The Guardian chips electrocute her form without resistance, singeing her uniform and leaving a small trail of black smoke off her beret. Despite her overall resistance to the element these totems of apathy were one of the few electric based things to phase her.
Fine... She rolled her eyes disappointingly. Her frame repairing the damage somewhat but only a tailor could fix her sad clothing. She rights herself and raises one arm up fingers out and a small sphere coalesces in the palm. It begins rapidly expanding as small fragments of energy dive into it. In mere seconds its the size of a football, a beach ball, a car, then finally a building. Xeel jumps into the air and with tremendous effort lobs the colossal orb of death down onto the street. Decimating the junk wall, the surrounding buildings, the street itself, and all those within in an explosive display of raw energy.
Landing outside the blast radius Xeel darts off towards the docks yet again. aaand stay out.

If the troopers were feeling at least a little confident with their recent success then that had quickly plummeted at the realism of their predicament. They were steadily coming to terms with the fact that this was where they stopped. All but the one competent soldier who at least had an idea and was trying to execute it now. As her sphere of death increased more and more he was on the move to try and not die as the unleashed the death ball down on them all.
It was around here that he used the Area Steal combined with an Invisible, attempting to dodge and get some more distance at the same time. His reward? Still getting caught in the decimation. The buildings exploded along with the street and the only difference was it took it a bit longer to catch up to him, being hit in the back by some of the rubble and dragged off. The others who weren't as quick to respond were deleted in an instant, only leaving behind their guardians, apathetic to their pleas as they disappeared simply because their makers were gone, leaving just the one now. And it fired back, but was all too short as Xeel had already darted off. Their assault from this unit had ended with just one survivor, the rest all gone now.

???? (I'll post when prompted or every 24 hours.) (对不起朋友们, 你们的成绩不好。 时间到了。) I remembered windows has this language. Hooray.
The blast tears through everything. Every program, every digital structure, and every navi. Leaving naught but a street corner sized crater and one lone soldier and his guardian.
Shine.exe Deleted. Junkman.sit Deleted Several faceless Soldiers with wives and kids maybe, Deleted.
Hemlock thankfully having been tossed far enough from this catastrophe remained... relatively safe compared to those that were caught in it.
Finally free to finish her grim orders Xeel hits the docks like a typhoon of electricity. Her timetable already off she swung with reckless abandon channeling enough voltage to raze the emulated stone buildings, sink the docked ships, collapse the piers themselves and finally, in one final crescendo of the ordeal call down a chain of increasingly large lightning bolts onto the Buttercoast lighthouse. One after another battering the building until a final note bolt brings it all tumbling into the ocean from whence it rose.
The lithe assassin perches herself atop a pile of rubble and soaks in the wrought destruction. Turning to those poor merchants left without shops, those navis without homes, and any unfortunate enough to decide to come here today. With one arm raised up tips her hat to them with a grin; showing the Sharonian embroidery one last time before beaming out of the network in a strand of yellow light. So nerds or toxic tr- ...But hey, at least the dolphin statue survived.
