Combatants: Warrior Vs. Open [Gush]
Battle Type: Free Style
Story-Version Advantage: InActive.
Time: 5 rounds per navi. (Including Introductory Post)
Judge: Me/Opponent
Warrior, after finishing a long fought battle, sits by himself in an empty area. There were severe wounds covering most of his body, and he had been beaten down so badly that he was barely conscious. . . But what was happening?
After several minutes of recuperating, Warrior was finally able to stand up and concentrate.
"What just. . . happened?. . . Did I win?"
Warrior's opponent was no where in sight. . . Perhaps they escaped while Warrior lost focus mid-way in the fight? Or perhaps he lost control, and they weren't able to survive against him. . . He stood there several more minutes, rubbing his head. Apparently Warrior had been hit on the head really hard in this battle, because his memory seemed to be gone, and his head hurt badly.
But wait. . . Maybe his memory wasn't completely lost after all. . . Warrior took a deep breath and raised his eye brows as, suddenly, he experienced a flash back of the fight in his head. . .
INTRODUCTORY POST:
"There! I finally found you!"
A navi stood with his back to Warrior several yards ahead of him, minding it's own business. Warrior approached and grabbed the navi by their shoulder, getting their attention and turning them around. Behind Warrior, where he had just come from, was a large city. Apparently, it was his hometown.
"Heh, I've been looking for you. . . I had a dream you destroyed this peaceful place. Whether that dream will come true or not, I don't care! I'll make sure you never get the chance to!"
Warrior shoved the Navi back a few feet, with his blade pointed at their chest, wielding it with both hands. His focus didn't leave the face of his opponent. This wouldn't be an easy match, but the city needed to be protected from all POSSIBLE threats, and this Navi was one of them. . .[/color]

~1~
Overlooking Warrior and his fiendish attack on an innocence was Gush, leaning over the edge of a nearby rooftop his hands gripping the edges while he blinked curiously. He grunted and heaved himself up onto the railing and forcefully leaped into the air hands in front of him; lust in his eyes.
He landed just shy of Warrior and the victim with a thud but close enough that they could feel the shock of the landing; one hand resting on the ground while the other was outstretched to the side. Gush looked up a grin on his face and lashed out at the victim, grabbing them by the neck and slamming them into the ground several times as the navi went ragdoll on him. He glanced back at Warrior and after spinning the navi around once threw it at him, himself following shortly after; knocking Warrior back several feet and onto the ground.
Gush pushed off him grabbing Warrior by the collar as he jumped dragging him with himself as he performed a front flip slamming Warrior into the ground. The grin still on Gush's face.

" Oof!"
After being hit with the innocent Navi, Warrior's sword was knocked out of his hand and landed a few yards away. Before he had the chance to grab it, he was already knocked back from Gush, then slammed into the ground. The strength behind the hit was enough to make Warrior's body bounce about a yard after hitting the ground, then hit it again while sliding a couple of feet face first.
Less than a second later, Warrior crawled back up to his feet, and wiped a small stream of blood that was coming from the corner of his mouth. He turned his head a spit to the side before dusting off his armor and looking back at Gush.
". . . You little sac'a sh----"
Before finishing his statement, Warrior looked back at the where the other Navi was. . . But it was gone now. It obviously had escaped into the city.
" Heh, yeah, I'm kickin' your butt now punk!"
Noticing the fact that his sword was lying right next to Gush, Warrior made a clean, swift movement to him quicker than he could blink and grabbed him by his leg with his right arm, and grabbing his sword with his left. He swung Gush at a nearby building, aiming him at about the second story, and dashed over to meet Gush as he landed back on the ground. Before Gush hit the floor, Warrior dealt a fancy back flip-kick that sent Gush back up in the air, followed by an upward slash of his sword to send Gush even higher.
While his victim was still gaining altitude, Warrior swiftly dashed up the wall of the building, reaching the top in only seconds. Warrior began to gather plasmatic energy through the scar on his left palm, which began to glow brighter as he charged more energy into it. When Gush finally reached the top of the building, at the peak of his flight, Warrior released the energy on him at point-blank range in the form of a powerful blast, sending Gush flying meters back, and falling all the way back to the ground. Warrior jumped off of the building toward his foe, still airborne before he could see if his victim was still alive or not. . .

As Gush was treading air up the building he regained his figure and repositioned himself in time to deflect away Warriors energy assault; though still knocked back by the force of the blast he hit the ground feet first and crouched down to all fours looking up to meet his targets eyes as he plummeting down towards him.
Gush's claws became drenched in a bone chilling cold and the ground by his hands froze over and the air breathed frost in all directions spreading Gush's cold hatred for his opponent. He had wanted to delete and absorb both the innocent navi and Warrior but seeing as former of the two had let his prey get away he would have to settle with just one for now.
The frosty chill around his hands putting off a more intense chill with every passing second as Warrior drew closer to him. He pounced into the air and collided with Warrior frozen claws first, digging them into the swordsman's shoulders. the collision did not stop Warriors decent and the two plummeted to the ground Gush's back hitting dirt first; Causing a quick squirt of bugged data to gush out from Gush's back where he had been cut.
Gush kicked Warrior off of him after dislodging him from his claws and leaped back onto his feet kung-fu style, landing in a crouched position turning to face his opponent, his head cocked to the side, with rage in his eyes.

Warrior felt a chill run down his spine and then through his entire body as the beast-navi dug into his shoulders with its claws. After being kicked off of the navi, Warrior's arms were almost too numb to move, and his sword slipped out of his hand. He felt himself shiver from those freezing claws, and goosebumps came up on his skin. He felt his data pouring out of his shoulders like blood, but it didn't worry him. Instead, it mad his anger toward his opponent burn even deeper; it made his passion to delete this navi even more desirable. It made his tongue thirst for blood.
"You're. . . Mine. . . Now. . ."
Warrior's rage was so intense that he could barely speak clearly without pausing. He grabbed his sword, and used it to get back up. In less than a split-second's warning, Warrior swiftly jumped right above Gush's head, and performed a side-flip while swinging his sword, just barely scraping his victim's left eye. This new scar now mirrored the scar on Warrior's own eye. Before it even started bleeding, Warrior landed next to Gush and grabbed him by his head by his left hand, lifting him off of the floor.
"This won't. . . hurt for long. . ."
Warrior, once again, began to charge energy for another blast through the scar on the palm of his left hand. The more energy Warrior charged and the brightly the glow on his palm became, the harder he gripped Gush's face, until finally, he let the blast go, enveloping his victim in an explosion of plasmatic energy, still holding onto his head. After the blast, Warrior hurled Gush back into the ground, face first. Let's see him stand up from that. . .

Rubble scattered about his battered form as he lay face first in the dirt the cut on his face, while noticeable, seemed to only annoy and fuel Gush's determination. The frosty auras surrounding his claws faded as well.
He muttered a few snarls and his still flat on the ground body slowly became encased in a seemingly liquid metal. His mobility not hindered at all by this Gush let out a more metallic sounding grunt as he lifted himself up on 2 legs, before squatting and jumping high into the air. At the peak of his ascent he tucked himself together and made a cannon ball as he dropped back to the earth.
Gush landed with a loud crash next to Warrior creating a massive crater and sending shrapnel in all directions that ripped and teared at everything. It cut even the toughest of metals and destroyed several nearby buildings windows and really scratched up the walls of said buildings.
The shrapnel scattered about the area and debris created from the shrapnel were sucked back to Gush as he stood up, adding to his metal coat. His head still cocked to the side in a now vindictive stare his eye color turning from a shade of red to a dark deep sea green.

Warrior was sent spiraling back from Gush's collision with the ground, and was covered in sharp shrapnel before he even hit the ground. Some of the shrapnel managed to land before Warrior, so as he hit the floor, he slid a few yards over more shrapnel. As Warrior stood up, debris started to return to Gush. Debris came from behind Warrior, below Warrior, and even from inside of Warrior. The pain was severe, and then. . . Then what happened?[/i]
Warrior woke up from the flashback he was still having. . . It was at that point in battle that he lost control, and he had no memory of it. . . But he looked around the scene. He looked over at one of the nearly destroyed buildings. . . His sword was sticking out of it.. .. .. That's what happened. . .
"Oh. . . I remember now. . ."
Warrior closed his eyes, as the flashback continued in his mind. . .
At this point, Warrior had barely enough strength to stand. . . His visors were blown off of his face, and most pieces of his armor had been destroyed, yet. . . Somehow, all of the pain just suddenly left. A deep scar could be seen over his right eye, which was clearly there before the battle began, but inside Warrior's eyes. . . They were different. They weren't those gold eyes anymore, the ones that fought for justice. No, these were someone else's eyes; someone that seemed to be in control of Warrior's own body. Solid red, like crimson. This Navi was no longer fueled by even the slightest bit of justice. His fuel came from his anger, his rage, and his adrenalin. His data, his mere existence was slowly being torn away from his opponent, but he hardly felt it anymore. His mind, now blank at this point, hardly able to absorb what was going on. With one pissed off facial, Warrior grabbed his sword and walked toward Gush.
Without warning, as if in the middle of his step, Warrior tossed the blade at his foe. It was a chance-less throw; his target was nearly 30 meters away, but he threw it anyway. Somehow, his aim was accurate, and the sword whistled across the gap between them and stuck Gush right in his thigh, traveling as quick as, if not quicker than, a bullet. Warrior continued walking toward his target, same facial, same pace, same intention.

The blade came flying at him faster than Gush himself could keep track of. The deep green eyes growing more intense by the minute and a shadowy aura permeated off of him. The blade struck his thigh but at this point pain was the last thing Gush could feel. He only noticed it once he tried to jump and could not; the metal that encased him was even pierced by the blade. The liquid steel slowly drained off Gush onto the ground as he tugged on the sword, a clear disdain for such objects was obvious by his expression as he finally dislodged it and chucked it behind him into the rubble.
Seeing Warrior with the same rage filled eyes that he himself usually has Gush knew this catch went from easy to painfully frustrating, but he had ways of dealing with navi's like that. He held his left hand up at head height and the fingers of that hand started to twinge as the entire hand went buggy. With a large grin and wicked stare with an eyebrow cocked up, Gush shoved the hand into the ground and almost instantly the ground trembled and weeped as at least a dozen large tentacles erupted all around Warrior. They wriggled about and lashed at him, tethering him to the ground as they did so.
While this was going on Gush was slowly taking a deep breath and reeling his head back just far enough that he could still see Warrior in the distance with ease. When Gush spat the air out spit didn't come out, nor did just air, but a molten ball of molten lava that had condense into a ball in Gush's mouth. The ball flew towards the tether Warrior with a not so amazing speed, but still intimidating.

Warrior continue walking, even as the tentacles came out of the ground, As each one tried to strike at him, he casually side stepped in just enough time to not get hit. The first three tentacles warrior avoided with ease, but the fourth managed to get him by his left foot. he began to charge more energy in this palm while this happened, giving a few other tentacles a chance to bind him down. One around each arm and each legs, one around his waist, and one around his neck. Warrior was laying flat on the ground on his back, his head faced toward Gush. He didn't seem to be trying to break free of the tentacles' hold on him.
In a quick movement, Warrior jerked his head up so he could see Gush. . . Some strange ball of fire seemed to come out of the Navi's mouth and be flying right at him. The vision in Warrior's mind began to get a little fuzzy as he tried to remember this part of the flashback. Seconds later, it cleared up, but now everything was in slo-motion. Himself, Gush, the tentacles, the ball of fire. This must have been an important moment of the flashback.
Warrior managed to break apart the tentacle on his right hand and let it free, followed by ripping the one on his neck. He turned onto his side, and dealt a spinning low-kick with the rest of his body, managing to rip off the rest of the tentacles that bound him down. The flash back began to go even slower now. . . as if coming to an end. . . As the fireball got closer, Warrior still had energy charged in his hand, and was crouched down on the ground, ignoring the remaining tentacles that hadn't been broken yet. he grabbed one of the tentacles he had already torn, and smacked the ball of lava back at his opponent, hitting Gush in the chest. Warrior through the tentacle back, and put his energy-charged hand in front of him.
The time in Warrior's vision was now even slower than before, each sound was like an echo in his head, and everything seemed to be fading away from his memory. . .. Warrior released a massive blast at Gush, large enough to engulf his entire body seven time over again. . . . And then everything went blank. . . It was all Warrior could see of the flashback at this point. After that last blast, he must have fell unconscious onto the floor, at the mercy of his opponent, had it survived . . . Warrior looked around to see if the opponent was still present, but he was no where to be found. . .[/i]
"I wonder. . . what happened?"
{Non-Flashback related RP} After delivering his most powerful blast, Warrior was completely drained of energy, and fell to one knee. . . His vision began to blur, and he began breathing heavily. . . Not even the anger, the rage, the adrenalin that fueled him could push him any further. . . He looked up too see the outcome of his foe, tilting his head up with the last of his strength. . . His vision growing bleaker and bleaker as the smoke slowly faded away, revealing the results. . .

~5~ Each rip at his bugged tethers caused Gush to let out a startled yelp at each one, he withdrew his hand from the ground to reveal that some of his fingers had been severed with the same cuts and rips warrior had done to the larger ones. With his own ball of fire coming right back at him Gush stuck the already injured hand out to absorb the impact. The fireball exploded on contact with it and knocked Gush back with a stagger. He regained his composure his eyed widened slightly as he looked on and saw a gigantic white light heading his way.
Gush glanced behind himself in an attempt to look for cover but saw nothing of real value that could possibly survive this. With no other options Gush leaped up and dived into the cement, completely ignoring any resistance it may have offered to his attempt to get underneath it and burrowed his way several feet into the ground, just enough so that when he crouched he wouldn't get hit completely with the blast.
The white light not even 6 inches from his face Gush could practically feel the damage that would have dealt if he had been hit. After the blast there was a thick layer of smoke, completely enveloping the area providing Gush the perfect cover for his escape from his make-crap foxhole. At first he poked his head up and quickly withdrew it back into the whole as a fish would. Each time his head went up he looked around to see if he could find Warrior or any kind of high ground. He noticed his thoughts about the building were correct and it lay in more shambles than it was in already.
Gush finally came out of the whole completely with a small leap just as the smoke was clearing. He noticed Warrior was no longer walking towards him, rather he was kneeling in exhaustion. Gush's eyes went back to their usual shade of red and rather than provoke the navi further in case it was a trick; Gush dashed off into the city to harvest a few navis to mend his hand, the other wounds he had, and to feed his hunger that he'd had this entire time.

When the smoke cleared, there was no sign of his enemy. . . At this, Warrior passed out, waking up about an hour later. . .
"He's gone. . . I guess it's time to go now. . ."
Warrior scanned the area once more. . . The Navi still nowhere in sight. He felt bad for how bad the area was destroyed, but there was nothing he could do now. . . In the future, he'd have to be more careful when picking a fight with random Navis. With no further plans, Warrior dashed into the city, searching for the Navi he had come here for in the first place. . .
Nice fight, Rewards:
25/250 to Each navi.
Good RP, Shast. I look forawrd to a Stat battle, if you're up to it, after my Navi gets Battle approved. Also look forward to meeting Gush in-story, at some point. Thanks for accepting the challenge =p

No, Warrior. That's a post-judgment thing. If you finish your posts and are judged, you have the option to have the winner do a finishing move and the loser do a response and such or however you'd like to go about it, and then you get the extra. You have to literally finish, kill, etc.
