Thorn grinned at his opponent from the other side of the field, unzipping and removing the fingerless boots he was wearing. As soon as the purple dragon's feet touched the ground it fizzled, corroding into muddy looking poison. "Well well..." he said, avoiding Rime's attacks with little to no effort. "I am curious to see how long will you last. Nightshade spoke highly of you."
With that said, Thorn grinned again, showing a full set of razor sharp fangs. The dragon circled around him, using his long tail to playfully boop Rime's forehead. "You'll need to do better than that. Though."
He didn't seem phased at all by the poison. In fact, he was THE poison. His legs and feet semed to melt into the swamp. Thorn stopped an inch from the other fighter, leaning in to the point where his snouth was inches from his face.
"Let's play a game."

Rime stood still after his attacks had all been avoided. The Navi appeared to be quick when handling a single threat, but he would see how well it managed against what he planned next. His analysis of what he had seen so far from his prey was interrupted by the boop to his forehead. Obviously it did not hurt Rime, especially due to the knight like helm over his visage, but the gesture pushed a button inside.
Prey's place in the hunt was not the taunt the Hunter. But the fear the Hunter. He had to show the roles they both had in this hunt clearly now.
Before he had a chance to respond though, the Navi started the attack. He lifted his right arm, the lower half appearing to be covered in cracked ice, and held it palm out towards Thorn. Frost seemed to drift off the arm, surrounding Rime as the attacks glanced off of his form. "The Hunt is no game. Regardless, it shant last long." The hollow sounding voice carried a sharp edge to it now, vicious even. His hand formed a fist, as a slight rumble would be felt through the swamp they stood on. A shining large gem rose from the murky ground near the poisonous Navi.
Then there was a loud sharp cracking sound, as the icy forearm of Rime seemed to shatter into multiple small blades of ice. Each of those blades then shot forth, lashing out at both the strange poison Navi he stood against, and the large gem near him.

Thorn laughed loudly, as he simply avoided everything with ease, not even a sweat. "So, you are hunting me? My, how coragious. Shoot for the Moon eh? A dragon as your trophy. It's a shame really... you're good. It would be bad if I slowly melted you in my poison."
He booped the guy again, chuckling, walking over and leaning in on him. The purple dragon's snout stopped a few centimeters from Rime. A cocky smile showed a set of razor sharp fangs.
"I am not the one who's hunted."

The blades of ice returned to Rime, all of them hovering around the area his forearm used to be. Each of the shards glowed mildly as they fused back together to form the rest of his arm once more.
As the attacks came his way once more, a pillar of ice burst up behind Rime. Mist like frost started to seep though the area, mostly condensing around Rime. All the attacks found their mark, most of them didn't budge Rime. Though he felt his body seem to lose strength as the toxins in the area started to take their toll on his body."Trophies are for Weak. Hunt is the thrill. Sadly it ends too soon."The soft glowing orbs behind the visor of his helm seemed to brighten as he opened and closed his frozen hand. The analysis was mostly complete he felt. Watching how the prey moved, he felt confident he could catch it now.
He closed the distance, trudging through the swamp as the pillar of ice seemed to melt back into the swamp. Once close enough he attempted to reach out with a quick motion to grasp Thorn's arm, if it succeeded to spread ice over his body to inhibit his movements. Immediately after, a faint aura of darkness enveloped Rime as he took a step back. His other hand emerged from the cloak holding a small black chip in hand. Energy burst forth from the chip as a black scythe formed in his hand. With a spinning sweep, he then tried to cleave the poison Navi in half at the waist.Defense Step
