Even at that distance, Nightshade was able to only get grazed by an attack that would have taken his head clean off his shoulders. His ability to weasel around attacks was immensly boosted by the added speed Greiga gave him, leaving him onle with a badly scarred right cheek and a torn face mask. K414 should have been honored. He was the second program in existance that had the chance to see Nightshade's actual face.
Even more rage seeped in the avatar of aGreiga's glowing red eyes as the strongest Kunit sank his claws in his sides. He would return the favor and thrust his own further into the wolf's body. No more games, oh no. The one beneath him was prey, and prey sould have no room to fight back. Their combined powers flowing full force, complete with Nightshade losing it completely was enough to explode Ram's workstation. At least it helped redirecting more energy to the server.
Now it was truly only him and 414. Now it was as it should have been from the very beginning.
Both of them had sustained quite the damage on their systems, so this was probably be their final confrontation. Locked up so close to eachother, neither of the two was obviously going to allow the other to escape. Nightshade twisted his claws inside 414, ripped them out, sunk them back in. He would also use his legs to kick the K-Unit's arms to snap them like the twigs they were. He would not be contained. Rip, tear, gut and brutalize. That was all he thought. That was all he wished. That was all he wanted to do. That was all that it existed. And boy did it felt good to just stop thinking about limitations and simply allow his own body to satiate its lust for battle, his lust for blood and destruction.
He wanted more. More damage. More pain. MORE PAIN! MORE FIGHTING! It awakened him, it was a call to his true nature. A nature everyone feared. A nature called a curse.
But this was no curse. It was power. Pure, unbridled power. Free of morality, free of limits. Free of everything that did not matter to it.
Without thinking, he even sunk his teeth into the opponent's neck, just like a predator would do. Aside from complete annihilation, his body was craving that bugged data the other beast was creating. It made him stronger. He would literally take every opportunity to feed off of 414. The more data he absorbed the stronger his body reacted to it, fueling Greiga's powers.
The K-Unit would understand what it meant trying to hold onto a rabid, ravenous beast such as himself the hard way. Actually, he was more than a simple beast. He was a Cybeast. But no simple cybeast.
He was Gregar.

Battle Post: 8 K-414's systems were struggling to keep up with the constant assault that Nightshade, or rather, Gregar, or whatever this was atop him, was dealing to them. His own regeneration was something that was incredible, but right now he had little other option than to simply hold on and try to wait out his opponents. That was how K-414 handled things. He would allow his opponents to tire, for their systems to run out of possible options and then he would begin to take them apart. It was often a slow process, and for that, K-414 didn't mind. The wolf program enjoyed the slow brutality of slowly tearing apart his prey, leaving them a broken, hollow shell of what they had been before. But this fight now was different. The creature that was atop him was assaulting him in a way that wasn't something he could keep up with. His body's resistance to damage was starting to fall a little, under the onslaught.
But K-414 wasn't finished. He had more that he could do, and somewhere he could hear Richard giving him commands, but the utter calm of the Lunar energy that suffused his body didn't really allow him to hear the words. They were distorted and changed, and K-414 could simply hear the crystal clear words of something...else. But despite hearing them, he couldn't grasp their meaning. The words were alien to him, in a way that he couldn't put together. He could clearly hear the words being spoken, but their meaning was completely lost upon him.
Still, the utter calm that washed over him, even as Nightshade bit into his throat, was something that K-414 simply was not used to. K-414 suddenly gave a sudden twitch from beneath as the feeling that he had been suffused with that he had mistaken for calm was anything but. It was an icy, dangerous rage that he felt down to the core of his being. Tearing both of the claws out from Nightshade, the beast that was K-414 slammed them down, hard, on the ground beneath him. Beneath the powerful program's might, the ground cracked and split, and as soon as he could feel the ground weakening to his right from the attack, and he let that empty space become the way that he moved, turning to the right as he threw himself and Nightshade off of the broken ground, aiming to land now, atop the other.
ANd then it was K-414 who renewed the assault. Rage filtered through every pore of him, and in his current state, that rage became frost, which both acted as weapon and shield for the anti-viral program as he began to use the serrated pieces of the pure frost that covered his arms and hide now. As data from the navi reached K-414, and bits of the Cybeast's data made its way to his own, K-414 gave a low growl, realizing that this thing that he was contending with was out of his weight class. That meant what he was going to need to do was drastic if he wanted to keep in this fight.
Forcing a separation, he leapt back, his claws digging into the broken ground now, putting him several feet away from Nightshade now. His own wounds were many, and he could feel his data stuttering slightly even as he tried to move. He forced his regeneration into an overdrive state, feeling the wounds stitch themselves back together even as he glared at he other beast, feeling a kindred, animalistic spirit. However, K-414 recalled the energies he first had when he had returned from what had happened in Creamland and the beast gave a low, guttural growl. The ice on his form began to crystalize further, almost becoming part of him and in this moment, for a brief realization, Nightshade, or Gregar, or whatever opponent was opposite K-414...they would sense something odd about K-414. That he wasn't a program, or a navi, or anything of the sort. That he was simply a conduit, an avatar, of something far more powerful, far more dangerous, and that right now, in this moment, the anti-viral program had access to all of that power, if even for a brief moment.
"The real fight starts NOW!"

Nightshade had grown tired. Still he was not going to let up. He was determined to best the bulky Virus Buster. He wanted to surpass his strongest foe yet. As soon as he had the chance to slip out from K414's grasp he would immediately wiggle free and backflip on all fours again. At this point in time he had enough energies for one final attack. He would release all the latent energy welled up in his body all at one, boosting his Chaos Sword's power beyon any known limit.
He roared, the whole server barely holding on due to the insane power output of the two fighters. Nightshade's left hand turned into a black and green long sword. Just a small motion of the blade riped through the ground beneath it like nothing. The Chaos Sword kept on buzzing. It was as if it was cutting the air, splitting molecules into atoms. The blade was vibrating with the sheer power of a Cybeast. The server would not be able to handle that kind of stress. The Juuka's eyes locked onto the enemy once more.
One final push. One final push and he would win. He will win! There is no way K414 could match him. He was a force to be reckoned with. He was a wind of destruction. He was Gregar. He would destroy everything that stood in his way.
His eyes locked onto the enemy. This fight between two Titans was gonna end right there. He waited for the opponent. He would alow them to conjure their strongest attack for one final confrontation. He would wipe everything out.
"Come."

Battle Post: 9 The blade that manifested from his opponent was something that K-414 had not seen before. Whatever it was, it felt like it had the power to sunder something down to its barest components, and then even lower than that. It was a weapon that could desecrate navi, programs, networks, and all in between. It reminded him of the weapon that he had seen Warrior unleash at Bayside, the one that had torn the entirety of the network asunder. It had taken quite some time for them to repair and recover the data of the land there, and as such, seeing something similar gave K-414 pause for a moment. But only a moment.
It did not matter to the beast what the weapon was. Right now, in this moment, he was more than himself. He was something that shouldn't exist. Something that lay outside the Net. It watched through him, and its patience was infinite. It had simply bided its time when Richard had put the restraints on its power...but now there was something here that had unshackled it. Something that had brought what lingered beyond the bounds of reality and sanity back to the forefront. K-414 was not the program that he had been. Or rather, he was, but at the same time, he was something...different. He was something else. A puppet for a greater power, something that Should Not Be.
--
In the Real World, Richard was simply sitting back in his chair as he watched the screen, his eyes looking over the readings. What was coming across wasn't code. It wasn't anything coherent. It was nonsense. And yet it was working together. It was causing K-414 to move, to fight, to work, in ways that the code that they used now couldn't even dream of. He had his printers going in queues of ten pages, with the assistants gathering the data as it continued to pour in. "...What happened to you in Creamland?" He asked quietly, to himself, as K-414 wouldn't be able to hear him. Not now.
--
The single word, the beckoning of his arrival was met with hunger. "I will e̵̶͟v̷͘͟͝i̸͘s҉̴c͏͠e̛͜͟ŕ͠á̛̀͢t́͘͝e̴̴̕ you!" the wolven program roared, the very ground he was standing upon breaking apart beneath him. From his left claw began to form a weapon formed of what appeared to be ice. It looked like ice, gave off the cold vibes of it, and altogether seemed to be formed of it, but as Nightshade, or Gregar, had seen in the fight with the beast, whatever it was, it was far stronger than any sort of ice that could be commonly crafted.
K-414 launched himself forward then, loping over the ground. His systems were starting to shutdown from the overuse of everything, but he wouldn't stop. Not until his opponent was deleted and he was victorious. The lust for battle had not changed, despite the fact that just about everything else had. "Now D̷̴̕̕͢I̸Ȩ̴͟͜ and be S̶͘̕͜Í̷L̴̸É̛͟N͠T́͢!"

Gregar's roar silenced 414's petty borks as the beast flew at the K Unit. At the very last second, he used the last of his strength and snapped onto his target one last time. The blade was thrust forward in one final blow, straight for the opponent's core.
The server couldn't take any more of this. As soon as the Blade and the Ice lance scraped against one another, the hardware short circuited. A few relays exploded, resulting in a decently sized blackout spreading from Richard's position. In just mere moments, all turned to nothing.
A good ten minutes were needed to completely reboot everything. Thankfully, there were some auxiliary power banks that activated when that kind of a shock happened. The city had devised a few contingencies over the years after all.
As the server rebooted to a previous stage, Nightshade found himself standing in front of the KUnit as if nothing had happened. He had no idea if he had managed to survive and delete the opponent. Sadly, no one would ever be able to know. He looked over to 414. Was he the one he fought or just the new copy of him?
He slowly hopped closer to the beast, just now noticing how smaller he was compared to the wolf. Only slightly taller. He reached out with his hand, offering some data at 414. He wondered if he could hug the guy or not.
"You're...You're insanely strong, 414. I am incredibly honored to have been able to fight you. Ehehe...you K Units are just so amazing. Maybe that's why Kalos wants to partner up with the AS."
Speak of the devil, a call reached Richard. Kalos Kahnnigan waited until the man behind the KUnits picked up. "Color me impressed. I would like to forward a proposal for a partnership between NSD and you. we can discuss the details at a later date in person. Your K-Units show promise. Perhaps we could find a way to unite our expertise and...reach new avenues of development and progress."

Battle Post: 10 The beast gave a mighty roar as he launched himself at the other. There was too much power here, contained between the both of them. Whatever K-414 had become, whatever Nightshade himself was...the power between the two mighty powers was raging out of control, and far too much for the private server that they were on to even keep up with what was happening. He could feel the world breaking apart around him, even as his maw opened, his fangs glistening in the light as he rushed forward, aiming for the other's throat.
There was a sudden flash of data around them as the attacks connected, and things began to glitch up around them, the world starting to freeze up. His body twitched, struggling to reach the other, but his commands to the server were no longer responding. It was the two, eternally locked in a conflict that would not resolve...and then everything went black. The system forced itself to shut down, to prevent further damage to the hardware...and a wide blackout followed.
--
Richard leaned back in his chair, rubbing his hand over his face. Well, that hadn't been expected. His computer reboot itself nearly instantly, and he began to open the file that contained K-414's data from that particular encounter. The screen itself was immediately filled with gibberish, much like the code that he'd seen before. Running a few different tools, Richard removed that information from the file system, silent as he moved, his fingers tapping quickly over the several keyboards that were there in front of him. "...There," he spoke with a small sound, leaning back again before he looked back over the data. He began to relaunch the server, then, watching as the world began to come back up, the program and the navi starting to fade in as well.
--
K-414 gave a low grunt, rolling his shoulder. "What? Who're you?" the creature growled, narrowing his eyes at the other. "Partner up?" the program grunted again, reaching up to scratch at the back of his head. He didn't know what was being talked about here. In fact, he didn't even know who this other program was. "You want to fight?" the wolf spoke, his eyes flashing, the red light becoming bright for a moment as a grin spread across his features. "I'll break you into pieces and devour you," the creature spoke, taking a step forward. He did not, in fact, look like he was going to hug anyone.
--
"K-414. Hold." Richard's voice came through, and the beast halted in his tracks. Richard glanced at phone then, and he lifted it then, giving a small sound as he heard his secretary on the line. "Patch him through, Monika."
"Perhaps. We often get interest in the K-Line units, but so far no other company has agreed to our...terms, for the use of their propietary software. However, if you are interested, I'll have my secretary send my open schedule to yours, and we'll get something settled. I am quite curious what Nebula Systems has to offer..." he mused, jotting a few things down on a notepad near him, before giving a farewell, before hanging up the line.

Nigthshade jumped into K414's arms, hugging tightly to his chest. "We already fought, 414! Pretty sure you won too. But I still get that hug."
What followed was the giggling of a very delighted cat navi that could finally cross hugging 414 off the list. It took him 9 months, but boy he did it.
"Ooh! OOh! Can I meet 216 too? You know, the other guy that's like you! He's so cool! Please please please!"

CUT! A voice shouts.
Despite the server being private and closed, a tear in reality opens up and from it comes a massive white hand with a blue trim silver gauntlet. It releases a baseball onto the ground that bounces twice before sprouting arms and legs on its second apex.
Cut... Man, you two. Firecrackers the both of ya. Look at this! He motions his gloved hand at the destruction of the set. You're lucky this is all digital and it can just be reloaded. The director claps his hands and the wreckage repairs itself.
He saunters up to K-414 and pats him on the... knee. Because Strikeman is so short. Love the roaring. Simple but effective. The crew an I felt it was a bit... much though.
Strikeman pulls Nightshade off of K-414 by the scruff of his neck. An awkward feat as the feline is also taller than Strikeman. Break it up, this is an action movie not a cutesy kid flick. Loved the anger but kid for an 'untamed beast' you felt too in control! Here, both of you take this.
He drops Nightshade and pulls out two sheets of paper. Edits to the script. Rehearse 'em an try again, ok? He forces the sheets into their hands then turns and cups both hands on his face. TAKE A BREAK BOYS. Let's get lunch Ghallager. He balls up then disappears back into the rift.

The defense portions of your posts were nice but the offense was often non-existent or a roar of some kind. It's within character but a bit repetitive to read(at least for me).
NS Style: 21/30 Articulation: 14/20 Balance: 14/20 Length: 8/10 Emotion: 8/10 Judge: 4/10

Paaacing. example, in battle post 2 the Beast out was described as a last resort but was pulled out so soon. It's described well but as you state yourself its an untamed force unleashed completely. Then you casually walked. It serves as a nice build up but the disconnect between the beginning and end of the post left me a bit... confused. It's a trend that kind of got better as the fight went on.
Note for both: Judge points were how many times I laughed/smiled. Dealwithit.jpg.
Kman set the stage but you nor NS ever actually described it before it was blown up. The random things that happened like the mountain, the little viruses, and so on just felt weird sudden and weird because of it. My 'mental movie' of the battle kinda hiccuped to accommodate this and took me out of the flow.
