Robert is roughly fix feet tall. His short black hair is typically worn in a light grey flat cap. He has green eyes and a full beard. His typical outfit is black shoes, light brown pants, a plain light blue t-shirt, and a black jacket. On the left sleeve of the jacket there is a patch in the style of Marcato's navi mark.
Personality:
Robert generally has a mellow personality, similar to Marcato. Unlike Marcato though, he does have the tendency to get overly nervous in intense situations. He prefers to be in the background as opposed to standing out, due to a dislike of having too much attention on him. While he does act introverted, he does greatly enjoy the presence of the few friends he has.

Marcato has a very human-esque appearance, standing at roughly the height of an average adult. He has an olive skin tone, although the only spats with revealed skin is his face. His eyes are green-blue. Most space on his head is taken up by a large white busby. The hat has three golden buttons on the front with a red ribbon connecting the top button to the bottom two, forming the shape a stylized V. The hat has a short red plume in the left corner. he has black boots that go up to slightly below his knee. The front facing half of the boots have a red line at the top and red laces ending in a tassel. He has white pants with a double red line on the sides. his shirt is primarily red, with white on the center in a bulky T like shape and the end of the sleeves. The sleeves end slightly below his wrists. The remaining part of his arm and hands are covered in a pair of white gloves. The back of the shirt extends below his waist, forming a miniature cape like extension. The front facing part is black and the back half is red. On his shoulders are white epaulets with tassels. The center of his chest holds his navi mark. The navi mark's design consists of a green semicircle on the bottom with the remaining portion color a sky blue. A beamed eighth note is the center of the design, creating a similar appearance to a person standing in the middle of a field.
--Personality:
With the basis of a medical program, Marcato has a very caring and friendly personality. He is always willing to help out friends and allies. He and his NetOp both have calm demeanor, a trait especially shown with the pair's preference to carefully plan before attacking. Marcato has a very determined nature, once he sets upon a path it's hard to get him to stop. In contrast to his easygoing nature, he holds a serious side that comes out in response to more dire situations to become a leader for those who need help around him.
--Background:
Marcato was originally designed by Robert Joseph to be a medical assistant program as a gift for a friend during his time at college. The gift eventually was completed, and Robert gave it to the friend. Robert kept the source code and continued to improve upon on it as a side project. The program was given a major design overhaul based upon an activity Robert greatly enjoyed in the past. The resigned program was dubbed "Marcato" and the two have been partners ever since. While no longer resembling the original program, the modifications made by Robert have allowed Marcato to hold his own in battle and have a distinctive personality.
