K-414 leaned against a large tree, his body a little tired from its latest exertions. He'd been on the trail of a virus for a good long time, and had only recently discovered and deleted it. Now, however, was more a time of rest than anything else as he let his body recover his endurance. He hadn't really been harmed by the virus, and all the damage that had been done thus far was repaired by his own body's regenerative qualities, something that made him a bit of a frightening force in the world of virus-deletion.
But he had just walked a great distance, having moved on the trail of another virus that was causing a great deal of harm in this neck of the woods...no pun intended. His job was never over, and though he was already well aware of this fact, it still didn't cease to annoy him, somewhat. He never really had a chance to just sit down and relax. Every time he thought he might have a chance to just have a bit of time to himself, Richard would contact him, letting him know of the latest job.
But he wasn't designed as a pesonal Navi, or even a Combat type, where he'd get a break once the fighting was done. He was Industrial, and that meant that he was expected to do work, all the time. And, being that the Animus Syndicate only had a few places to jack into the Internet, it meant that K-414 had to do a lot of travel on his own, moving from one area to the next, all in the pursuit of the next kill.
Having rested enough, the wolf-like navi stood, letting the scent of those nearby be partioned and examined by his data sniffer. Something was nearby...but he didn't know what or where.

*Just as K-414 had sensed, someone was indeed nearing. Clearing the underbrush, a violet suit of armor breaks into the light, bright golden trim shining in the dim light with reflected brilliance. The Navi's blood red eyes look directly forward as he walks, fully ignoring K-414 as he walks past with a gaze as cold and hard as steel. His appearence in the area came across as unnatural and strange, a Navi with heavy armor and high-powered weapons crossing the forrest without any apparent reason, yet somehow he managed to project himself in a way that made it hard to question his motives, be it out of respect.... or out of fear.

K-414 paused as he received the information, glancing around to make certain that his senses were telling him correctly. From what he was understanding, the target was moving closer to him...but not at a pace that would dictate an offensive program. The data suggested that the target was just...strolling along: not really in favor of destroying anything, but moving with a sense of purpose. That said to K-414 that the target was traveling somewhere...though he couldn't tell from the data just where the other was headed towards. But he was also able to tell that the program was definitely heading his way.
And indeed, a few seconds later, a heavily armored Navi emerged from a nearby copse of trees, striding with a sense of purpose that made it almost difficult to question who he was and where he was going. But K-414 was not one to be so easily intimidated. In fact, he felt an overwhelming need to stop and question this newcomer. He opened his claws, and let a low growl escape his throat before he loped out after the male Navi.
He didn't know that this one had done anything particularly wrong, but he just couldn't let the man be. There was something...off about him. "What's your business?" he asked, trying for polite, but K-414 had never exactly been a boy scout. He wasn't evil by a long shot...but he was often rude without realizing it.

*As the Navi continues to walk, little by way of an answer comes, and even less by way of explanation*
?: That's none of your consern.
*With those few words, he continues to walk, ignoring K-414 entirely at this point*

At the short reply, let alone the lack of manners, K-414 could feel his synthetic blood boil, and a long growl escaped from his maw. There was definitely something up with this one, and if he didn’t know any better, he’d say that whatever it was, it was probably dangerous. He needed to protect this place, and if not just here, then the Internet itself. This Navi, whoever he was, just reeked of bad news, and K-414 was not about to let him get away.
Once more, he loped forward, but this time he interposed himself between the other Navi and his apparent destination. ”Then perhaps it should be something of my concern,” he growled, though he knew that if he attacked unprovoked, it could spell big trouble if he turned out to be somebody important to the ONB, or some sort of official…though he didn’t think that many officials were decked out with his level of weaponry.
”I’m going to need you to come with me,” he spoke, extending a hand towards this mystery Navi. If he were to disrupt this one’s plans, perhaps it would either force him into giving away more information…or lead him down a path of destruction in which K-414 was very ready to go. ”Your license number, if you would.” His words were dark, almost condescending as he watched the other.

*The Wolf-like Navi's words instantly spark something within the Armored Destroyer.... this Navi dares to not only stop me, but also demands I show him proof that I have signed over my very soul. These and many other thoughts run through the mystery Navi as he looks on, cold and calculating in his gaze as he dares a move back to the wolf-like Navi, yet doesn't give time for one to come*
?: ...you worthless puppet. I already told you to get away, but now you've shown me just how mindless you truly are, and how devalued your life is!
*K-414 didn't have a Chance to make a move at this point, nor to continue the verbal confrontation, as the armored one instantly lashes out against him; thrusting his fists forward with lightning speed, both cannons arming and firing off a set of explosive orbs that instantly close the gap and detonate in K-414's face with a solid white blast... however, this would not be the end of it all, as the unknown one bursts through the shining blast, landing a fist directly into the Wolf Navi's face, knocking him away with ease.
Raising both cannons, the Armored Destroyer takes aim and dares retaliation from K-414, looking on with an ice-cold glare offset by his flaming zeal*

Battle Start : Post One
K-414's body wasn't nearly ready for this immediate counter-attack to his words. He'd expected maybe some anger or shouter, or perhaps even some form of sulking, but not to be attacked outright. The explosions went off right next to him, causing him to backpedal to avoid being blown to pieces right then and there. And before he had much of a chance to recover, the other Navi was there, and delivered a solid punch to his jaw, causing him to slide away from the aggressor...but he didn't go down.
In fact, as he stopped moving, the wolf let out a vicious grin, running a tongue along his fangs. "Not one to play nice, are we?" he asked, extending his claws before he watched his target, seeing that the opposing Navi was well equipped to handle a variety of different situations. However, it looked as though his primary goal was long-range combat, though K-414 couldn't really say for sure until he saw the other in action.
"I'm going to bring you in if it's the last thing I do!" he roared, before he loped forward, using all four of his limbs to get an added speed boost before he slashed down across the Navi's face and chest with one of his attacks, his data replicating itself into a clone as he hit the ground, the creature moving forward for a vicious attack while K-414 himself darted around to the other side before releasing a burst of claw attacks of his own. He was merely trying to test his opponent, right now, using a variety of attacks to see how they were responded to, rather than trying for an outright victory.
He realized, part of the way through this endeavor, that if his opponent was fighting to kill, that it wouldn't exactly be the most effective means of combat, and he might end up getting his own body torn apart in the process. But he would see how this Navi approached the battle, and adjust accordingly. He had no reason to go all out just yet, though the other had done a number on him in that short attack moments ago.
Growling, he pulled back after the last slashing attack, his eyes ready and waiting for the opponent to make a move. He was ready to fight this foe to the deletion, if necessary. A hungry growl emanated from his throat: K-414 was ready to fight.

*The oncoming claws were met by the armored one's wrist as he pushed off hard and kept himself largely safe. Looking on, his fists clench in anger against the Wolf-like navi, his eyes burning with an absolute zeal and defiance second to none*
?: I have no use for your self-serving ego. SHUT UP AND FIGHT!
*The Navi suddenly leaps from his position, rising several stories into the air as he strafes K-414 from his lofty vantage point, coming down hard behind his opponent as he turns on a dime and continues to fire off a set of high-explosives in a barrage pattern. Lowering his cannon and aiming for the ground, this unknown Navi begins to lay down a line of fire between the two Navis, the entire area suddenly becoming engulfed in explosive energy that masks the Armored Destroyer with a wall of power as a result. Then, from beyond the wall, a single mine blasts forward with blinding speed and impacts the Wolf-Navi from the side, blasting him with an above-average explosion as the energy wall dies down. Now standing in an entirely different area, the unknown one begins to slowly walk forward, looking to his opponent with cold and unyielding eyes....*

The attacks of the wolfen Navi were turned aside as if they were nothing but child's play, much to the wolf's chagrin. Growling low under his breath, he took another step forward towards his opponent. He placed a hand into the dirt before loping forward with three of his four legs, taking another wild swing at the armored destroyer. He wanted to just hit the bastard, just once, but as his claw moved through the air, the other flew up into the air. The destroyer landed behind him, and he could feel him turning suddenly, and there was a certain sound in the air a strange scent as he could almost taste the gunpowder before the shells began to fly.
The ones that hit exploded, and the ones that missed and hit the trees or ground exploded...it was like a hellish zone of grenades and firecrackers. He didn't know what the whole of this Navi's power was, but it was rather ridiculous, the amount of firepower that this one had. He did what he could to avoid the shells as much as possible, but he couldn't escape a few of the shells that hit him here and there. As the other began to create a fiery field between the two of them, K-414 let a clone of his emerge, taking his place as the initial blasts began to hit the ground, and the dirt and debris began to fly into the air.
The clone took a single step forward towards the wall of explosive fire before the mine came out of nowhere, turning the clone into useless data. The original Navi lurked in the shadows of the trees as he watched the Armored destroyer approach where his clone had been standing before he leapt from the shadows of the trees, landing on the back of the armored navi, digging his claws into the armored foe a few times before leaping off, landing on the ground. He didn't stay in one spot for long as he darted forward, claws at the ready. This navi fought at ranged, so staying far away would only spell his own death. He needed to be close, and not let him get a breath.

Calling this one in K-414's favor. We're both taking a B rank due to the early end.
