled so fast that it was almost like a beam of energy. A straight line between he and Halo. Time to test his luck--
"Time Break"
As the words left Warrior's mouth, his visors activated, slowing time around him down to a crawl. In this realm, the particles beam of light connecting Warrior and Halo were moving so slowly, and so close together, they were almost a solid form of matter. Not the most reliable foot hold, but it was enough for Warrior.
Using his well trained speed and balance, Warrior ran up the vertical trail of energy to meet up with Halo-- just as time resumed to realtime. A lucky technique, but atleast it worked. This gave him a nice chance to respond to Halo's comment. . .
" Heh, you can't finish me that easily! But let's hope you're just as lucky. . ."
Warrior was now eye-to-eye with Halo-- the energy beam he ran up to get here missed its target [Halo], but its purpose was never to hit anyway, as Warrior so kindly demonstrated. He gave a quick glance to the hole in his chest from Halo's blast-- time for some payback.
Warrior grabbed Halo's head and "dunked" him downward, but not hard enough to make Halo free-fall. Before he fell to low, Warrior managed to land on his back with his feet, and grab both wings-- one in each hand-- and pull them upward, in attempt to "rip" them off. He gave it enough effort, but stopped pulling after a few seconds-- after Halo had had enough.
He let go and grabbed his sword, which had been dangling on his back this entire time. This would work MUCH better than simply tearing off the angels wings-- probably even more painful.
Warrior grabbed the sword and stabbed it through the wing to his left, then through the wing on his right, essentially pinning both wings together, so Halo couldn't use them. Being as they were behind him, the sword was out of reach of his arms as well. It was still possible to get the blade out, but it would be a VERY painful process Halo'd have to endure-- let alone he'd have to do it quick, before hitting the ground. Warrior wasn't the kind to give him a fair share of time, either.
He jumped off of the angel navi with enough force to send him falling to the ground at amazing speed. The weight of the sword pulled him down, and made him fall even faster. Warrior himself slowly fell behind Halo and watched as they were separated by the distance of the fall.
"Let's see ya get outta' this one, buddy."
"Don't disappoint me. . .

[glow=yellow,2,300]Falling towards the ground, Halo was in trouble. With his wings pierced, this wouldn't be good. There had to be a way to get out of it. After quickly yanking the sword out of his wings, they started to heal, but not enough to start flying again, but enough to glide safely to the ground. About to throw the sword at the ground, Halo realized it would be an embarressment to Warrior if Halo could beat him with his own weapon. Now, how to get back up to Warrior? Halo thought for a second, and figured it out. Holding the sword sideways in one hand, he held his sniper in the other. Halo jumped with all his might, and as he did, he started spinning. He spread his wings and sword like a helicopter, and started shooting the sniper at the ground, giving him great air. Spiraling with great force up towards Warrior, Halo turned and faced upwards towards him. As he neared him, Halo angled the sword just right so it would widen the hole in Warrior's chest. As Halo hit him, the sword pierced just as planned. Having then control of Warrior, he flipped directions, so Warrior was closer to the ground. Pulling the sword out of him, Halo used the sniper, and point blank Warrior in the head, accelerating his fall.
"Sorry for the violence. But it must be finished."
Seeing that the blade was weighing him down, Halo threw the sword down blade first at Warrior. Not only providing a lethal attack, but giving Halo a little boost back upwards.
"Let us end this."[/glow]

(( Dang, I'm loving the intense RP, lol. Funnest RP Battle yet, lol.))
The stab in his chest wasn't very great. . . hardly bearable had the wound not slightly healed due to Warrior's weak regenerative abilities, but a lethal hit none the less. The shot to the head was mostly taken by Warrior's visors which shattered on impact, but it still slightly blinded Warrior with remnants of the blast ammunition and nearly killed him. He survived all thanks to the visors taking it, as aforementioned, but the shot still sent him descending way too quick.
" Don't. . . die. . . now. . ."[/sub]
Had he not encouraged himself, Warrior probably would've given up-- being hit by the sword that was falling. But no-- this wasn't over yet. . . quite close, though. As the sword drew near, Warrior span to avoid it, and grabbed it. Now how to get back up to Halo. . .
Warrior jumped mid-air to slow down his decent, and to give him time to charge energy in his left palm. Time for another hail mary, but luck was still on his side for it to work. He let off the blast directly below him, but instead of it shooting off as a projectile, it set off like an explosion and slingshotted him up next to Halo.
" Don't worry, it will finish. . . Not quite how you expected it to, though."
Warrior grinned. No more playing around giving soft hits-- if Halo wouldn't hold any punches, best he didn't either. Warrior grabbed hold of Halo, and mounted him like a "piggy back". He took those wings and folded them onto his back quickly as possible, and stabbed his blade through both the, and Halo's back. But why simply repeat the same attempt as before? No-- this would be far more excruciating.
The sword was stabbed all the way down to the end of the hilt, so Warrior wrapped over to the side of Halo, still holding onto the handle, and kicked the blade on the other side of him, managing to break it off with as much force as he gave it. The blow HAD to hurt badly, seeing as Halo's body was used as the leverage for it. Not done yet-- the blade needed to be smaller.
Warrior took the now broken blade and slammed the flat side over Halo's head, nearly knocking him unconscious, and again succeeded in breaking it in two. That size should do-- Warrior took each of Halo's hands and stuck them over his chest, where he stabbed through both of his wrists and pierced down where his heart would be. With the longer half, Warrior stabbed through the back of Halo's wings again, and managed to even get through the palm of Halo's hands on the other side of his body, with the blade. So he was now pinned down in three spots. . . Not enough.
Warrior took Halo's gun while kicking off of him, sending him spiraling down. His focus was at a bloodthirsty level of rage, but his aim was a rather weaker one than before. He shattered the gun in two by splitting it with his knee, and threw both pieces off to the wind. Then suddenly, as if hitting the peak of his ascent, Warrior dove toward Halo below him at increasing speeds. With no weapons left in this match, it was time for a more drastic approach-- He began charging energy from his left hand to envelop his body, give off a semi-bright glow to himself that could zap anything that he touched. As he fell, an orb of energy gathered in his palm, as if charging for a chance to shoot it off. The closer he approached Halo, the larger this sphere became, and the more likely Warrior was of letting it off. . . But he didn't. . . Not until he had a closer, more definite shot. . .[/color]

[glow=yellow,2,300]Though Warrior had pinned Halo, it hadn't been enough.
As Warrior broke the gun and threw it into the wind, he hadn't noticed, but it faded back into light.
Being able to free one hand, Halo summoned the supposed "destroyed" gun. Aiming carefully, he shot right through the ball of energy, allowing the energy to disperse and lose the ability to be a hazard.
Looking at the other shards piercing him, Halo realized there was one more way to get out of this mess. He summoned some clones, and with their help, he was able to remove the blade. After that, the clones all aligned themselves, and moved as a chain reaction to continually toss Halo higher into the air. Once Halo reached him, he brought back the sniper. Looking down, all the clones had the same gun.
Copying Warrior's "piggy back" move, Halo wrapped around Warrior's neck, and shot him in the back of the head, again, sending him down. As he neared the clones, they were ready. They all fired at him, repeditivly shooting. He was shot at just the right angle, that he started spinning.
This was Halo's chance.
"Fear not my friend, it will all be over soon."
Halo's wings had healed enough that he had a bit more control over his flight, but not enough to fly into the air. Halo dove for Warrior, the clones still shooting him with perfect aim. Halo grabbed him, and dove towards the ground. Once they were about four feet away, Halo changed directions, spiraling upwards, throwing any sense of up and down that Warrior still had, completely off. But not Halo's. Looking back at the ground he thought. Coming to a conclusion, he grabbed Warrior by the collar. Diving down, at great speeds. Once they came close enough to the ground, Halo pulled Warrior accross the ground, floated up a little, and smashed him into the ground.
As Halo moved away, stil floating barely above the ground, and looking at Warrior laying on the ground, he said,
"Your move."[/glow]

Warrior was slightly blinded when his gathered energy in his palm was shattered-- that was a first for him. He was caught of guard by Halo's counter and sent spiraling down just as planned. The high speed dive, the dragging, everything totally sent Warrior's mind into an utter state of evenness. He simply lied there now. . . All but unconscious from the inhumane torture. . . But wait. . . Perhaps there was... just one last hope for him?
His left middle finger twitched slightly as his body laid there. . . Almost resembling his fading, cybernetic pulse, getting slower each time. . . But now it started to speed up... Warrior body began shaking violently, as if being possessed. . .
Somehow, he stood back up without using his muscles-- almost as if he "floated" back up to his feet. . . Not panting, not limping, and showing no response to pain, Warrior simply stood there now-- his eye's blood read. Hps lips seemed to be sealed shut, and he now breathed out of his nostrils, as if NOT completely exhausted from this torment. As if not breathing at all. This had happened before. . . some foreign entity was possessing Warrior-- again.... ..... .... But maybe it wasn't foreign at all?
The possessed Warrior simply grin at Halo's remark. Unwillingly, he sprinted to Halo and jumped up to him, landing and standing on his tip-toes [Halo's], face to face with him, allowing Halo to hold both of their weights in the air. Warrior's broken body wouldn't be able to bear what came next, but it acted anyway. . . If he were lucky, though, Halo's wouldn't be able to either.
Then, out of nowhere, Warrior simply vanishes after his brief moment of eye contact with Halo [3rd time this battle]. He teleported next to the highest clones, grabbed it effortlessly by the next, and fell to the next, grabbing it as well. He continued his decent and racked up each clone on only one arm by the time he landed back on the ground. The impact was intense, and Halo could hear Warrior's legs break as he landed. Still, though, he kept his grip on the clones, and stood up-- ignorant to the pain. He broke his legs back into place, and slowly yet intimidatingly walked toward where Halo was hovering-- an evil grin on his face, his eyes still red as blood.
Suddenly, from the slow, walking speed, Warrior unexpectedly dashed to the back of Halo in a split second, faster than his eye could see, giving an effect as if he had disappeared. From behind his victim, he began his assault. . .
Warrior took each clone, one at a time, and beat Halo down into the ground with it, then slammed it down on him again. Each clone he swung in a different fashion, but they all landed within his reach when he was done with it. When he finished using each of them, before Halo or any of the clones had time to react, Warrior grabbed a single clone and ripped it apart with strength he had gained from rage and adrenalin. He used each half of each clone to, again, pound Halo with. No the clones were out of the way-- but Warrior's thirst longed for more. . . The possessor wasn't satisfied.
He grabbed the gun and split it in half again, this time instead of throwing it, he insanely beat down Halo with each half at ungodly speed-- each hit followed by the next that it almost seemed that all hits were one, the total number of hits uncountable at that speed, but easily 20. In rage, broke the gun down to smaller pieces and pelted each at Halo-- each launched quick enough to pass through the victim like a bullet, but STILL, he had more fighting.
Warrior began savagely beating him-- punching, kicking, anything-- at a rate that rivaled his previous rate. Each hit that was dealt to Halo was so powerful that it gave off a loud CRACK; breaking the own limb that Warrior had used to deal the hit with. Each hit, Warrior seemed to be hurting himself more than his victim, but still, he gave no response to the pain. At the end, Warrior held Halo up by the next using his shattered, left hand.
Before the possession finally left Warrior, he gave a quick spin and slung Halo's battered body through the cherry tree several yards away, that was created at the beginning of this particular training session.
After his over-killing outrage of blood thirty insanity, Warrior's body finally came back to his control-- broken and shattered in too many places to be numbered. Each POSSIBLE breaking point of his body wasn't only broken, but now broken MULTIPLE times. This never had had enough-- no, MORE. He simply lie there now, his consciousness fading with each slowing pulse of his cybernetic pulse. . . He still didn't retreat though. . . He stayed, lying there, head tilted toward Halo, to watch. . . to see if it was finally over. . .

[glow=yellow,2,300]Halo was hit, badly, by everything Warrior could send. It was a large amount, and almost enough to kill Halo. But still, he could be seen on the horizon, wings almost torn off, one eye shut tightly, and scars all over. He walked over to Warrior, using some of his hovering ability to keep him up. He looked down at Warrior's limp body,
"Well, I told you it would be finished."
He then reached down, grabbed Warrior around the stomach, slung him over his shoulder, and carried him to the now broken cherry tree.
He set him down, leaning against the stump, and sat down next to him. Looking over at Warrior, he said
"This, is why I'm lucky to have you on my side."
He then looked off into the sky, and fell asleep.[/glow]

Warrior grinned at his higher-authority's response. . . He tilted his head back, and shut his eyes as well. He tapped Halo on the side, with what little strength he had left, to wake him up.
" It was a. . . pretty legit fight buddy. . ."
A cube of data appeared in front of Halo, at Warrior's command. It began spinning rather quickly at first, but eventually slowed down and kept a calm speed as the gold diamond slowly floated to Halo. Warrior's data disintegrated and peacefully floated away as he logged out, grinning. His whisper could be heard in the wind as he was leaving. . .
" Guess you do deserve your title. . . And even a little more... ... ..."
